Had to wait for 30 minutes just for gel manicure. The man who did my nails made them look worse than they did before - not sure how that’s possible. They use bad products. There are bubbles in the gel that I can’t chip off, the color is applied unevenly, and he got sticky dried gel all over my cuticles. It looks like a toddler painted my nails, there is dried gel everywhere. So annoyed I spent 40 dollars for this. Will not be coming back. Read Less

This is the only nail salon I go to. I usually have my 3 year old son with me and they are always so sweet with him. The people are so friendly and do such a nice job. I recommend the shellac because it stays looking great for a long time. I love this place. Read Less

I've been coming here for a few years and have mani pedi each time. People are sweet and the service is great. They redid my pedi polish when I messed it - came back next day and they redid and would not charge me. I see these bad reviews and I don't believe any of them. Never had bad service or made to wait over long. If you don't want to wait, make an appointment but expecting instant service on busy Saturday is just silly. Read Less

I have been getting shellac manicures and pedicures here for 5 years and am always treated well. My nails last roughly 3 wks because they take the time to do a good job. Each time I have strayed to another nail salon because of time, I am disappointed and appreciate ooh la la all the more. The salon is clean and well maintained. I was quoted 15 minutes for a pedicure and it was actually an hour wait which is fine but I would not have waited an hour had I known. Also I spent $50.00 on a pedicure that chipped the next day. I defienetly will not be recommended this place to anyone. Read Less

Holly doesn't know what she's doing. Shellac manicure with white polish. This is too bad because two weeks prior I got a great mani and pedi from Amy and Tiffany (think that was her name). I went in today for my first time and received the daddy of all pedicures and a full-set, and it was one of the best experiences of my life. I didn't get the name of the technician doing my services but he was amazing.I wont lie the prices are high but so worth it! I am going to make this my place from now on, no more shopping around! I've been here twice and each time have gotten a superb pedicure. Very relaxing and I leave with baby soft feet and perfectly polished toenails. Spend the extra $5 and get the paraffin add on, it's well worth it. Love that this is my local nail salon. Read Less

I received a gift card for my birthday for $30 or $35 (I can't remember which one).  I arrived with out an appointment, I asked if they had any availability and the lady said yes. She then asked what kind of service I wanted. I replied to her just a mani, she asked if I would like shellac, I declined and told her I only had the gift card and she asked how much was on it I said only $30 or $35, she again tried to up sale me the shellac and suggested I could pay the difference.  I explained to her that either I was getting shellac and the tech would get no tip or just a plain mani and I could tip, she said well that doesn't include cut just a polish! Are you fucking kidding me! I am giving this gift card back to the person who gave it to me. These people are either too dumb to understand or "trying" to be thieves! Read Less

I'm surprised by some of the negative reviews I've read. I've been going to this salon for a few years and have never had anything but good experiences, even when I'm the last one there and my manicure goes over closing time. Today I had Tiffany. She was professional and friendly. Even knowing we would go past 5, she asked if I wanted a design on my toes. The flower she painted on is perfect. I never felt rushed, or like I was imposing because it was after closing. This salon is also clean, and they always offer a refreshment. I highly recommend this salon. Read Less

I started going here when I received a gift certificate. I've now switched from my previous salon. New equipment, never had to wait as a walk-in, always friendly and quick-but-thorough. Being in the service industry myself, the two bad reviews sound like over-reacting spoiled people that need someone to look down on. There are always some out there. I have been a patron of Oooh La La Nails since they opened at River Point. Kind, courteous, and GREAT OWNERS. The posts you see below are from two VERY RUDE patrons... I was present for one of the incidents where the patron actually threatened the owner and was asked to leave. Why? Because she couldn't have her regular tech who was busy with another client. Loved my first experience here. Had to switch to here due to the distance of my former nail salon. I loved the friendly atmosphere and quality of work done on my acrylics (rebase) and had a pedicure and the quality is wonderful. I would highly recommend Tracy as she is so personable!! Read Less
