Today i had the worst pedicure experience I've ever had! The guy seemed like he didn't know what he was doing he was rude and cut me several times. The owner thought a small discount would satisfy me but it didn't. I will never go back here again!!!

At first going their wasn't so bad. They treated you good, prices were somewhat cheaper. But after the 2nd time going back, my nails kept breaking after only having them for a couple days and then when i would call and ask them to fix it they said sure so i went back in later in the day. when i got there you can tell they were kind of frustrated with me. not sure why but you can feel the vibe. Whatever tho, i shrugged it off. 2 weeks later i go in for a fill. Waiting was kind of long, but eh oh well what place isn't busy anymore in Colorado. Finally when my turn is up they kind of just rushed me to get me gone. So now i have half fast work done. well 2 days later my nail breaks again...Mind you i work in an office so it's not like im rough with them. i actually take good care so they can last a while. But anyways another nail breaks again, not just 1 nail....2 so i call AGAIN and ask if then can fix it. I go in there and she's on her phone for like 30 mins just sitting there as i wait to get helped. Finally she helped me but then she had attitude. Completely made it aware that im wasting her time. She was rough filing them and kept burning me with the file. She had major attitude. And even argued with me about the nail color. She picked the wrong color and when i told her it was wrong she said "and you know that how!?) So at this point i know i will not be back. My last set barley lasted a week, Im not paying 50$ to only last a week. Really wanted to give this place a good review in the beginning. But now they lost a customer

Spent $50 on nails. It hasn’t even been a week and they’re already lifting and my nail tip is already showing. They didn’t cut my nails or file my nail. I also have black pieces of the black tip from filing in the clear acrylic. Overall just a terrible outcome and a waste of money. Very sad. Hadn’t had my nails done in months and decided to try a new place for a terrible experience.

Yesterday was the first time I've ever been here. The girl who did my nails took way longer than she should've and hurt me a lot. She let the tool sit in some spots too long and burned me. She also kept getting my skin with it too. When she was done they looked okay, but less than 24 hours later they're chipping. Going back to see if they'll fix them.. hopefully they can do it without hurting me again.

Love this place! I've been here a handful of times and it has become my go to nail place. Clean tools, quick service, and you can tell they have regulars because the owner is always greeting people by their first name. I usually get either a pedicure or a shellac manicure. Sometimes both! I've walked in when they are slammed and I've never waited longer than a couple of minutes. Everyone who has worked on me has been gentle, attentive to my preferences and I've always walked out happy and relaxed.

I've gone here several times over the course of a couple of years. Service has gone downhill. Just went yesterday, not happy with the service I got. The pedicure was okay, but the manicure I got was awful. The polish is already starting to come off, the polish wasn't applied evenly, and the guy who waited on me could barely speak English. I won't be going back.

I have got my nails done here 4 times now. The first 2 times I was very pleased except for the fact that the guy doing them cut me both times and was very rough. The other 2 times a lady did it im not sure what her name was but my nails were very sloppy and uneven a couple were longer than the others and the nail polish was painted on poorly. The first time she did my nails i got a full set which they have a sign on the window saying $20 for fullsets then after she was done she said it was $25 and i didnt even get anything fancy just simply painted. Then the last time she did my nails which was yesterday I got a rebase she did it very quickly and was rushing through the whole time. I asked her if i could get rhinestones on a couple of my nails...which i have gotten them done like that before at the same place and she told me no it would be to expensive around $15 just for the rhinestones. The last time i got them they charged me $5 for them on 2 nails. Then today i look down and notice my thumb nail broke the whole bottom half is gone! Im not sure how it came off but i know for a fact i wasnt doing anything crazy for it to just come right off! I just got them done yesterday for crying out loud!!! I will never go back there again!! Im so disappointed

The nails themselves look good, but the application was horrible. I got cuts on 4 nails. I kept saying ouch that hurts and all they said was sorry. I would expect at least a discount for cutting me so bad. Plus he was very rough and I felt like he was doing my nails in a hurry. Even after I asked if he could go softer he kept doing it all hard. Plus they charge you $5 to shape your nail in a different shape other than square. Was not happy with this experience & will not be returning.

I have been going to Ann's Nails for as long as Kelly has owned the shop. I love going there they always make you feel welcome. I do not get to go as much as I used to due to my disability but whenever I get the chance, I go visit and get my pedicure and waxing done. Kelly I love you and I will always be a faithful customer. You are well worth my trip from the Longmont area.

I really wanted to like this place. It's close to home, the people seemed really friendly. But I just couldn't go back. I got there and an older gentleman sits down to do my full set of gel nails. He asks one of the other girls if she'd like to do my nails and she says no, so I already feel like he doesn't want to be there. What followed was the most painful manicure I've had in my life. I ended up jerking my hand away in pain on at least two occasions, because he was filing the skin around my nail away as well. His fix was a quick "sorry" and put nail glue on the broken skin! That stung like crazy and then he'd keep filing over it! Almost 8 hours later and the skin is still too sore to touch in places. Ouch!!!

At first going their wasn't so bad. They treated you good, prices were somewhat cheaper. Spent $50 on nails. It hasn’t even been a week and they’re already lifting and my nail tip is already showing. They didn’t cut my nails or file my nail. I also have black pieces of the black tip from filing in the clear acrylic. Overall just a terrible outcome and a waste of money. Very sad. Hadn’t had my nails done in months and decided to try a new place for a terrible experience.

Yesterday was the first time I've ever been here. The girl who did my nails took way longer than she should've and hurt me a lot. She let the tool sit in some spots too long and burned me. She also kept getting my skin with it too. When she was done they looked okay, but less than 24 hours later they're chipping. Going back to see if they'll fix them.. hopefully they can do it without hurting me again.

Clean tools, quick service, and you can tell they have regulars because the owner is always greeting people by their first name. I usually get either a pedicure or a shellac manicure. Sometimes both!
