Extremely unprofessional business. Had an appointment with my mother at 2 for mani and pedi and 2 hours later we are still here. They take every walk in, don't honor appointments, and technicians pressure into more services. Read Less

Everyone was really nice. My friend and I both did manicure and pedicure and my only complaint is how my French tip nails were done. The lines weren't clean and weren't even plus there are a few nails that the entire tip wasn't covered edge to edge. Other than that, good place. Read Less

I walked in and was immediately seated with a tech.  She unfortunately had the phone with her.  She proceeded to answer 12 calls for the business, each one needed her to make a call afterward.  This was during my "spa" (more expensive) pedicure.  She was up and down the whole time.  She was so distracted trying to conduct her business that she nicked my toe with the scissors.  Then she sat me at the dryer for a half hour, much longer than it took for the polish to dry, and ignored me. I found nothing relaxing about the experience.  I would rather have waited a few minutes for someone who wasn't in charge of the phone.  I will not go back, instead I will look for a place that values their clients' experience. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even if you walk in during a rush without an appointment, they will work to fit you in as soon as possible. Also do everything they can to seat you next to anyone you come with. Quick, good quality, kind people, and clean facility.Read Less

It was great! I love my nails!! I called ahead because I heard that it can get kinda crazy, and luckily there was no one there but me! They kept calling me the queen, Idk why but it was cool! The pedicure was pricy, but amazing! They soaked, removed caliuce, did a seat salt scrub and massaged with hot rock! I felt so relaxed and pampered! However I wouldn't do the pedicure again because it was almost $30 and I've had better pedicures at other places for way cheaper. But it was soo nice if you are okay with the price! I also got acrylics with all pink powder for $45 again, pretty pricey in my opinion but they looked soo good. I don't think I've ever been happier with the way my nails looked. It did take forever though so I wouldn't go if you are in a hurry. The guy also left for a few and came back smelling like smoke, I thought that was weird and a little unprofessional, but I was relaxed with my massage chair and huge flat screen tvs so I didn't really mind.
