I had a pedicure and shellac manicure and it was great. I had the deluxe pedicure which includes a longer massage and it was worth it. If you're looking for a quick/good place to get your nails done this is the place! I read others said they worked too fast- when I got there I told them I wasn't in a hurry and they slowed down. Summit Spa Nails is the 1st nail salon I've visited in Dillon / Silverthorne / Frisco area ( next to Subway & in the Office Max complex ). I'll definitely go again ; family atmosphere, friendly team. Five mo old Baby Leo entertained the ladies, & tried to charm his Mama & Grandmother away from their "fingernail artistry" to play with him instead. While Mom & Grandmother blew him charming kisses -- they kept working on our nails, even though the baby's cooing was hard to resist. Great-Grandmother was successful at keeping Little Leo happy. Hard to believe that 4 precious generations were sitting next to me, while I was relaxed in their salon. Baby Leo's tall 13 yr old uncle sharpened his math & accounting skills by operating the billing, payment & receipts desk. How many 8th grade boys in Summit County are already getting business experience...? My own sport length French rebase was flawless, & the gel rebases that the two other gals requested looked fabulous. No one was requesting a pedicure at 6 pm on a cold January evening -- but, I imagine this salon's pedicures are great too. I'm definitely returning to Summit Spa Nails -- when I need a nail salon in the Dillon - Silverthorne - Frisco area ...! BTW -- 4 out of every 5 nails salons -- I'm not a big fan... It's the willingness to go that extra mile for a client w/o charging them for every little thing, the desire to have the client achieve her preferences, a relaxing good-karma, atmosphere that "do it" for me. Stopped in to get a quick pedicure and was thoroughly impressed! I opted for the Deluxe pedicure because I wanted a good foot/leg massage and it felt so amazing! Just what I needed! The massage chairs aren't the best but it was sufficient enough to get me relaxed. The nail color I picked out was a nice dark red and was painted on with precision (no mess on my toes!). I did walk in and didn't have to wait (not sure how that is during high seasons - it was mud season when I walked in). Overall, I'd come back again for basic nail care if I were in the area. Visit monthly for gel mani and pedi. Timing is everything. When they aren't busy - they do a great job. Always attentive and willing to go the extra mile. Color selection is current too. A few cons to consider -- 1. They decide by job not by client. So you often have 2-3 people working with you over the course of pedi, mani, waxing. Fine but no bond with service provider. And 2) shop is nice but it really nice. Great that they have cooking channel (versus football) on big screen.  But never feels special -- more a chore -- to get nails done. Read Less

The staff was very unfriendly and seemed very rushed (even though we were there first thing on a Sunday morning - with an appointment). My gel manicure took about 15 minutes total and looked horrible. My nails were extremely uneven and jagged to the point where I had to go home and file them myself. There was gel on the skin around my nails and the gel polish literally was popping off my nails in under a week. I do not recommend going here. Read Less

I get a monthly pedicure at home and was in this area for vacation when the pedi was due and didn't want to wait another week before getting home. My feet weren't freshly pedied, but not terrible either. I found this place on yelp and decided to give it a try.I got the Deluxe Pedi ($35). They did a good, not great job.Pros - no wait, didn't try to upsell me much, no cuts when trimming cuticles, and were very politeCons - rushed through the pedi, only filed my nails after I requested, less than average foot scrub, asked twice about paying tip in cash instead of with card.Bottom line - standard strip mall nail place.  Photos taken about 2 hours post-pedi. I called at 10 and made a pedicure appointment for 11 on a Saturday morning, they were very courteous and efficient even though there was a bridal party in at the same time. Good price great service! Definitely will be coming here again. Read Less

I'm a summit county local and love to get my nails done, I have always gone there and always walked out satisfied. The last few times I've gone I've been treated very rudely for wanting my nails to look a certain way, I end up having to pay for nails that I really don't like it's very disappointing they just try to get you out of there as fast as they can and make you feel bad. Sadly I won't ever go there again 😕 Just being honest I hate having to leave a bad review but this isn't the first time I've had such bad service there. Read Less

When I first moved to summit county 3 years ago and tried this place I was not happy at all. So im getting ready to go on a trip and I wanted my eyebrows and nails done. Walked in on a Friday evening for a gel manicure and eyebrow shaping.  Was told it would be a 10 minute wait and, sure enough, it was only 10 minutes!  The ladies did a very nice job with the eyebrow shaping--clean but natural looking.  Also, quick and relatively painless.  No pulling or extra redness.  The gel manicure is very pretty.  Smooth and nails nicely shaped.  It's a typical nail salon in a strip mall, nothing overly pampering or slick.  Would definitely return. The work was fine. But the customer service is terrible. They could seriously care less about you. The guy who took my payment acted like he was thoroughly annoyed that I would want to pay. And then I asked him to give the tip to the man who helped me -- and he didn't. So, who knows where the tip goes. I went in for a Brazilian wax today and left very Unsatisfied with service. Not only did they not do a full Brazilian for the extra price(only did a regular bikini and the top) but I was six minutes late because the Google address took me to the spa across the way and the lady took 15 minutes to get me back lecturing me when we got back there about being late. When I didn't even go back for the procedure until 12:20. Just take my advice and pay the extra price in summit county to go to a nice salon for waxing... Read Less

Because this is the only nail salon in Keystone, it is very popular (and at times, loud!).  I came on a Monday afternoon and it was jam-packed, with several people coming in for walk-ins and being asked to wait for 15-20 minutes.  For that reason, I recommend calling ahead to reserve your appointment.  That aside, they did a great job with my manicure and pedicure.  It didn't take more than half an hour total because there was one employee attending the hands and the other my feet simultaneously.  Great nail salon with pretty results! I live in Denver and after a long weekend at the slopes decided to check this place out for a shellac manicure and basic pedicure. I was impressed! They have a good selection of shellac colors and the end result looks great and most importantly is lasting! The pedicure experience was just ok but again they did a great job with the polish. The staff here is friendly and the salon wasn't at all crowded for a Sunday. Would recommend if you're up in the mountains, but I do like my regular Denver spot a bit better. Read Less

Tried to get a pedicure here, water was cold and the place did not seem clean at all. The woman did not even use cuticle cream before hacking away my cuticles. It was really bad- at one point the lady sneezed on my leg. She also got my rolled up pants all wet. It was all around not an enjoyable experience. Read Less

Went in with a group of girlfriends (we had appointments) for manis and pedis.  when we sat down for our pedicures, they also started the manicures therefore we couldn't talk to each other or enjoy the pedicure. It was unnecessary for them to do this as there was no one waiting for a service.  The overall experience was not good. Also, the floor is super slippery and they had us walk barefoot from the pedicure tub to the drying station (ew!), even though we all had flip flops with us. They do have a sign that the floor is slippery when wet so it must be a long standing problem and they are covering their @$$ for any lawsuits. My manicure, now 2 days later, has started to chip and peel. I will now have to get them re-done, at another salon. Read Less

I guess I should have known what I was getting myself into trying a nail salon out in summit county and had to learn the hard way that I will never do that again...I chose this salon because it has the most and the best reviews among other salons in town...I made sure to make an appointment and as soon as I arrived the staff rushed me to pick out a color. At that time there were only 2 other customers in the process of getting their nails done...I sat down for my pedicure and the water was cold. I asked them to make it warmer and even after putting hot water in it was still cold. I chose my toenail color and wanted a similar as close to 'matching' as possible color for my shellac manicure. They told me they didn't have colors to match my manicure and pedicure and were annoyed when I wanted to pick out a different color that would match better. The girl doing my pedicure was showing me the actual color of a polish and accidentally dumped some polish into my foot tub and it dyed my feet and legs and the tub purple because she never bothered draining the cold, dyed water out of the tub after she realized what she had done.  Then she was taking the shellac polish off my toes and burnt the skin off one of my toes with the tool she was using. I started bleeding!! She apologized and then got up and left and sent over a guy with one hand to do the rest of my pedicure including my foot massage!! There ended up being 3 different people doing my pedicure. The lady that did my manicure was good and friendly but handed my off to yet another person to finish my manicure and I never even got a hand or arm massage...with both pedicure and manicure I had to remind them to do the cuticles. They were very rushed...I seemed like a 'bother' for giving them business. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they did what I came in needing done. I came here with my mom to get a manicure while she got a pedicure. It was a weird place, playing loud obnoxious YouTube videos (Barbie Girl?!?!). Would have been nice to sit next to my mom in a massage chair while I got my nails done (typical in every other nail salon), but we sat separately and couldn't talk. The guy doing my mom's toes had to be reminded to take care of the cuticles before putting polish on. The staff here was unfriendly (except one guy who seemed to be having a great time and loving the music.) Unwelcoming, unappreciative of our business...What a bummer! Will not be back! They get 2 stars instead of 1 because my nails got done, and that is what I wanted. Read Less

I had one of the guys give me a French manicure. When he was wiping off the white tip on the top with the brush, he was letting his polish remover continue to get more and more soaked in the white nail polish that by the time he got to the last couple nails, it was leaving the top of my nail very cloudy white. He didn't take care of it. He went right on to putting the clear nail polish on which made my nail look very cloudy white instead of pink. There was nail polish on my skin too. When I complained about it, he just took the nail polish off the skin. The other part which is entirely frustrating since I paid $60, which is way more than what I pay at home, one nail stayed chipping that day, a few more the next couple days, then all the nails started chipping within five days. You go to take off the part that's catching on things, and the whole layer came right off. So cheap products for an expensive price plus crappy work anyways. Read Less

No thanks. What a strange experience. The woman who did my pedicure (three different people did my mani and pedi) seemed really angry and also spoke so softly I couldn't hear what she wanted me to do so she just started grabbing my feet to move them where she wanted them. Then, she spent a fair amount of the pedi watching TV over her right shoulder. Having said that, the pedi is far better than the manicure, which didn't even last one full day. I was in the salon late on Friday afternoon and by Saturday morning, my nails were a mess. The top coat (all I can figure) was really strange. There was no shine and the finish is so soft that there are indentations and marks on every single finger. Biggest waste of a manicure yet. Won't be back.Revising to one star: Thank you so much for using a shellac top coat with my regular manicure. Now I get to go to my regular salon to get this crap off. Nice massage chairs.  Pricing is comparable, if not better, than most Summit County nail salons.  Great pedicure "menu".  Staff is always nice.  Good color selection.  The only place I go for a pedicure in Summit- I usually save my pedicures for here vs Denver metro because they are so consistently good and well priced.
