Would give them 0 stars if possible. Firstly, the customer service my sister and I received was terrible. After my pedicure was finished I was rushed to sit down to for my manicure. I was still gathering my things with the nail artist WHISTLED at me and yelled at me to hurry from across the room (please take note there was only one other customer in the store and extra nails technicians to go around). Later on, my sister asked if they could do an additional coat of glitter because it looked bare, the man helping me exclaimed “ I am the nail expert!! But fine I’ll do another coat!” . He grabbed my hand and started to paint my nail again, however he wouldn’t stop painting it. He said “ want another coat? I’ll do another ! And another!!” I felt like I was be bullied. I finally had to pull my hands away from him. He was also Skyping while doing my nails. Also, very professional. Secondly, his coarse handiwork caused me to bleed on two separate accounts and my nail beds are now full of hang nails and are sore over a week later! I would NOT recommend coming to this nail salon. I went in to this location today. We went in and one lady just grabbed me and sat me in her chair then I got yelled at because another lady thought I didn't have an appoint although I did. I then asked for my nails to be coffin shaped and the lady said I could not do that unless I got fake nails. First of all I had grown my nails out to fake nail length before. They were the longest I have ever gotten them. When I told her no I didn't want fake nails my nails are long enough she pulled out nail clippers and I figured she was going to cut then into the coffin shape. But instead she cut all my nails as fast as she could and said SEE YOU NEED FAKE NAILS! She ended up making me BLEED from going so fast and I ended up walking out! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE THEY ONLY CARE ABOUT THE MONEY NOT THE CLIENT! Read Less

My nail tech seemed sweet (I guess) although I couldn't understand her. She didn't seem to speak English and the tech beside her translated. That tends to happen so no big deal. However I wanted an American tip on my toes, but I couldn't seem to get my point across so got the French tip. Again, whatever. But when she was trimming cuticles and getting any hang nails, etc she dug into the side of my toe so badly and it bled. Really hurt! Ok, guess I'll still suffer at this poi...nt. After all the poking and priding (that is normal) it finally comes to the massaging part. This is the only enjoyable part for me in this process normally. Well, she had some daggers on her fingers because every time she bent her thumbs to rub, I had nails digging into me. Since we couldn't communicate I just scrunched my face up & clenched my hands together praying it'd be over soon. Afterwards they ask "good?" And I just wanted to be done even though on my big toe she made bleed, the polish is jacked up. I was with someone so just smiled & wanted to be DONE. We both payed and left. Her experience was only slight by better meaning they didn't draw blood. Worst experience I've ever had and this was my 1st time there (at my friend's request). I have been going here since February of 2015 after no luck with anywhere else in Parker and have loved it since! I started out with the gel shellac nails which were very nice and they have tons of color options. I have done acrylic nails since September of 2015. Attached are pictures of my acrylic nails done by my amazing technician Amy who also does my eyebrows in three of the photos. Amy and the rest of the staff are talented and very kind people. Always a joy to go in there! My favorite of my acrylic nails is the coral ones with the gold glitter lines. Constantly get complements from random people on my nails. Always get complements on my eyebrows too!I highly recommend coming here and anyone that you have will give you the best! :) Read Less

I have been going to this salon since it opened. I usually have Amy or Max do my nails. They both do a great job. Fast and efficient. I recently changed from acrylic to the SNS product. I love the,. My nails as not as thick and they last longer. I would recommend both Amy and Max. Read Less

I have gone here a few times to get my nails done, I wanted to try them out due to a bad experience at my former nail salon for the SNS. The first time I went the woman doing my nails was on her cell phone most of my appointment, my nails that I paid $40 did not hardly last a week and a half. Thinking maybe it was just an off day I went back and got an older lady who complained because of how much time my nails were taking and proceeded to have me pay in the middle of the appt. and refused to continue working until I put a tip down, my nails did last this time however. I went back for a third time about 10 days ago and again the lady was on her phone in the middle of my appt. she was not very friendly and my nails hardly lasted a week. I am not at all impressed with the customer service I have received at this salon. I would not recommend it, especially considering their prices. I love this nail salon! It is so clean and modern with the BEST massage chairs available. Staff is super and the work they do is amazing. It is hard to find a great nail salon like this one. They have extremely clean tools so you will never get any nail fungus here. Read Less
