Definitely customer focused. I recently got a pedi & full set (coffin style). I called towards the end of their day on a Friday to see if they could get me in and at no point did they seem annoyed, happily telling me to come right in. As I completed my pedi and begun my full set they began to get busier. I finished up and went home and truly wasn't 100% satisfied with the shape/ length of my coffins. I called and they had already closed but I left a voicemail. Jessica called ...me back the next day within their first hour being open and did not hesitate to offer me to come back in and she personally would assist me with a reshape. Since I work in Denver but live in Parker I was not able to make it in on that Saturday and even knowing that Sunday is one of their busier days, she made time for me to come in. I came as a walk-in for a pedicure. I waited 15 minutes for a chair. The pedicure was fine- the facility was clean. When the pedicure was done and my nails were drying, however, I felt fairly forgotten. I had a difficult time getting anyone's attention. Fall of 2017: $30 for basic pedicure. Nothing was particularly "wrong" with my experience; then again, I didn't really leave feeling like they cared very much whether my experience was positive or if I'd come back. Read Less

I went for the first time & got a basic mani & pedi, great price of $35. I got a man named Phillip, he did a great job! I don't like going to new salons as I have problems with my feet & he was gentle & I feel great today, no problems. Relaxing as well, with working massage chairs! Most of the tools I saw, other than pumice stones came out of a clean sealed bag, very important to me. The only con I would like to see improved is, better communication in English in order to talk with customers & feel less excluded. Overall great place & I will go back again.Read Less

I was there Saturday.. the lady doing my pedicure was so rough that my nails started bleeding (and I get a pedicure every couple months, so they are used to it!).. what's worse, she continued with the pedicure and put the tools back in the bin.. not sure if she threw away the nail polish either. She cut me so deep that I ended up in Urgent Care with my big toe infected! Read Less

This salon is very dirty compare others, I have been to! They don't sanitize their tools after using it on other clients. I had fugus under my toe nails!! Also, the staffs are horrible! They mistreat their customers because they think working at a ""salon"" is all that. Read Less
