Looked up a nail salon since I was in town for business and unfamiliar with the area. Based on previous reviews I decided to go to Vixen to have acrylic soaked off and have a manicure and shellac polish...I am so glad I did!  Everyone in the salon was so kind from the techs to the customers!  A couple of the ladies were long time customers and had nothing but good things to share with me about the techs.  I was so satisfied with everything and surprised by the nice extras including the warm rice bags, shoulder massage and hot stone hand and arm massage. These ladies are great! I came in on a whim to get a pedicure for my birthday & they were so accommodating & nice! They took the time to learn my name & when I changed my mind in the color right before she started to paint them she didn't bat an eye & just did it! I don't know if it's a normal part of their pedicures, but Anna even took the time to massage my shoulders & neck! I love going to Vixen Nails. I have been going there for more than 2 years and will always as long as I live in Parker! The salon is very nice and clean. The ladies that work there are very kind. We were visiting from CA and were looking for a place to get pedicures. This place was awesome. We got the regular pedicure for $30. They trimmed, buffed, scrubbed and massaged!  We also got a warm rice bag on neck. I highly recommend this salon. Very nice ladies and comfortable chairs with massage. Read Less

I showed the nail tech a picture of what I wanted and she just flat out told me no she can't do it.  All I wanted was two different colors and some sparkles.  I look through the colors and tell her which ones I like and that can replicate the picture. She paints my nails with shalliac and puts two coats on every nail except my pinky(that was the nail I wanted sparkles on) the first time we did a light color then sparkle nail polish and she just decided she didn't like the color so she put a different bottom coat on without even asking my opinion.  I have 7 layers of shalliac naipolish on my pinky nail. SEVEN. That one nail looks so unnatural, it's been less than a week my nails are discoloring and chipping.  Also if you're allergic to dogs don't go here, they have a dog that sits on the couch and roams around the whole time you are in there. The prices are the best and the services they provide are more than most other salons I had been to before, shoulder massage and hot stones. Very clean, which is something that is important to me. Great experience! I went for a gel manicure and I was there for one hour. The gel manicure was fine but the best part is the hot stone massage on the hands and arms.  The oil and the hot towel is part of the treatment. Add to that,  the back massage and you are a very relaxed  and happy customer. The music was relaxing too. All this is  included in the price of $35. I loved it. I will go back. I'm not one to complain. In fact this is my first review. But I walked in and was completely ignored for about 5 min. And when I was acknowledged I said I've never been here and would love to get a pedicure and she replied with "no, not now" I completely understand that nail places can get busy. I don't mind waiting. But to deny a customer service is disheartening. All she needed to say was " welcome! This is the best nail place in Parker.  I have literally tried them all.  Anna and her staff are impeccable and the price point is low for the services you receive.  Each manicure/pedicure includes the best hot stone massage. Went here for the first time figuring it was closer to home. Never again. I've been getting acrylics for 20+ years. They paint nail glue on your nails and then dip them in acrylic powder and charge $$$.  The last time I saw this was in the early 90s where you bought the product yourself to do at home. Very misleading and unfortunately the gals don't speak very good English so communication was difficult.   I will say that these gals are very sweet but should not be offering acrylic nails. I paid way too much to sit for almost 2 hours to get a horrible product that broke off the next day.  Go somewhere else for acrylics.   I cannot say more on other services they may offer.  Buyer beware. The BEST salon around and great prices! I have been getting my nails done at Vixen for a couple years now and the staff ALWAYS exceeds my expectations. Without the help of Vixen, I have horrible nails and cuticles - dry skin, brittle and weak nails. When I first arrived with barely any nails, Vixen silk tipped my nails and they didn't look like "fake" nails. As the nail grew out, I am now just getting gel polished manicures and you wouldn't know these are the same hands! These are my "REAL" nails! I am amazed!Pedicures are wonderful here too and there are 6 chairs in this salon that can accommodate a few friends at once. They do get busy sometimes so make an appointment to avoid any disappointment. And don't expect to be rushed in and out and feel like you didn't get your money's worth. Very kind and sweet mother/daughter run this clean nail salon.  The pedicures are really the BEST - You get hot stones, great massage, paraffin wax and more for $30.00...Best pedicure in town.Sometimes in a pinch I have brought my kids with me and they are always given free snacks and the owner often holds my baby and just loves you like family.  Give Vixen a try - I love it! This place is amazing! My shellac manicure was still perfect after almost three weeks. They really go above and beyond to make you feel pampered from the warm compresses over your shoulders to the hot stone arm massage and ending with an excellent chair massage. I've been to other places that charge more where you don't even get an arm massage and the polish started lifting after a week. Their regular pedicures are only $30 and are similar to what other places upcharge as a spa pedicure. I normally go to a different salon in the DTC but wanted something closer to home. I went in looking for a mani/pedi, the chairs were ok, the soak tub was nice and deep though. I was looking to enjoy a soak but my feet were in the water for maybe 15min total. My techs changed out mid way through and the second one was kind rough and not really paying much attention. The polish is haphazard and not completely covering each nail on my feet. After my pedi I was taken to a chair to do my nails. Again I was looking forward to my hands getting some special attention.....what I got was a 15 min DRY mani. My fingers were not soaked and the cuticles were cut dry. I already have hang nails and can't imagine what they will look like tomorrow. Overall I felt rushed....it took exactly one hour from the time I sat to the time I left.issue was the hour was for both my hands and feet. Not the best mani/pedi I've ever had and not the worst....but for $45.00 plus tip I won't be back. Read Less

I Love this place!!! The owner Anna is so very friendly and treats me like family!! They do a great job with my pedicure and I love the extras they do....the massages are great!! Came in today and a heating shoulder pad was placed on my shoulder, got paraffin wax on my heels...what a great surprise at no extra charge. The shoulder and neck massage was fabulous!! Then got a hand and arm massage....wow!!! I love it here!! Was also given water and offered some snacks!! They definitely treat you like family here! I was referred to here by a friend and have also referred quite a few people and everyone loves it! I used to go here a lot out of convenience, but recently I haven't had any luck with this place. Their pedicures have always been pretty awful (rushed through and not the least bit relaxing), but their acrylics used to be pretty good.Last time, though, a different lady did my acrylics and she literally painted glue on my entire nail then dumped acrylic powder over the glue. I've been getting acrylics for 15 years and have never had someone do them that way....it worked but they still looked a little weird and came off pretty easily.Also, every time I come to this location, the ladies give me crap the entire time I am getting my nails done about my cuticles (I'm a nail biter). I know they're bad, but this is literally the only business where u can straight up insult the customer and still get paid. Definitely won't be back here anymore. We visited Vixen Nails for pedicures. I got the Milk Spa pedicure $55. My friend got a regular pedicure $30. The salon is clean and welcoming. The staff is friendly and took their time with both of our services and we were very pleased. It seems to be a hidden gem, and maybe that is because it is under new management (since March). Vixen is great! I love getting my nails done here. They have a new management and the staff is awesome. They always pay attention to every little detail. I've always had a positive experience here and they do a great job. The prices are reasonable and they also offer spa pedicures and I just love the green tea pedicure spa. They used a special scrub to wash my feet before and then they wrap your shins in the green tea mask and wrap hot towels around them. The massages are also longer for the spa pedicures and I also got a hot rock massage. I would definitely recommend all their spas! Also it's a great place if you are a fan of artificial nails. I went to Vixen nails while on a weekend working vacation in Parker. I went on a Sunday afternoon and I should've known they would have a skeleton crew. The place was clean  complete with white, sleek furniture that was somewhat modern. I was impressed! Then, a young guy (15 years old or so) asked me what color I wanted on my toes. I was secretly hoping that he wasn't going to do my pedicure.... I mean, can I get someone at least over the age of 21? You can imagine my disappointment when he lead me to my pedi chair and started putting on plastic gloves. The kid did an ok job but I felt so uncomfortable and almost felt sorry for him as rubbed my feet. It wasn't that he did a bad job, he just was inexperienced at giving pedicures. 30 minutes later a lady walked up and told him she would take over but by that time he was painting my toenails. I guess she was busy with other clients. I felt like I should've gotten a Jr discount since it might've been his third pedicure he had ever given but they still charged full price.Bummer. Love this place. I go and get my toes done every few weeks and the ladies always do a really good job. It's a basic pedicure - massage chair; foot soak, feet, nails, & cuticles groomed; and polish. It takes around 45 minutes. The atmosphere is nice and relaxing.  I usually go on Saturdays afternoons and I almost never have to wait. My polish usually lasts around 2 to 2 1/2 weeks and I think I'm fairly hard on my toes. I soak in the tub most nights and I work out running shoes without wearing socks so it's not like I baby my feet. I tried out several places before trying Vixen Nails and it's the place in Parker I like the best. Read Less
