It's a little pricey but what you receive is amazing! Every single crew member was sweet, friendly, and down-to-earth. It has been less than 24 hours and I have 2 chipped nails. I am totally dissatisfied with the mediocre service I received and the lack of understanding from the nail techs after the first chip after 1 hour I went back only to have the nail fixed and the manager was rude about it. They have a sign posted that says they do not offer refunds that they will fix mistakes yet they were rude when I was there initially and more so when I returned. I was in town from California and needed a good place. I called around and everyone was really expensive due to tourism and business travel. This place is clean and friendly with good prices. It was one of the best gel manicures I had in a while. They did not treat me like I was an out of towner. The local Holiday Inn shuttle will drop you off and pick you up. I moved to Loveland recently and was very hesitant to find a new nail tech. I walked in and Tony (I think) did my nails. I like long coffin shape and I’m very particular about shape and length. This was one of the creepiest experiences ever. I went in for a manicure and the guy doing my nails would not stop talking about how he enjoys cheating on wife. I stayed quiet the entire time because it was so uncomfortable. He just kept going on and on, in detail, about how he and his lady on the side like to get it on. I have been going to Hot Nails to get my nails done for a few months.  Every time I go I've had a great experience.  They are a great option if you are in a hurry, most of the techs can get you in and out with a new set in 30 minutes!  I went last week to get a new set and after a few days a few of my nails were already lifting! Yesterday I broke one, which never happens.  I went back to see if they could fix it for me and the manager, Tracy, gave me a whole new set at no cost to me!  I think that is fantastic customer service.  We all make mistakes, we all have bad days, and for her to make it right with me will keep me coming back again and again.  I highly recommend Hot Nails, and if you ever have an issue, go back and they will fix it! Would NEVER come back! Extremely pushy workers... I had one man and he was rude to me after I told him I wasn't going to pay $50 for a basic acrylic set after getting two deluxe pedicures!!!!! He wouldn't take no as an answer! I couldn't even enjoy the pedicure peacefully because he kept talking about the acrylic set. Would not recommend this place to anyone EVER. Don't believe the good reviews! My mom, sister, daughter and I went here for the first time yesterday based on the positive yelp reviews. It was hands down the worst pedicure I've ever had. My nails were cut jagged, terrible paint job and I had to redo as soon as I got home. The massage was ridiculous, more of a light rub with too much lotion that was just annoying. My sister's was equally bad and my daughters gel polish was old and had crud in the polish which started to lift almost immediately. They cut her cuticle so badly she bled for quite a while. Also they were playing a very graphic (violent) R rated movie and when we objected to watching people being slaughtered they basically laughed at us. Don't waste your money here. Read Less

I am in town visiting from California for a wedding (original from Loveland though) and was needing a mani/pedi. I looked up on Yelp and Hot Nails had more reviews than most and had 4 stars. So, I thought they would be good. Unfortunately, my experience was horrible. I also took my mom with me to get a mani/pedi. My pedicure was done in about 10-15 minutes; the shortest pedicure I have ever had. Mind you, I get mani/pedi's at least twice a month. The gentleman "rubbed" me feet (if you can even call it rubbing) for about 3 minutes and scrubbed the bottom of my feet for about 20 seconds each. I still had a great amount of dead skin on my toenails as well as all he dead skin I came in with on the bottom of my feet. Now for my gel manicure. It was a horrible job as well. So instead of fixing a nail correctly he just kept putting layers on it. It was rippled and peeled off a day later. The day after, another nail peeled off. My mom got a French manicure and it was chipped in the same day. For a nail session that cost almost $100, I will never go back. Read Less

NEVER GO HERE! The staff does not understand customer service at all. They used old nail polish making nails sticky and impossible to dry and when asked for a refund they said no and did nothing to make it better, what a waste of money and on top of that the sides of nails were not even fully covered and the guy asked me to fix his mistake by filing my mom's nail he messed up and handing me a file. Horrible service. I had a basic manicure that was hurried, a couple nails were not filed smooth. The polish did not seem to be drying, but I was told they were good to go and 'to be careful'. An hour later my nails were still very sticky, as if the polish was old. I returned to salon. I asked for a refund and was told I didn't let them dry enough and they do not give refunds for basic manicures. Good customer service is asking the client how to make it right without argument and give the refund in hopes of the customer returning for future services and referring friends and family. SO here's the thing, I like consistency. I get my nails done every three weeks and I tip well, I think the prices should be the SAME each time. I used to get acrylic rebases with shellac and a design and it would be 35-40 depending on the design. Great price! Well I recently took off my acrylics and now am just getting shellac. I went in with my friend who got the SAME Colors, SAME designs as me but got acrylic rebase WITH shellac, and I got JUST shellac and mine were the same price!! $35 just for shellac??? Are you serious?? I asked again for clarification, but what was I supposed to do; argue in front of everyone? Not to mention her nails took 45 minutes and mine took over an hour and half, because my nail tech kept getting up and leaving to work on other clients. SO unprofessional. My normal mail salon was closed today so I gave this salon a try since it's close to my house. I'm sure the salon itself is fine and I'm going to give them another shot in the future, but will go back to my regular salon for the time being. The technician I had was super rough with the file and it was sometimes painful. And the shape of my nails is really disproportionate, far too small and narrow for the shape of my nails/fingers. The polish doesn't cover my entire nail, which is also kind of odd looking. While I'm very happy he didn't give me the goopy over-gelled look that I see a lot, this is not quite what I was looking for. It's not really bad, just not the quality I'm used to. Read Less

Loved my experience here! The atmosphere was very relaxing and very fair prices. I got the deluxe 1 pedicure ($30) and it was worth every penny. The woman who took care of me was very attentive and was really good at massaging. She even noticed a tiny bubble in the paint on one of my toes and redid it to make it perfect. I got a shellac manicure here a week ago today. I live south of Loveland, but stopped in on a whim. Needless to say, my nails were crap. I've been going to Hot Nails for about 1.5 years now.  Usually it is your run of the mill nail salon with reasonable prices. This afternoon was the most uncomfortable I think I've ever been! The owner decided to fire one of the nail techs right on the floor in front of 4 customers & a customer's daughter! Screaming ensued between the owner, the employee, and either the owner's wife or another employee. The woman was packing up her nail supplies while the screaming continued. Made a reservation the morning of my wedding for myself and my bridesmaids for the time they opened, 9:00am, about 2 weeks in advance. We all showed up to a closed sign at the opening time. No where else was open so we waited 10 min for people to show. Even when the workers finally did show they had no sense of urgency when seeing customers stand outside their establishment.
