Got my nails done for the first time here and will not be going back. I highly recommend people not to go there. This is the best salon I have found after 2 years of looking. Laura did an excellent job on my nails, I went 3 weeks with not one chip or broken nail. The cost is affordable and the techs are very nice. I have been to Le Nails and had to go to New Nails to have them fix the broken nails I had put on the day before by Le Nail. NY Nails and the nail salon in Walmart on Dillon are totally over priced and wait time is ridiculous. New Nail is the best place to go. Well done ladies! Read Less

I have searched every nail place in this area and this one is by far not the best. My pedicure looked like a child did it. The good thing was, they take a lot of time working on calluses, which is great. Other than that, I can't recommend them. Read Less

My first set was awesome! Loved them, then when I went to get them filled they went so far into my nail with the re surfacing that both my pinkies oozed and had missing nail when the acrylics were removed. I got my nails done here for my wedding. The glitter shelac was NOT lined up with the tips. My bows were put on a with a rather large amount of acrylic, and the girl did not paint the acrylic to match. She left it white and quite ugly. The tips of my nails were uneven and not straight. When i asked to have them removed and my money back, granted we spent a total of $160 there for two girls be upset. They offered $20, wouldn't remove them, sweared at us, and told us to leave. Wow, I was so happy with my nails when I left. The acrylic powder she used had glitter in it.. So it ended up have a gel finish. Clear coat gel makes it great. Towards the bottom it was smooth and blended in. She can do long and most likely short the same way. She's number 1. Came to this place wanting to get a relaxing mani/pedi and did not get what I was expecting at all. For a pedicure I am used to getting the massage and occasional hot stones at certain places. Here they rub lotion on you and move on. Same with the manicure. They seem like very nice people but it definitely wasn't my money's worth. On another note the place does not have heating! This isn't the greatest looking nail salon but at the same time that doesn't matter when you want a great pedicure! The staff is super friendly and clean equipment. The lady went to the back and collected sterile supplies, in sterile wrapping and opened them in front of me. The price is amazing! $22 for a spa pedicure...can't complain and will be returning!
