Me and my sister went in for pedicures, they started the water and had us sit down. They started on my sisters first which was fine I figured they’d start my soon after. But after waiting with my feet in water that had gone cold for 45 minutes and still not having them start I just had to walk out. I have been to a lot of nail salons and this is by far the WORST place I have ever been to. When we walked in it was empty, my friend wanted a shellac pedicure and I wanted a shellac manicure. I asked if we could sit together which I didn't think would be a big deal since we were the only 2 customers in the entire salon but they said no, they couldn't do my nails by the pedicure chairs. Not a huge deal but it would of been nice to be able to talk to my friend while we were there since she drove 45 min from Fort Collins to spend the day with me. My shellac manicure was terrible. To start, the lady who did my nails was so harsh when she was buffing them my skin above my cuticle area was bleeding on 3 different fingers. She didn't even bother to acknowledge it or apologize. I asked her to just file my nails but she cut them so short they actually hurt. Also my right hand was cut and filed completely to different length and shape. I had to ask her 3x to correct them so they were all the same length. When it came time to paint my nails she put so many coats of the color (I think 4) that it looks extremely thick on my nails and also sort of bumpy and uneven. You'd think it ends there but no....It gets worse. You'd think that since it is her career to do nails she would at least be able to apply the shellac correctly but she couldn't even do that. I guess she was never taught to color inside the lines as a child. She applied the shellac all over my nail up onto the top and sides of my cuticle and on to my skin. My 14 month old daughter could have done a better job. Because she applied the shellac to the nail AND my cuticles and skin on almost every single nail they have already started to peel. (It's only been one day) Needless to say I will never come here again and suggest that anyone considering coming here should put on their running shoes and run for the hills as fast as you can. It was ok. The lady doing my nail was really pushy. I did not want gel & I told her politely multiple times I was not Interested. She finally let me chose my color.. The nails look okay she didn't shape them all that good I asked for coffin shape but definitely got more square. Then she seemed irritated when I asked if I could see how two different colors looked on me.. The place got extremely packed. Made me really uncomfortable. Will not be returning to this nail salon. I have been here 4 times. First time I was pleased and my nails looked great. 2nd time, my nails looked ok, but lifted almost immediately. 3rd time I asked them to fix my lifting nails.  I showed them a receipt proving I had been there within the last couple days. They hesitantly fixed my nails. Last time was 8 days ago.  I've had FOUR nails completely break off within 8 days.  NEVER GOING BACK and pissed I had to pay for SUCH crap nails. Read Less

I got it very fast, and they did an excellent job on my pink and white nails. The tech who did my nails was fast and good. I was very pleased with the results and I will definitely make this my Thornton nail spot from now on. I didn't have time for a pedi today, but from what I could see, they have a great pedi set up. Great place. I've lived basically around the corner for a year and had no idea it was hiding next to Buffalo Wild Wings until today. I hadn't had a mani or pedi in forever, so I decided it was time to splurge. I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and was taken care of immediately.Khanh was my nail tech and she was lovely -- not a bit of attitude about the sorry state my nails were in. Prices were reasonable as well -- although I moved here from New York City, so my comparison level for both attitude and price may be different than yours! :)Regular pedicure + shellac manicure = $47. I haven't had my nails done in years, and on the spur of the moment I decided to treat myself to a manicure today.Based on all the good reviews , and the fact that I live so close, I tried out this salon and I was quite pleased with the results!Anna was pleasant and helpful, she did a beautiful job with my nails and a good job explaining what shellac was.I opted not to go with the shellac this time to save a few bucks, but I appreciated her explaining to me what it was used for ; ) I would go back here, and I would recommend it to a friend.I gave them 4 stars and not 5 only because I have nothing to compare them to as I don't get frequent manicures. I moved to to the Thornton area about 4 years ago, leaving my long time nail tech behind in Illinois. I've been to several shops trying to find a place that does quality nails. Let me tell you, that was not an easy task. I found this place, gave it a shot and was amazed. They are hands down the best place I have been to since moving to Colorado. I've never been happier. I walked in, was greated with a friendly hello. Quickly given a seat. The tech who did my nails was gently, no cuts from the files, my nails are all even and beautiful. The place is clean, staff if professional and friendly, prices are great. I can confidently say I'm going to be there every two weeks. Got my nails done here over a month ago and they turned out great. I did Shellac for the first time and they had a wide assortment of colors to choose from. The reason I mentioned when I got the service done is because the shellac still looks great even after all that time! The only reason I need to get them redone is because my nails have grown out so much since my last appointment that it looks funny now and I cannot get the shellac to peel of chip off! Only issue for me was that I had an appointment for 6 pm and my nails weren't started until 6:45. Other than that, great experience! Read Less

If you've been looking for a reliable nail salon, then look no further!  These guys do quality work, and are very welcoming.  They have loyalty punch cards which make the whole thing even better.  They also have an endless supply of colored tips, colored acrylic powders, airbrush designs, etc.  the shellac colors are extremely plentiful, it always takes me an awkward amount of time to choose my color.  Whatever your nail "thing" is, there will be plenty of options for you.
