I'm usually happy with my gel manicures but my latest one started peeling after a week.  This is totally unacceptable given that they are more expensive than every other nail salon.  Also, cuticles were not done well at all.  I can pay a lot less for a crappy manicure. Read Less

I saw this nail place online and it was rated so highly I walked in and just wanted to get a gel manicure. Simple enough...oh and maybe a little customer service as well. Upon walking in the nail salon was quite nice and well appointed. I waited and finally a caucasian woman came up to the front desk and asked if she could help me (she was a little abrupt)...maybe she was doing nails in the back and had to walk away from her customer...well if you're that busy hire a receptionist. I asked if they had any appointments for today...she said no and sorry and walked away really quickly to the back, not we can get you in another day...just turned around and I was dismissed...like I said maybe she was in a rush...or maybe the employees at this salon are just rude...whatever it is...no matter what a great job they do I will never come back. The Get Nailed I go to is in Marietta Georgia & they are good. The owner Peter & his son to me do the best nails. The ladies are nice, the environment is nice as in most salons the smell blows you out. They are clean too & reasonably priced. We started my bachelorette party by visiting Get Nailed. This the nicest place I have EVER gotten my nails done at! I was treated like a princess and the girls that came with me were equally treated like princesses. Get Nailed is extremely clean and tidy. They have so many great colors to choose from for shellac and nail polish, and they are all from quality brands OPI, Gelish, etc. The ladies that work there and the owner are extremely accommodating! They make sure you are being taken care of every single minute you are there. This place is pricier than the average salon, but only because of the quality of the services, products, and expertise. This is the best place to get your nails done - clean, stylish, great music and wonderful ladies! I have gone to other places and yes, they are cheaper (by maybe $5/$10) and you should know why. Check out their tubes and how they clean them. Check out the tools they use and how they clean them. I want to know I won't be getting used utensils and to me a few extra bucks is worth it for that! I'll start by saying this is definitely not the place if you need acrylics. I wanted to find a place that had no drilling, etc. and I was pleasantly surprised to find a salon so close to me that didn't drill. I was scheduled with Sally, and she was TERRIBLE. I don't say that lightly because I don't want to affect someone's ability to make a living. However, the job she did is beyond terrible. My nails are jagged on all the edges, she applied the acrylic ridiculously unevenly, put it on very thick, and just overall they're really gross and unprofessional. I paid $65.00 (set and gel after), and have to go somewhere else right away tomorrow and get them redone. I simply can't wait a week or two to get them re-done. I tipped (a little) because I really felt terrible about leaving without a tip (something is clearly wrong with me), but it was the worst $71.00 I've ever spent, ever. I shouldn't have tipped and should've complained to the owner but I have had a rough few weeks personally with taking on some big issues so I let it go, paid and left. I'm SO disappointed!!! Ming, the owner, is kind and helpful to everyone! I frequently consult with her regarding nail color, and she's happy to help. She'll offer you water or hot tea. Regina and Michelle are my nail techs of choice, but you can't go wrong with anyone in the salon. They are personable and will talk or be quiet, whichever you prefer.  The variety of different nail polishes and colors ensure nearly everyone can find something they like. I do find the prices higher than other nail places in town and more in line with destination resorts. (After reading reviews of horror stories regarding other salons overcharging, I do appreciate posted prices!) That being said, however, Get Nailed is extremely clean, the therapists are well trained, and they do a wonderful job. Even though they're busy at all times, i always feel pampered. I had been given a $40 gift certificate when my son was a newborn. A pedicure just wasn't in the cards in those early baby days so I put away the gift certificate and forgot about it. We were unpacking from a recent move and I came across the gift certificate which had expired at the end of ...this past year. I figured it was worth a shot to try and use it since the salon had already received $40 from my friend who purchased it. The girl checking me out wasn't sure how to handle the situation so she went to speak with the owner. She came back quickly and apologized but said she would not be able to honor the certificate at all. It's my fault for not checking prior to my service... But I had an expensive pedicure and they didn't even offer to charge me for a lower level pedi or give a discount or anything whatsoever. So works out pretty good for them! Free $40 from my friend and then another full priced service from me. Just doesn't seem like good customer service... Awesome place.  I've been going for pedicures on and off since it opened.  Very clean and friendly. Recently switched my nails from another place to here and I should have done it sooner.  Ming, the owner, is very friendly and helpful on the services you need.  Prices are posted so you know what your spending when you get there.  In dint know about anybody else. I was very disappointed when I went here. No time time was spent cleaning up my cuticles. The time spent on painting my nail was very quick and the end result was disappointing. I spoke up about my experience and the owner just defended the manicurist so I left. By the next day the polish was already chipping.  I will never come back again. Read Less

The best nail salon I've been to in Parker. So clean and the people are so so so sooo nice. They are great at their job and know what they're doing, they are professionals. I came here to get a terrible acrylic job fixed. The girl I went to before literally butchered my nails so I made my appointment the next day and had the pleasure of meeting the owner (can't remember her name). She removed my acrylic as gently as she could and set me up for a gel manicure. The salon is beautiful, clean and chic. Their products are definitely high end and her work was immaculate. The woman who did my pedicure (also forgot her name) did a good thorough job. I would love to come here bi-weekly for my mani and pedi needs but for the prices are a bit too steep for me. Read Less

I have been to a couple of nail salons in Parker, but my technicians kept leaving. When I found Get Nailed, I knew I also found a permanent salon! It is very clean and decorated fresh and current. The music is always a great mix which just adds to the experience. I've been to Michelle a few times now and we just laugh with each other-such a nice feeling to get along with a technician again! Phenomenal nails by Regina at Get Nailed.  It was a stellar experience - from beginning to end.  Beautiful salon.  While it isn't the least expensive option out there the quality of the service makes it worth every penny.  I had to have a HORRIBLE old set of acrylics removed and a new set put on.  It was a great experience.  Clean, pain free, and I felt pampered.  My nails look great. I went for my first visit to Get Nailed today and was really impressed. For one thing it's very pretty inside, very clean, quiet and more "spa like" than any other place in town. All the instruments are cleaned, disinfected and packaged so you know everything is in order there. The chairs are comfy and luxurious and easy to get into even for short girls like me! :) I liked that my clinician took the time to give me some suggestions on how to maintain my pedicure after I left, most places just take your money and send you on your way. I never give any place a five star rating after only going once... but this place is on its way. Read Less

The staff is friendly, the salon is clean; however, I won't be back. For the price I paid I expect a set of acrylic nails to last two weeks (they last at least that long from the other salon down the road). It's only been 5 days since my appointment and I have three nails lifting. I have not done anything out of the ordinary with my hands. Read Less
