I have been going to this place on and off for the past 8 years and always had such a wonderful experience. This past time I went with my step daughter and we had a great time but a gentleman was doing my pedicure and he used the grater on me and went to hard on my heal and cut me. Now I know accidents happen but he was rushing and as a Cosmetologist, I was worried about sanitation and how he handled it. No sanitation or cleaning was done. Just wiping with the towel. This is day 3 after and my feet are just so torn up and over exfoliated. I just don’t know if I can take that risk again. So sad... I loved this place!

I walked in on time for my appointment, and waited 20 minutes for someone to even get started on me, my nails were looking great, nice shape and i was pleased. Then, i go to wash the nail dust off of my hands, and when I come back, this man is filing his TOENAILS with the same file he is about to use on my nails again. Disgusting. So he files my nails with his nasty toenail files and paints them when my acrylic wasnt completely dry. I didnt think it would matter so i go put my nails under the light to dry. (I also noticed one was messed up and ask him to fix it and he insists its fine and refuses to fix it.) While they are drying, i look back and he's ASLEEP, and stays that way for 20 minutes so im sitting there waiting to pay while sleeping Tom is taking a cat nap, my friend is also waiting, and she tells me her guy smelled like a dirty diaper. Waiting and waiting, she has to use the restroom so she walks out to go to the bathroom, the second she leaves they say "wheres your friend? She needs to pay" so i pay and she comes back and im finally allowed to leave. As soon as i start driving i look at my nails and every single one looks like someone put wrinkled plastic wrap on wet nails. They looked absolutely terrible. So i called them, still calm, and i get hung up on. I called back obviously upset with my experience and ask for my money back. I am told by Tom that i can't have my money back but he will fix them. What person in their right mind would want toenail filing sleeping tom touching their nails again? So i told them i will not be recommending them to anyone, and they can expect to never see me back there again. Just save yourself the trouble, dont let the reviews fool you, this place is trash.

This is the best place to get your nails done in this area, by far. I've tried several places and this is my favorite. I was a little iffy when I saw it was in the walmart, but it surprised me. I get my acrylics and fills here and I've gotten a few pedicures--the foot massage is awesome and it's the longest one I've ever gotten anywhere. Prices are fair as well. It seems like the people working there have designated services they do, which i think is smart skill-set-wise. I've never had any of the males, but the female that usually does fills and tips is my favorite and the female that usually does pedicures is great at them as well--again, the massage !

Okay honestly this is the best place ive ever been to get my nails done. But i came in a few days ago got my nails did. Paid 55 i dont know why it was so expensive but i didn't say anything . Few days after i did them they allll chipped! While at work and just me sleeping! i called and they redid Them. But right after one fell off and now they just keep chipping. so i paid 55 dollars for chipped nails. again this place was my favorite! but honestly.. Just never again... NEVER again.

Vicky was so awesome and friendly with my daughter. My daughter felt so at ease with her. This place is so calm relaxing. As soon as I sat in the pedicure chair I felt instantly at ease. This is my new go to place for mani/pedis. Love, love, love this place!

Beautiful clean saloon, staff friendly and professional, most important my nails (Gel) / feet ( regular pedi) look great and last longer than any saloon I have used. Highly recommend!

I just wanted plain acrylic and nail polish... i original had blue acrylic powder and any other place I have gone to they sand it off completely not this guy still blue nails... I originally picked out a pretty pink color but since he didn't take the blue off underneath we had to go with a dark color. This place is really cheap so it is what it is but the thing that really got to me was that their sign clearly says $17 for a fill and nail polish which is the cheapest you'll find but he charged me 20 and then was upset when I gave him a $5 tip when reality that was an $8 tip it's the principle if you say something to certain price on the board and then you charge me something different $3 or not it's still not right. If you're looking for cheap not best quality I would say try it but you get what you pay for.

Vicky and Cindy are terrific - my nails always look amazing (never rushed) and they last!!! Their shellac prices as well as regular nail salon services are extremely reasonable. I highly recommend Jia Nails!

My girlfriend got a nail service at the manicure station and I was allowed to hang in the massage chair for the 10 or 15 min it took for her extra service. I'd go again!

I felt a little bad because she stayed there past closing hours, but she was really nice. All the girls are very friendly! I love this place and it's very clean! :)

Employees sitting around yapping instead of sweeping the place. Tools were in an unsealed plastic bag. Who inspects these places? Went right home washed my feet in alcohol and put antibiotic cream on my toes. Visit 9/29/16. 4:30 pm

My mom and I went there today, not really expecting it to be much since it's a little store inside a Walmart. We were pleasantly surprised. We went in 20 minutes before closing and they gladly took us in. The service was friendly, fast, and the store was clean. Will definitely be visiting again in the future!

I didn't expect much from a tiny nail salon inside Walmart, but it was the most convenient place to go so I went ahead and took a chance. I am SO glad I did! I have been to 3 other nail salons in the area looking to find a great shellac manicure- all of which were bigger, fancier and huge disappointments! I have FINALLY found my place! I've been back twice and every time the staff is super nice and they LISTEN to what I want! My nails look great! Don't judge this salon by it's cover!

I have been going to this place on and off for the past 8 years and always had such a wonderful experience. This past time I went with my step daughter and we had a great time but a gentleman was doing my pedicure and he used the grater on me and went to hard on my heal and cut me. This is the best place to get your nails done in this area, by far. I've tried several places and this is my favorite. I was a little iffy when I saw it was in the walmart, but it surprised me.
