I got the SNS dip for the first time and I already love it. They let me take my time picking out a color (good lord so many options!!!) and they took their time listening to the shape and length of nail I wanted which I greatly appreciated. I told them how often I have to wash my hands and thought the dip would be better than Shellac, she chatted with me instead of trying to just talk me into one thing that was easy for her to do. She took her time applying allllll the layers of the dip. Historically technicians seem to struggle with the shape of my short symptoms nails and thick cuticles but this nail job was magazine worthy! I'm so impressed. They do PREFER cash or check, which I didn't see the sign until I was washing my hands. Selfishly I want to Keep this place a secret so They won't be terribly busy when I come. I've been going regularly for a few months now after I "broke up" with a nearby salon who treated me like just a number they needed to get in and out as quickly as possible. The people that work here are always very friendly. I have gone for gel manicures, pedicures, and SNS nails, and everything has been done extremely well. They answered all of my questions and were very patient with me. They pay attention to detail but they also move quickly and are very conscientious of your time. Amazing! I tried Elegant Nails & Spa on a whim because my go to place was booked and I am completely sold! Tiffany, the owner, does an AWESOME job! They are quick and good at what they do. I wish I could write a positive review, and I wish things would have been better as this salon is closer to my house than my regular one.  I don't know the name of the guy who did my nails for a shellac mani, but he was obviously in a hurry.  I wish I would have taken a picture.  The quality was so bad it looked like something I would have done - which is why I have my nails done professionally.  He hardly touched my cuticles so they were a mess.  The brush marks were uneven and sloppy.  My nails were chipping within a week.  No no no.  Will not be back.  To the salon:  Don't over book when you know it's going to be a busy day anyway.  Take your time and do a good job. I accidentally just asked for a basic pedicure, but it was great! They did a good job, the massage chairs are high quality, and the foot and leg massage was great. They also have a punch card for return visits which I love. I hope they have other pedicure options besides basic. I will definitely be back. Read Less

This place is amazing. I am a licensed cosmetologist that is completely capable of doing my own nails, acrylic and shellac. I got to the point in my career that I no longer want to do my own nails. It has been very hard for me to find someone that can do nails better then I can do my own. Brian did my nails and for the first time, literally EVER, I didn't go home and want to file and reshape or fix anything. Prices are reasonable and everyone is super nice. Not only that but the shop is very clean and they have proper ventilation so you smell acrylic the whole time your there. Definitely give this place a try! I won't go anywhere else! Read Less
