First time here & I loved it! My mom and I went in for pedis & were treated so well. They welcome you as you walk in & even offer you bottle waters. I can tell the salon is pretty clean because I am a licensed nail tech as well & I know the rules and requirements. Prices were VERY reasonable and my nail tech Tony did a great job! Run!!!!!!!!! I Tried to go here today for the first time and it was a disaster to say the least. The yelp reviews appeared to be pretty good so I wasn't that concerned. However now I wonder if there's a discount for leaving a yelp review. First off the floors were dirty, there were used chairs and tubs everywhere with no one cleaning. There was a girl crying in one of the chairs because the nail tech and cut her toe so bad it was bleeding. There was a lady attempting to fix it and it was not going well to say the least. You cold tell the girl was in some serious pain. My appointment was for 2 pm they did not take me until 2:20 and that was after I complained not once but twice and said I was leaving that they took me. I sat down the water was cold as if they had it sitting there full for a while. I asked for hotter water and the girl acted like I was asking for something I shouldn't be. I watched another girl at this point get up and leave due to waiting so long and a bad attitude from her tech... sound familiar? My tech started to work on my toes and before I knew it she cut my toe in way it was going to cause a pretty bad ingrown nail if it didn't get fixed. When I told her it was cut wrong she didn't get it at all. The manager or owner not sure how he was came over and said he would get me a different tech. At this point I decided this place was a total liability and I was leaving. When I told him that's ok I'm leaving he started getting all snippy with me saying "are you serious?". Yup I'm serious. In the 25 minutes I was in here I watched no cleaning take place, a girl cry from her toes bleeding, got presented with multiple bad attitudes and watched another girl leave for all the same reasons.I would recommend hitting next on the yelp app and going somewhere that first knows what they are doing and second cares about your business. Not exactly sure how I feel about this place. They did an okay job but I felt very uncomfortable the whole time. I think the owner did my nails because she would get up and walk around to help others without saying a word to me. When I was picking out my nail color I was taking my time and she yanked it out of my hands and handed it to another customer. The whole time she didn't really say a word to me. Yelpers did it right again.  Read the reviews and good thing too.  There is major renovation in the shopping center where 360 is located.  First time there so I knew I was kind of close but couldn't see their sign for all the trucks and equipment.  They are on an end spot too - the east end if you use the mountains for west orientation like Front Range people do.I am very hard on nails and when I do them myself, within 10 minutes I've messed them up big time so I must have gels.  I got Tina - and she was terrific.  Now you know language is sometimes an issue but not with Tina.  She asked me enough nail questions to get them right and they are perfect for my needs.  I'm going to always ask for her because she's talented, professional and talks and listens - not a typical deal in the nail biz.The place as previously mentioned is very friendly and clean and BIG!  I was there first thing on opening at 9:30.  Two things I like - regular channels on the TV but muted and beautiful music playing - helps to chill out during the mani.  Prices are much more reasonable  - much more - than other places so now I'm hooked - in a good way. I love 360 nails and I think I have found my new nail salon. I’ve had trouble in the past trying to find a nail salon who listens to me and does what I like but not at 360 nails, I’ve been there a couple times and they always listens to what I want them to do, well yesterday I was a walk in with my mom (I got a full set) and I got the guy that sets right in front near where you signed in and I showed him a picture from Pinterest and he did them exactly like the picture, even to the color, I really liked to know his name so in the future I can make an apt with him. I absolutely love this place! I was looking for a nail salon to take my daughter for her 5th birthday and they were super accommodating. She had a bit of the sniffles and had her nails wet, the tech that was doing her nails offered to wipe her nose! Ever since, I always go to them and I'm never disappointed. Everything is super clean and everyone is so friendly. They always offer you a drink and have relaxing music in the background, not just the radio. They do great work and they guarantee it as well. I love this place. Very clean and relaxing. I had Lee do my nails the very fist time I tried them. Was scared but needed to find a new place. I totally love his style. The second time I went I got another guy. Was not too impressed but he was not terrible.. I did do down to to a cut down and they fit me in before closing time. I would give them a 10. This is my second time coming here now. I decided to check it out based on the number of good Google and Yelp reviews, and this place did not disappoint! They're really accommodating and clearly communicate with you (unlike many other nail salons where they make you sit and wait and you have no idea what's going on). They offer you free water, and everyone there is really nice. Tony did my nails this time and they look incredible! My husband and I decided to get mani/pedis on a whim and happened to be in this area when we searched yelp. We were very impressed by the space and cleanliness of this location! They have 16 new style massage pedicure chairs, I believe they have only been open for less than a year and the staff were very nice.My experiences with nail salons have been quite a wide range, from horrible to amazing and 360 Nails offers an excellent service for the price! Second time coming in, felt like I got what I was expecting based upon my first visit. Easy and relaxing energy in the salon despite the construction outside that hadn't bothered me at all. If you are worried about that don't be, you may however want to call ahead. There's always a wait but only for a few moments with walk ins. Loyalty program as well! My lady at my usual nail salon left and I forgot where it was she told me she was going... So I was left to my own devices in finding a new nail salon. Life can be as tough as it wants but as long as my nails look great, I am a happy gal. That's proved to be difficult because everywhere I've gone in Colorado (besides my usual lady) my nails end up chipping in a few days... I have gone back twice now and both times Katie has done my nails. She was extremely kind and made tons of conversation but could tell when I was just ready to relax. I went in for a manicure and a pedicure. The first guy either didn't understand or didn't listen to what I wanted for the design on my toes and another lady had to end up volunteering to do it. When they started the manicure my nail was filed unevenly and I wanted to leave. The lady volunteered to do my manicure as well but was with someone else so it took quite awhile. When she did my design for my toes it didn't really look like the picture that I showed multiple times and that I've had done in the past elsewhere. The design for my nails was okay and I wasn't completely disappointed or satisfied but overall it was a waste of almost 2 hours and a waste of over $80 for a child and I. Absolutely fantastic shellac manicure today!  I came in as a walk in and didn't have to wait for my manicure.  The owner and his staff were so friendly, and the tech who did my nails was very careful, meticulous, and friendly.  I appreciated that the staff offered me a drink (not many salons do that), and all of the tech's utensils were sealed and sterilized.  I'll be back soon for a pedicure and will return for future manicures. These people work 7 days a week non stop, and are absolutely wonderful. Offered me beverages free of charge when I walked in, wonderful conversation and after a quick wait I got a pedicure that almost knocked me out it was so relaxing. I called before I came in and they said they would put my name down to hold a spot. Arrived and they had me pick out a color then I sat down and waited over 25 minutes before leaving. The manager kept leaving his client to help and talk to other people even walking by outside. The best place I've ever been too for nails!  What first attracted me to visit 360 Nails and Spa was that they're open til 7:30 pm on Saturday and the ratings on Yelp.  They are very detailed oriented by going over your nails several times to clean up or touch up any areas whether that be the actual polish or cuticles. Very friendly staff, and are able to understand what you're wanting done.  Yesterday I took a friend over there for a manicure for a b-day present to "show off" the place, as usual awesome job done.  Impressed on that the tools used are all packaged before used and also the same person that starts your service also finishes it, you don't play technician tag.  This salon offers free repairs on your nails if they were serviced there and also a punch card. They were so warm and welcoming as soon as we walked in the door. Most places won't let you wait for your friend to start pedis together and they let us sit together and finished us together. It was so great not to mention they fixed all the slop from snappy nails and made my hands look amazing. I love this place!!! I walked in 30 min before closing..... (not cool on my part I know) however I was greeted in am excited happy manor I wanted a full set and a rock me pedicure. This was my first visit today. I was greeted very nicely and it was a good feeling. The place is beautiful and very clean. I had Henry do my nails today and he was so kind, so attentive to my needs. He even asked me a couple of times if this is what I wanted and he was very funny as well. I used to go to another place but I think that has changed now. Phil, the owner, is the man you want to see! If and when you decide to come here, set an appointment with him. Now, I don't partake in any of the services here, I just tag along with my significant other. I've been to many nail salons in a 30 mile radius and 360 Nails & Spa is by far the best! This place has only been opened for two months but I see them sticking around and being very successful. Phil, has always been accommodating to me and he'll be the same for you and whoever you bring along. Phil, does an amazing job! Impressive.  This place is very roomy.  Lots of modern pedicure chairs that actually work as they should.  Not crowded.  Friendly English speaking staff.  Every color choice you could dream up for your nails.  They do several different types of manicures and don't try and force you to get type of nails they feel like doing.  Super clean and sanitary salon.  I think I've just found my new nail shop. I would give this place 10 stars if I could.  The salon is very beautiful, clean and welcoming.  The staff is extremely friendly and easy to communicate with.  The nail techs are very good.  They take their time but are efficient.  The prices are very good and seem to be offering some great specials right now.  They also seem to have more nail colors and options to choose from than I've seen in any other nail salon.
