Walked in for a pedicure. When I sat down, I told the nail tech I wanted shellac. They gave me someone who cannot do shellac and I had to wait for someone else to come over to finish the pedi, which was one of the worst I have ever had there. While I was waiting, the nail tech next to me knocked over a bottle of black paint in between the two chairs. She didn't bother to look to see where the paint might have spilled. When I finally got up to leave, I noticed a smear of black paint on my shirt. Turns out, the paint spilled all over my purse, and when I picked it up from between the two chairs, it smeared black paint on my arm, and all over my shirt, jeans and new Otterbox phone case. I was very upset. We got most of the paint off my arm and purse, but it would not come off of my shirt or jeans, and the owner used nail polish remover to try and clean up my phone case and it melted the plastic and ruined the case. She started by saying she was going to give me a $15 certificate, but when I pointed out that my clothes were ruined and she damaged the case, she tried to give me a $25 certificate, and then she wanted me to pay the $40 for the pedicure! I told her what was ruined was worth a lot more than $40. She kept saying it was an accident and that she paid the girl (I guess she meant the nail tech) the $40. I will never go back here again. If her chairs weren't packed in so tight, the spill (which I do understand was an accident) would not have landed on my belongings and I would not have suffered the loss of jeans, shirt and case. On top of that, I was supposed to meet my boyfriend for a date directly after, but I was very late because I had to go home and change clothes. I was extremely insulted by her expectation that I pay even with my losses and was very upset when I left. Her services are not any cheaper than other nail salons. I will be spending my money elsewhere. ..... buyer beware.

First time at this salon and very satisfied. Great service and very friendly. My nails have never been this pretty. It's very clean and I'd for sure comeback.

❤️❤️😭❤️❤️😭 amazing. I just moved to Colorado and so badly needed a new nail place. I loved Jennifer’s work on my nails. Completely in love with them! Worth the commute 👍🏼

The staff here is rude and very pushy. Even with a scheduled appointment they rush through and don't pay attention to detail. My first time in my tech skipped steps while doing my full set and didn't say anything to me besides "what color". The full set she did started lifting and I ended up losing nails a week after having them done. We decided to visit again (June 13) for a second chance. We were not happy with the final product. My tech rushed me through again with my nail color and design even after I asked her to help me match my colors. When painting my nails she painted my cuticles and didn't use cuticle oil and some of my nails are not smooth. I definitely think we'll be trying somewhere else next time.

I have been going there for years. I present my appointments for the same time every three weeks, but can change to accommodate a vacation. I have never seen anyone who walks in wait long to be served. I get wonderful designs and service. Family run which is nice. Love you Jeanette, you do a marvelous job.

Took my daughters the to get matching sets and 2 of my daughters nails fell off within 3 days. Over the next few days 5 more fell off. She goes to high school and works in the evening so I could not make it there until the weekend. When I did go in they would only take care of it if I paid. My other daughters nails were good.

I went to this place on a Friday and by Monday the edges of my nails started coming up, then the next day they started falling off. I lost about three a day and only the nails on my thumb were left, I went in and asked them to redo my nails because they should of been done right in the first place and they told me no they could only give me a discounted price, I told them that they should be redone for free cause that shouldn’t of happened again then I had multiple of the employees yelling at me and being extremely disrespectful and unprofessional, then I finally left, I don’t recommend this place at all, the service was terrible and they care more about the money than the quality of their work.

Pretty typical nail salon and they consistently do a good job. The staff is friendly and it's a pretty guy friendly place. You won't get stares and there are other guys getting a pedicure. There usually not a wait or a very short wait. They are pretty well staffed during peak times.

Went in on J4 and the salon was understaffed but the ladies did a great job servicing us. My friends and I went in for mani-pedis and we were seated and taken care of. We got the deluxe pedicure and it was awesome. I definitely recommend it for anyone whose feet need help. Mine definitely did.My friend couldn't decide between a full set or regular polish and she kept changing her mind about the colors and since she had a specific color scheme in mind, the ladies were very patient and suggested colors that she would like.I would definitely come back the next time I'm in the Colorado area.

Walked in for a pedicure. When I sat down, I told the nail tech I wanted shellac. They gave me someone who cannot do shellac and I had to wait for someone else to come over to finish the pedi, which was one of the worst I have ever had there. While I was waiting, the nail tech next to me knocked over a bottle of black paint in between the two chairs. She didn't bother to look to see where the paint might have spilled. When I finally got up to leave, I noticed a smear of black paint on my shirt. I have been going there for years. I present my appointments for the same time every three weeks, but can change to accommodate a vacation. Took my daughters the to get matching sets and 2 of my daughters nails fell off within 3 days. Over the next few days 5 more fell off. She goes to high school and works in the evening so I could not make it there until the weekend. When I did go in they would only take care of it if I paid. My other daughters nails were good.
