For the four years that I have lived in Parker, this has been my go to place for manicures, waxing, acrylics and pedicures. The staff has always been so kind to my daughter and I. The new renovations make for a wonderful experience and we always leave feeling happy with the work that has been done and if I ever have issues ex: polish ding, broken nail or general questions, they have always helped me fix it with no issues. One star because I admit my nails look better than they did before. Customer service was terrible. They were rude to me from when I walked into the door to when I tried to thank them as I left only to be completely ignored. the lady that did my nails told me to pay halfway through my manicure and full set "in case I mess it up". My nails are uneven, there are huge bubbles in the acrylic and I will frankly NEVER come here again and I suggest no one else does either. sorry. Read Less

Thought I'd try out a new nail salon and the $35 for a mani/pedi was enticing.  The very empty shop should have been an indicator of things to come.  The lady doing my nails was consistently rough; she kept on using a coarse nail file and cutting the ends of my fingers .  I saw no evidence that they sterilized any of their equipment.She used a green dish scrubbing pad on my feet causing raw areas and multiple small cuts.  They all spoke very loud in their native tongue causing a less than relaxing atmosphere. I had gel nail polish on when I arrived and switched back to regular nail polish and when paying my bill, they informed me removing the gel was an extra $5.Buyer beware.  Very poor quality. I've only been here once, so take that for what it's worth. My experience could have been a fluke. My impression was that this your typical nail salon with a sort of hospital waiting room atmosphere. They did a proficient job on my nails but I wouldn't say it was an enjoyable experience.Except for the guy running the front desk, it appears that none of the staff speaks much English so communicating with my nail tech was interesting. Then, because I had the gel polish done, a more senior tech took over (possibly the owner or manager??). Obviously I couldn't tell what they were saying but it was obvious she didn't like the job the first girl did on my manicure and she was chastising her. It made me feel uncomfortable so as soon as I was done, I paid and left quickly.Cost seems to be about the same as everywhere else, at  least for the services I used, so I'm off to find a place that's a bit more welcoming and friendly. Located in Hobby Lobby center, small but clean. Most importantly, they do great nails (acrylic, gel, solar), as well as manicures and pedicures. The prices are much cheaper and they offer promotions that vary throughout seasons. I got acrylic nails set for $25 before and recently had solar nails done (similar to acrylic but better quality powder) for $30 full-set (plus tip) and pedicure for $20, whereas other nail salons around Parker do the same acrylic full sets for $40-$45 plus tip just for the acrylic set :( Read Less
