I had scheduled a couples massage last week. Called on Friday to confirm my saturday massage - I was looking forward to it so much, just wanted to make sure I had the location right. When I CALLED TO CONFIRM, I am told the appointment was cancelled 2 days ago. When I asked why no one called me the lady says - it's not my fault I told some other lady to call you. She could care less that my appointment was cancelled and tried very little to reschedule. If I had not called I would have showed up for nothing. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!! Read Less
