I made appointments and took a friend's elderly parents to J'Adore for pedicures on Sunday. The young women servicing them were great, and took care with their aging skin, asking me questions all along the way. They enjoyed their pedis very much.
I found out after coming home, that, had the couple gotten their nails polished during the pedicure, they would have also gotten a neck / shoulder massage. I took a star off for this because even though neither one got polish, I feel that a small massage sure would have been appreciated, especially since the establishment came out more profitable, not having to put in time and product on polish. So, J'Adore lost points there.
My daughter (a teen) had helped me with this couple that day, and she really wanted a pedi. So I made us appointments, and we went today (Wednesday - 3 days after that last visit). I was very disheartened when, during the time I was being worked on, the young lady and the other workers there all were talking to each other in their language. I find this extremely rude! It's one of my biggest pet peeves and, when asking on Facebook for recs for the best pedis, I was assured this rudeness didn't happen at J'Adore. More lost points.
Then, when our nails were drying for 15+ minutes, nobody came to give us even a second of massage. They were too busy tending to walk-ins. Our nails were dry, so I got my sandals strapped on and we stood to leave (I had paid right as they sat us there to dry our nails. Too bad they didn't pay as much attention to actually finishing our pedis.). One woman rushed over to quickly apply what looked like a top coat, and we left.
Backing up for a minute.... when I paid, I was asked about signing up for their rewards program. Again, more points lost, as this certainly wasn't offered at our last trip. So I lost 60 reward points there. Not great.
So, I have to say that the actual pedi, minus the massage that never came, was fine. But complete service was definitely lacking. I'm not hard to please at all, so I don't feel that I'm being unfair. Nobody has to remind me to do a good job, so I'm not going to remind someone to do their job that I'm paying for. Guess we'll continue our search for complete and great service.... ☹

Edited to add response to J'Adore: Nobody did any bad polish job. Our nails look nice. As far as talking to each other in your language that your clients do not understand, it's rude - especially when the techs say NOTHING to the clients. Nothing at all. Your response doesn't change my mind, as you've not really said anything but "this is the way it is and we didn't have the time nor the interest to make you feel comfortable or appreciated". Your staff certainly DID have the time to perform a neck massage on the couple I brought in on Sunday (as more than one of them were simply standing around doing nothing, or walking to and from the back area ), but they CHOSE not to. I'm sure my review won't hurt your business, and that's fine. Reviews should be used as an opportunity to make things right or improve on your business, but your response shows you don't have any interest in either. So your business won't see us again.

Went here for a eye brow wax and gel manicure. They messed my eyebrows up and made them uneven. I got upset and cried instead of having sympathy they asked me to leave and refused to do my nails. After making an appointment 2 weeks prior and having vacation tomorrow. I explained I got upset and she fixed it and I don’t understand the issue? I didn’t yell or say anything rude I just cried cause I got scared I would look bad for a vacation I was planning all year. The lady said yeah well she doesn’t want to do them and you can go somewhere else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER. I don’t understand how they can’t have compassion for someone who just had a bad wax. I was referred here by a couple friends and will make sure that they never come back either.

This salon makes every visit relaxing and enjoyable. I’ve been coming here for the past year and love their delux pedicures. Today I had the Mango experience, includes a 20 minute massage & hot stones. I even asked for a 4th of July design and loved the way if turned out.

I had a pedicure and shellac manicure today. The salon was clean and the staff was very welcoming. A nice gentleman did my pedicure and he did a great job. I have ingrown toenails and he took care of those! I believe her name was Nala, did my shellac manicure and she also did a great job. I made my next appointment while I was there.

I've been to this nail salon a few times and it is my favorite in Parker! It feels comfortable and they always do a great job. I especially love the dip manicure. Takes awhile but the results are well...

I love this place. It has become my go to nail salon and I have tried quite a few. My nails look amazing and never peel. I love that they actually check in after my services from time to time to make sure that I still like them (who does that!!! I was shocked the first time it happened.). They are so accommodating as well. Highly recommend them. They are amazing.

J’Adore Nails hosted a non profit night for us and they went above and beyond. Everyone loved their manicures and pedicures. Unique colors and hand painted designs galore. They even do hot stone massages for each manicure and pedicure...and shoulder massages! Very reasonably priced as well.

I have been a customer for a couple of years now, and recommended many friends and family. They are VERY clean, their work is very meticulous, and you can count on spending a good deal of time here. Today however, I scheduled an appointment at 3pm for dip nails and a pedicure. I arrived at 3:06 pm and every single nail tech was not only busy, but not going to be available for quite some time. They took a walk-in back before me. I waited in an empty pedicure chair (no water) for 40 minutes before someone even came over and started my service. I was at the nail salon for 3 hours and left without my fingernails being done because the girl used the wrong stuff on my nails saying they "don't like to do dip nails". I was given a gift certificate for a gel manicure because they felt bad (nice gesture, but I didn't want a gel manicure to begin with), I had to pay the full price for my "Express" 3 hour pedicure.
It seems that no one knows how to manage this business.
If someone books an appointment, then you need to have at least one tech available to complete the entire service.
Walk ins should not be taken if it will make you short handed for people with scheduled appointments.
If you need someone to do the pedicure and someone else to do the manicure, make sure you have them available for the scheduled appointment.....or.......don't book the appointment.
If you don't like to do "dip" nails, don't offer it.
There is nothing more frustrating as a consumer, than to wait 3 hours for an incomplete service.

I absolutely LOVE this salon. The best I've found in Parker and Castle Rock. You don't feel like you're part of an assembly line. They don't talk at you, they talk to you. Leg and shoulder massages are wonderful. They even use hot stones. Staff kind. Super clean and one of the cheapest salons I've been to as well. Please don't ever close!!!!! I don't know what I'll do.

Overall I would say this salon is pretty good. It is very open, bright, and clean. I made an appointment for a gel manicure and they got me in right away. The staff was very nice. The lady who did my nails was very sweet and gentle. She did a good job on the cut, filing, & paint and my nails look great. After the manicure, she exfoliated my hands and also massaged my hands & arms with a hot stone. Very relaxing! Price for the manicure was $35. Keep in mind that they prefer cash or check as method of payment. They do take cards though.The reason I had to take one star away is because I think the service could use improvement. The lady who did my nails was so kind but she moved very slow. A little too slow. I felt like there was no sense of urgency. My appointment took 2 hours and my gel manicures have never gone over 1.5 hours. Also, when she was removing my old gel, she was scraping off the polish with her own finger nail which I thought was odd. I'm not sure why she didn't use a tool to scrape off my old gel. It felt weird that she was using her own nail to do it, especially because her nails could have been damaged in the process. Other than that, I was happy with how my nails turned out.

I made appointments and took a friend's elderly parents to J'Adore for pedicures on Sunday. The young women servicing them were great, and took care with their aging skin, asking me questions all along the way. They enjoyed their pedis very much.

I love this place. It has become my go to nail salon and I have tried quite a few. My nails look amazing and never peel. I love that they actually check in after my services from time to time to make sure that I still like them (who does that!!! I was shocked the first time it happened.).
