My daughter and I went in for pedis and we got right in the chairs. They started on my daughter first and 20 mins later my feet were now in cold water and no one was coming to do my feet or say anything to me. I dried my feet off and put my shoes on and 4 employees ran to me and said oh 1 more min we will be with you. I said the point of getting pedicures with my daughter was to get them at the same time not one at a time. Oh we are sorry please stay. I didn't stay and I waited another 20 minutes for them to finish with my daughter. We drove there from Elizabeth because last time we where there it was a great experience. Cleanest most professional nail salon I've ever been in. Prices are a bit higher but it includes a mini shoulder massage! Only problem is my gel manicure fade and chip within a week. I don't know if it's just me or their products?!? Read Less

This place is phenomenal! Their spa pedicure is better than anything I've gotten at BIG 5-star Spas. They do great nail designs and are always friendly and helpful. Gone a few other places, especially when i am out of town, but try not to waste my money elsewhere. Ten Nails has won my loyalty and my recommendation! Read Less

This place is a rip off. $50 for a shellac pedicure and they barely even scraped the dead skin off of my feet, had to do it myself when I got home. Let's just hope the nail polish lasts. Been here once before and my shellac manicure chipped the next day. Definitely never wasting my money here again. I could give myself a better mani/pedi. Read Less

Out of everywhere I have EVER been to do my nails or get a pedicure this place is the absolute worst. I went there and got horrible service and swore to never go back. Well I should have mentioned this to my 16 year old daughter Bc she went there and got the worst nails I have ever seen. They were really long and very thin, she realized this and told the lady before she left. They told her that they would be fine. So she paid and left. Paid 50$$$$$ for white tips dipped in "acrylic" wow! Well 5 days later shocker her nail broke (getting her card out of her wallet!) I went back into the salon with her to get her money back and they made a huge deal out of it saying they didn't even remember my daughter, asking if she had really gotten her nails done there?! REALLY?! They said the owner wasn't there and we needed to talk to her so my daughter went back the next day. They refunded her money but get this!!!! They cut her nails off first?! This place is a freakin joke. They suck at nails, unprofessional, rude, unsanitary and talk about people the entire time your in there. I came in and they got me in right away. I asked for pink and white acrylic nails. She glued on white tips, painted my nails with nail glue and dipped it in acrylic powder. They were thin and uneven, and she couldn't file my nails correctly. I will never come back to this nail salon, they're a joke and can't do nails. Read Less

I have had many pedicures in my day in different areas of Colorado and different states.  I went today with two other ladies and we all agree.....it was the BEST Pedicure any of us had ever had.  Wonderful.  Relaxing.  A step above what I was expecting.  This is my only place from here on out. I have had nothing but problems with my acrylics and gel since I got them. About 10 days ago I went in to get my nails done. The man was rude and went very rough on my nails. I left with bumpy nails. Less than a week later the gel was peeling off. I went back in today to get a nail fixed that had fallen completely off and a gel touch up from polish that had peeled off. I was more than willing to pay for the service. Once again I was leaving unsatisified the nails were bumpy and uneven and from the nail that broke i didnt even recieve a new plastic acrylic i recieved some thin mesh with glue all over that wasnt even really shaped to match. I had asked for a refund in which i got yelled at by 2 of the female employees that were working today. I will never recommend or return to this establishment. I am highly dissatisfied. Read Less

HORRIBLE experience. Maybe because I didn't look the part, but the pedicure was half-assed. Pedicures range from the regular for $30, several for $50,  $60, $70. I chose the regular. A few swipes of my heel and Rose starts to rinse my feet. I asked her if that was it and she says if you want for me to do more you need to pay more. You can tell when someone doesnt even want to bother . It was ridiculous. It doesn't matter about the money, but don't make me feel like I am a waste of time bc it's not a $60 pedicure. Read Less

I enjoy this nail salon a lot.  It's very nice, calm, and relaxing.  The best thing? No chemical smell! I never feel pressured or victimized by the upscale that happens at some of these kind of establishments.  I try other places, thinking there might be someplace else better ( in my constant search for the best!) but I always end up here. I love this place.  They always greet me by name and they are very nice and Professional.  They have a clean facility and very relaxing atmosphere.  One thing I love is their hot stone pedicure as well as the fact that they do not use drills.  Everything is by hand including shaping and filing nails and buffing nails.  My nails have actually gotten stronger here. Pricing was not as quoted on phone. 2. inflated prices for nail designs ($5 for two nails with a heart on them ....which no one would know was a heart ) 3.  Total due at the end of visit did not add up to pricing quoted when we got there --and if we had not caught it , would've been an even further inflated bill. Love this nail salon. I have gone back 5 times now and love the service! I was converting from gel to silk and they maintained the gel for 3 visits because they were in good shape (saving me mucho $$). I thought I had finally found a good nail salon in Parker, not so.  I had a pretty good experience the first 2 times I went there.  They are a little pricey, $55 for a basic pedi and gel nails.  Not a huge deal, experience was decent and relaxing.  The third time was not good. It took Izzy over 2 hours for the same service and it was $65.  How does the price go up $10 in 3 weeks?  When I complained all they kept saying was "always $65 dollar".  I know what I paid and was very angry.  I paid the $65 and started to leave,  Izzy had the nerve to tell me the tip was not included in the $65.  When in the h+++ are tips mandatory, they are definitely optional!!!!  She did not get a tip from me and I will not be going back. Also, my polish started chipping off after only 5 days and should last at least 3 weeks, now my nails look awful. Read Less

I was a walk in for a natural nail mani. They were able to take me right away. Staff was friendly, but there was a bit if language barrier. They talked me into gel/shellac. Wish they had more colors. Izzy was nice and did a seemingly good, albeit quick job on my neglected hands. It felt rushed, so it wasn't very relaxing. They didn't do my free neck massage. By day 3 my hands were back to work and my cuticles looked as dry and neglected as before. By day 4, 2 fingers had small chips. By day 5 my right index polish peeled off in a big chunk. I was an hour away from Parker, so I couldn't get it matched, so my manicure is basically ruined as I will remove it tonight. 4 for cleanliness, 3 for staff communication, 1 for quality of service. I have had much better results with Revlon Color Stay polish and top coat under the same conditions. Read Less

Love this nail salon! About a week before I got married I was down to the wire, stressed, and needed to get my toes done. I was shopping at the King Soopers and saw this place in the same strip mall and thought well why not check it out. I walked in and within minutes I was in a really nice massage chair while a really nice man was massaging my worries away. I'm not kidding, this is the most relaxing nail place I have ever been in. I know a lot of people like the chatter and appreciate the relationships you make with your technicians but I am not that person. When I go for beauty I am looking for a little R&R and to walk out of there feeling relaxed and a bit better about myself and this is the place for that.  It is quiet, they keep the talking down and place really enjoyable classical music. It is very, very clean. Decorated very nicely and modern. The pedicure chairs are really comfortable and they do there manicures on these nice looking chairs that slightly recline. They massage your shoulders while your nails dry and the pedicures are through and they last forever. They offer shellac, have tons of color options and have tea and coffee out to drink. $ 25-30 dollars for a basic pedicure, and worth it if just for the 45 minutes of relaxation it gives me.  I love that it is so close to home and look forward to coming back.
