This is a hard place to give a review for because I feel like you get two vastly different experiences depending on your service. I have been here twice for pedicures and once for a full gel set. The pedicure experience: Five star across the board. They truly pamper you which is wonderful. I've never tried anything "fancy" with their paint jobs but I do recommend the upgrades if you're in the mood to be spoiled. The manicure experience: Two stars at best. I have been getting gel-sets for about 17 years now on and off. I'm not particularly picky either. However, what normally takes about an hour took two and a half hours! They had a movie on a loop I watched the entire thing 1 and a half times while there. And what's worse is after all that time the set starting peeling off withing about four days, not acceptable! I've been here before and never had a problem. Just average, I only go here for pedicures. Today the lady who did my pedicure was extremely rude. There was a male technician who told her to do my pedicure, I assume he was the owner? But anyway she was not happy. I'm not sure why such an attitude but she started yelling at him in Vietnamese. Like causing a scene and slamming stuff. It was very awkward and she ended up cutting my toe. I was mortified and will not ever go back. For $78.00? Hell no. Unacceptable. My daughter and I walked in today. We was greeted by friendly staff. My daughter got acrylic nails done by Ann. She was amazing. I had a pedicure and manicure done by Tom. He did amazing. You get a punch card and receive discounts once punch card is full. We will definitely be back.Read Less

Went in on a Thursday evening and had my nails done for a wedding on Friday. Needless to say they all fell off before the wedding even happened. I spent $50 on these and they didn't even last 1 full day. On top of it I was at the salon for almost 2 hrs to have them done and her technique was completely bizarre. I just kept my mouth shut and trusted her but I guess I shouldn't have. Going to get my money back today ! Read Less

I really want to give zero stars but I can't. First off these people need to learn at least a little bit of English to conduct business and communicate about what the customer wants. I came in for a fill and I was filling pink and white acrylic. She cuts my nails down sands it all down then whips out super glue and some clear polish. Then she starts barely dusting the nail bed with some powder. Thumps my finger with hers to settle the powder and I'm thinking what kind of freaky trendy shit is this. I stop her and ask her what she's doing and tell her I want acrylic. Well they don't do acrylic they do "re base" with shellac. I said well you should have told me you don't do acrylic because clearly I came in here with acrylic nails and I haven't liked shellac in the past. Then they talk me into it promising it would last 2 weeks. And give me a $10 discount so it would be $40 instead of $50. Well $40 is still a little high but I did it. 24 hours my nails are peeling. I told those idiots I didn't think shellac on top of acrylic was a good idea! Then I go back 2 days later to have her fix it but 2 days later peeling again. I'm not doing hard labor or being rough with my nails I was just typing and cooking dinner so it's just maddening. They suck! They lie! And basically they steal because I spent $40 on a worthless service. Complete waste of my time considering the first time was an hour and 45 minutes and her fixing them 2 days later took almost an hour! Stay away. Over priced under delivered. I'm sure I will not get any response from a manager since they probably read English about as well as they speak it. Read Less

I've been here twice now and I loved it both times.  It is clean, comfortable and the services are very unique as compared to typical nail salons.  Sitting in a massage chair while having your feet pampered is heavenly.  I only wish the person who answers the phone spoke better English.  It is so hard to understand her and both times I wasn't sure we had agreed on the same appointment time.  But, once you are in the chair and the service has begun, none of that matters.  It will definitely be my first choice for my pedicures. I agree with other comment. Went to get shellac mani today and they didn't even soak my nails before getting rid of cuticles. Because they didn't soak, most of the cuticles stayed resulting in uneven nail polish application. Im posting pics so you can see. I had to ask her to redo a few nails. Anyway very sloppy work. Every other salon I've been to had my hands and nails soak and really worked on cuticles, this place just bypassed the whole process - probably trying to save time. Quality sucked, not very happy. A very disappointed long time customer!  I have been coming here for many years with my girls. I usually take a break between March and October.  This time the nails rarely stayed on for a week! I am not talking just 1 rebase, I am talking from full-set on, they just aren't lasting (silk or acrylic tips) so I gave up in January.  Came back on Sunday with some out of state family and found that they jacked up the price for ACRYLIC TIPS to $50 BUCKS!!!! Really, from $30 to $50, for what???? They barely use any product except for glue, lots of glue hardly any powder and the same old normal tips! Yes, the pedicure and the chocolate massage are the best in town for the money, they are still $30 (thank god). The quality just isn't there any more :(.  I will say the quality is just one of the 3 but still not worth the money now. Read Less

Terrible experience! This was my first time at this salon, but gave my nails done every 3-4 weeks! Shellac mani usually lasts 3 weeks but as i was having this one I kept questioning my technician and she didn't speak any English. It's only been 5 days any nails are peeling! She filed and trimmed then started polishing and stuck it under the lights before I ever washed all the white junk off?????  I knew I was sunk, but paid $40 and hoped for the best! Love this place! So clean and the staff is so friendly and helpful! They don't use any power tools and everything is organic (well not the polishes). They give you a mini massage while you wait for your nails to dry. Its a great place to relax and get pampered! Read Less

Absolutely adore this place! I come in almost every other weekend for a pedicure and have not been disappointed once! The prices are a little higher than your typical nail salon (30 for base pedicure and higher for specialty) but for everything you get its 100% worth it. I actually stumbled upon this place by accident when being turned away from a very similar nail salon down the street and I'm SO glad I did. I usually get one of their spa pedicures (45$) which include hot stone massages and a shoulder massage at the end. This place does not skimp on the massages (my favorite part!) and they take extra care of your heels which is great. Today I got an eyebrow wax as well and it was phenomenal! I couldn't believe the attention she spent evening out my eyebrows from another salon's mistake. I'm shocked they don't have more positive reviews.. The best nail salon in the area!  Such a pleasing atmosphere with great decor.  Super clean.  Nice music and always a movie playing.  Excellent pedicure menu with a hot stone massage included in the basic.  They do great shellac manicures with a lot of color options.  Shoulder massage after mani was great.
