If you want someone who really pays attention to detail then you must see Kacey! I always have a super relaxing experience. The zero gravity chair almost puts me to sleep every time. And the massage is the best! I just want to say to the one star reviewer, if you give ratings based on parking in downtown Loveland maybe you just shouldn’t go downtown. Wow. That was the individual spa experience I needed! I am never going back to one of those cheap assembly line florescent lighting type chains again! She just does one client at a time- it's upstairs at an art gallery, there's a spa scene that so relaxing. Hot tea, relaxing jazz type music, a great massage, little comfy details, a cute little corner loft room without distractions- a heavenly experience. And the anti gravity chair tilts back to relieve back and tailbone pressure! I was having an inner ear situation, so it made me a little dizzy that night lol but I'm doing it again. It was a wonderfully relaxing experience. It was only about $10 more than the 6 vibrating chair/jet shooting water tub places (which now I think is kind of gross- recycling foot water through the jets-how clean can they get inside of the jets?). This place show on website open at 10am on Sunday i came and wait for 20minutes no one came to open the place. I do not recommend this place hard to find a parking and not keeping their business times right. Take it down if you not open at 10am. Read Less

The hand foot and scalp massage in the zero gravity chair is amazing. I love the gallery once u walk in to the store. The atmosphere of the place and the energy of the place is great. Most of all kacey was very kind easy to talk to and respectful. She also had great products unlike a lot of spas I've been to that she works with. Great inventory also, I will Definitely be back.
