I went here specifically because of the reviews & I have never been more disappointed. Every pedicure I've ever had has included removing dry skin or rough skin off my feet… they used to some less than mediocre little automated sanding tool which didn't do anything! When I asked about filing the dead skin off the feet, they said it would be five dollars extra. I talked to three people including the manager and they did not budge on charging me extra for a basic pedicure. Then they put some lotion on my feet and it still didn't really do anything… At that point I just was too frustrated to continue the discussion. Here I sit less then five days later with my feet looking exactly the way they did when I came in, besides new nail polish. They are the best! I moved to CO a few years ago and tried out multiple different nail salons and this is by far the best! They are friendly and the type of place that remembers you the next time you come back! All the ladies do a great job, but I go to Tina every time! Read Less

This place truly deserves ONE star. I came in for my daughters fourth birthday and my nail technician was rushed and rude. When I asked if we could add an eyebrow wax she said "I don't think I have time for that"... I responded and said "don't worry about it". She then proceeded to give me a pathetic rushed basic manicure. I'm a stay at home mom-- when I'm able to treat myself I WANT to feel pampered... and when I'm paying good money for a service I expect for them to take the time to do it right.  I wish I would have asked for the technicians name. This was honestly the worst experience I've had. (Oh and the eyebrow was she gave me was just as pathetic and left oil on my eyebrows.) I went to the front to tell them how awful my experience was and the lady kept interrupting me saying "I'll redo it!!" She again could care less about the words coming out of my mouth. I came here based on positive yelp reviews.  I did a full set of acrylics, and they were done in 30 minutes and look nice.  Although they were done quickly, the price ($45) was higher than other salons.  I like my nails but felt that the salon was really, really dirty.  Dirty everywhere....the worst I've ever seen. Lee did my nails and I'll be back.  I was a long time customer of Milano in Parker but the quality of the Gel application hasn't been good recently - with wear only lasting maybe a week or 10 days.  Normally I can wear Gels for about 3 weeks.  So far this one is fantastic.  Lee's work on my cuticles was meticulous.  I'm very particular about the manicure and I'm super pleased!  I'll be back to visit Lee next time! Ick.  I had a manicure and pedicure yesterday.  I observed a female employee wearing a yellow shirt with black dots pick up the towels from the floor in the waxing room that had been used to wipe off the legs of the pedicure customers, re-roll the towels and place them in a rack and then in the warmer to be used again on new customers.  I won't ever go here again. I am currently in the process of trying to break my nail biting habit.  I am so self conscious about my nails that I get panic attacks when I go into nail salons sometimes.  After carefully researching and reading reviews, I decided to go to Luxor.  They were AMAZING!  It felt like walking into a room full of friends.  The rapport with their customers is phenomenal.Dani did my nails and although they were very short and a little hard to file and paint she was patient and encouraging and made them look much cleaner.  I think she could tell I was having some anxiety so she didn't try to start a conversation right away with me but was incredibly comfortable with the other staff and customers.  Thank you guys for your great attitudes and commitment to making the customer feel special.
