I've been coming here for a little over a year now and these Ladies are fantastic. They do such a fantastic job. Great massages, amazing attention to detail when filing : ) I've rarely had any issues with chipping etc. with the gel mani and pedi's. They are happy to fix it complementary. Sara, the owner of the shop, spent more than 20 minutes discussing options for my nails.  They have always bee very thin and they split into the nail bed.  I've had acrylic and hard gel but nothing seems to help.  She took into account my history and how I use my hands.  After our discussion I decided  to try a silk wrap.Kelly actually did my silk wrap and took great care with my natural nails before putting the silk on and paid a lot of attention to the details.  It's really important to me that the cuticles are neat and the line of the silk/polish is even and neat.  Kelly did a wonderful job as you can see in the picture.When she was finished applying the silk, she gave me a very comforting hand and forearm massage, and while my nails dried Kelly gave me a lovely neck rub.  The ambiance in the salon is so calming; the music is peaceful and the conversation is relaxing.Every time we're in Denver, this will be my nail salon! I keep coming back here because they typically can get you right in. But maybe that's for a reason... The last few pedicures I've gotten have been very rushed. They barely buffed my heels, and by the end my feet felt the same. My nail services have also been very rushed. They almost always cut me or make me bleed and my nail shapes aren't very consistent. Not the best, there are certainly much better alternatives in Parker. Read Less

The first time I went, Claire did my Mani and pedi and did an outstanding job. It only lasted about a week (it was no chip), but to be fair, I went to Mexico and was constantly in water, which I'm sure didn't help. The owners are korean sisters very sweet ladies. Extremely professional, great service. Reason they don't soak your hands to clean the cuticles is because when the skin is wet you can remove more than what's needed. Makes sense to me. Read Less

Mother/daughter pedis are great at Milano. Gin and Sara, along with the rest of their staff, are friendly. Even if I haven't been in for a while they remember my name. I could spend all day in the massage chairs! Read Less

Love this place. Organic pedicures, no chemical smells, super friendly staff. The regular pedicures are a super value but the spa pedicures are worth the indulgence. My feet don't get as dry with the paraffin treatments and the upgraded nail polish kept my toes looking good for 6 weeks!  Hands down favorite place in Parker!! Read Less

They are very friendly and do a decent job but every time I make an appointment, I end up waiting 20-30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time to be seen. Their inability to keep to scheduled appointments on track is very frustrating. Read Less

I enjoyed my pedicure here. Their prices are good for what you get. They even do a scrub and foot massage for the basic pedicure, but still make sure they do a quick, effecient job. I like that their pedi chairs have shiatsu massage. The polish was well-done. The salon has relaxing music and doesn't smell of chemicals. If they offered water or something to drink, that would make it more of a 5-star experience. Read Less

Very strange owner & staff spoke Asian language constantly & we could tell they were not talking nice about everyone which is extremely rudeTheir work was Rushed & they made myself & 4 of my girlfriends feel awkward as if we were imposing on them between us all we spent $400 on mani pedis w the shellack product They were Very busy but under quoted us on time we even left & came back took 3 hours for a so-so job and they were very expensive. This nail place is okay. The people are very friendly, very nice. But the quality is just okay. You get callouses on your feet from walking around a lot, and they didn't even address those during my pedicure. Why would I pay 35$ for a pedicure that doesn't even fully take care of my feet? My toes looked amazing though. It was a very nice painting job. It has lasted a few days so far, so we will see how long the polish lasts. My sister got her eyebrows waxed and they looked pretty great, even for the most part. This salon doesn't do acrylics, and I wanted to get mine done after my toes. I was disappointed they don't do acrylics.  That's one service every nail salon should offer, a lot of women in Parker wear fake nails. The workers were very nice and talkative, which is a great quality for someone to have that you have to spend an hour plus with. Overall experience, ok. Would I go back? Maybe in a few months. Very cute shop and friendly staff. I didn't wait at all, maybe because it was close to closing. I had a mani and pedi. The hot stone massage was awesome. She, and sorry I forgot her name, was a perfectionist with the paint :) which I really appreciated.  I had read she hurt someone's cuticles before I tried the place out, but I had no problems ...and I'm a big baby! This is my favorite nail salon to go to in Colorado. Prices are very reasonable. The ladies are always welcoming and friendly. Colorful and bright inside. They sanitize all of their tools. Everything is very clean.I have only gone in for the gel manicure, and I haven't felt the need to try anywhere else. They do such a great job and are very detail oriented and always ask if you like how your nails look. Great customer service and love walking out with gorgeous nails afterwards! Highly recommended.
