I was very disappointed with my recent experience here. Myself and my daughter have been here enough times that the lady remembers who we are and asked how we were, that was the only nice part about the visit. We arrived and asked how long the wait would be, the older gentleman said "5 minutes", we waited 30. While waiting 3 other ladies arrived and sat for appointments, understandable. During this wait, nothing was said about how much longer the wait would be, so I asked the younger gentlemen how much longer it would be, he turned to older gentleman and asked and he said 5 minutes very rudely. He then proceeded to talk to his customer he was working with about how myslemand my daughter had been in there before and left, which is not true. He went on about how we did not wait and left and we could do it again. I was not happy at all after that! I stood up just as he had finished with his customer and said we would come back. In front of everyone, he threw up his arms and said "what? no wait 5 minutes no more? I would have gladly waited 5 more minutes if he had not proceeded to talk bad about us to other customers!!! He was very unprofessional and rude! I let him know before I left that that was uncalled for. I absolutely love how Nikki did my nails. She took her time. Excellent quality!!! I have went several places even ones that claim to be better on the internet but they always have something I don’t like when I get home and really look. The ones I got from Nikki are not thick (they aren’t suppose to be plus I like them thin looks more natural) and every nail is the same shape and size. Also thank you for the great company. The employee's there are very rude went in for a full set with halloween designs and they complained the whole time while doing them. I have been going to these guys for years! They are great. I've been to many other nail places and never liked my nails as much as I do when I come here. Everyone here is great! I will go to any of them since they all do such a nice job. Today I had Derek give me a manicure and they came out beautiful, not to mention his great customer service skills. Went in for a full set with Derek. He is super sweet and very meticulous. Showed him a pinterest picture and I am fairly happy with the results, even though it turned out a little more mauve than the picture. One thing to note is that a full set of acrylic is $25. So I made an appt here I show up and wait 15 minutes just for them to tell me that they are going to take the appt that was after mine first. I ask why and supposedly that lady made her appt first even tho it was for a later time??? Guess I won't be going back. I have free time but not time to waste!!! Oh well. Read Less

Derrick , Nikki and the manager Bob were great! The all listened to how I wanted my nails done and did what I asked. Derrick was very gentle taking off my old nails and soaked them off like I asked, I will not go to a nail salon again that peals them off! Nikki was so nice she didn't do my nails but she is very friendly. Bob did my nails and I have not had them done this nice in a very long time.
