This is the second time I've come to Walmart nail salon. Both times my nails started to rise A DAY after getting them done. I am not very happy and hopefully can get them redone for free. I have went to the mall once and they did not rise for almost 2 weeks after getting them done. I like most of the people at the walmart one. They are funny and talk to you, but quality stunk. I went in to get a pedi, and they had some young guy doing the pedicure. First off the water they put in the foot bath was very cold. I had to ask them to put some hot water in it. Then the whole time he was trimming around the nails, he kept cutting me, one to the point that I yelled out “ouch that hurts” and he replied “i didnt cut you”. I told him to please finished up, that this was hurting. (I should have left, right then) I wanted a French pedicure, he spent so long trying to paint the white on the nails, then without a word, motioned for me to move to the light table. (Now ive always gotten a French pedi, and have sat at the table for a little bit then was able to put my shoes on) he did not use gel polish so when i removed my feet from the light table, i notice the polish is not dry and smudged. I look for the guy that done my nails and he had left to go smoke. I tell the other male and he tells me to just wait. I was so unhappy with the finished product even without all the cuts on my toes, I will never go back to this place again!! Took my Aunt for first time ever in her life. She was treated like a queen, thank you so much for just a fabulous service and being so friendly. My niece loves going also. Always busy which means it’s well worth going. Get compliments all the time on how my nails are done. You show them a picture they will do it for you. Thanks Royal Nails for doing a fabulous job!!!! I have been coming to this Regal nails for many years. I normally have a very good experience. However my experience yesterday was not good. The girl that I had doing my nails, did a pretty nice job of the nails, but her customer service was terrible. The only words she said to me was how much I owed her. When I asked her to do one thing, she rolled her eyes at me. Needless to say, her no tip reflected her attitude. When I go back, I will make sure that I do not have her as a nail tech again. The lady who did my nails was very rude. She was being rude to my friends who came with me to get my nails done, and myself as well. Was going to charge me $30 extra for an ombré nail? She didn't even trim my cuticles and my nails came off in one week. Don't go here. Read Less

This is the place to come if you want great friendly service. All the workers are fantastic and they give you what you want at a very cheap price. If you just love what the person who took care of you does, ask for them. It's what I do so they get to know what you like and may even suggest something you will fall in love with. Usually go to another salon, but lately having trouble getting appointments and never enough people to handle customers, came to regal was greater immediately and was done in less then an hour, will definetly use next visit!!!!! Read Less

I love the way the nice lady did my nails and toes but its another lady that works in there is very rude. Have no customer service at all. Looks like her husband left her with 10 kids and no money. Thats how mad she looks!!!! Never smile!!!! Face frowned up like shes chewing on shit! Read Less

I have been going to regal nails for 15 years...and I can say this place has consistently stayed amazing. They have great hours and are located in the north side Walmart, so you can get any extras while your at it. I prefer there gel nails the most. Every time I would get my nails done people would always ask where!? I think I've probably told over a thousand people lol. They did my nails for my wedding and will continue to go here. Read Less

I was there on vacation last month to visit my mom and needed my nails and pedicure done.  So my mom took me to where she gets her nails done. The staff were very friendly.  I had the Nuskin pedicure and my feet felt so good. I also had the glow in the dark nails. I never heard of such nails until I went there.
