My experience here was horrible. I went in for a full set. The lady was nice but she was in so much of a hurry. My nails are sloppy and bad. They don't fit my natural nail. My natural nail can be seen all around the acrylic nail. It looked like they had grown out for two weeks immediately after they were done. The nails are ridiculously thick. And way too long. As I kept telling her I wanted them shorter, she refused and told me they couldn't be shorter. They are pretty from afar but overall very bad and I will not be back. Read Less

Considering they are a service industry they didn't listen, they didn't even attempt to fix the mistake and they didn't even finish my manicure. I asked for a pink and white acrylic, what I got was a line across the middle of my nail when I asked them to make it the standard curve they said "no. It's suppose to be strait". They had me pay before they painted it to cover up the horrible acrylic job they then put just one coat of paint on and had me sit at the drying table where they didn't even turn it on and completely ignored my attempt to get them to put a top coat on or turn on the table. I went in 35 mins prior to posted closing time for a pedicure for me & my son..... I realize that it probably wasn't enough time but they took us anyway. The water was way to cold but after telling the tech twice, I gave up! Then after painting my toenails.... it was 7:15pm which is past closing, we were escorted to the counter to pay so we could leave. I said "are my nails dry?" She said no so don't put on your regular shoes! So.... I had to walk outside in the rain to my car and drive home with wet nails! Pedi ruined! My sons first pedi ruined! I won't ever go back! I went here with my daughter and sister in law for pedicures and although my sister in law was very direct about the fact that we all wanted the basic pedicure . When we checked out we were told we asked for 2 deluxe  and one basic ???? Why would we do that ? and charged accordingly. We tried to explain and suddenly the language barrier kicked in ??? This place was very good they took there time and made sure things were clean! The lady that did my mani/pedi was very quite but she was so nice and kept asking me if I liked my nails, very consistent. I paid 70$ for two pedis and one shellac french tip. They offered my husband and I am water. The massage chair was a plus! The only reason why I gave them a 4 star was I had to ask them for a fresh nail filer. Two complaints on this place based on my first (and last) experience here this past Friday. One: the person that did my pedicure (old man) attempted to use nail kit that was not sterilized. I only noticed it because they looked dirty and used. Luckily I had someone fetch a new and sterilized set for me. Secondly, I received a manicure but had to return to the shop a day later to get 5 nails re-done because they had chipped. A day later my nails are still chipped despite waiting for them to dry for 15minutes. For $35 for a mani/pedi- save yourself the agony and go somewhere else. Read Less

Meh...it was clean and the staff were nice enough. I took my 4 year old in  at 9:30 on a Monday for pedicures  & that were at capacity. I didn't mind waiting until someone was available. They called us back & had us soak while we waited. Only 1 person was available so she did my daughter's toes. She was starting on nail polish before someone got to me. My little girl had to sit and wait for me to be done. She was a good sport about it but was super bored by the time we left. They did charge $20 rather than $25 for my daughter's pedicure. My daughter and I went in for a much needed pedicure yesterday. Both of the people who did ours did a very poor careless job. The lady who did mine cut my toe nails painfully short and did a rush manicure. The language barrier was frustrating. The man who did my daughter's toes and manicure cut her and messed up her polish. If you want to have your hands butchered by the dragon lady  tgis ia tge place to go! Iwas told to come in at 630 so I show up for a pedi and full set. My pedi turned out fairly good she did cut me that's fine it happens. Moving on to my finger nails..... Total junk! They are un even poorly done and my hands hurt! My fiancé and I got the crystal pedicure and it wasn't anything you couldn't get done anywhere else - for $5 less to boot! We made appointments because I heard this place gets really busy, which it was. I have found a decent salon, finally. After much trial and error I decided to try Crystal Nail for a much needed pedicure and manicure. I am very happy with both services. My feet are soft again because this place actually does real pedicures, not just a foot soak and a polish change. Tina did my nails and she styled them exactly how I wanted them. They looked just like the picture I showed her. Square nails are out, ladies, take a look at some celebrities. The salon I tried out in Greeley actually argued with me for wanting an almond shaped nail and called them old lady nails. Not a good way to treat customers and seriously, if you are in the beauty business you need to stay up on what the latest trends are. I think the Greeley salon just didn't want to take the time to sculpt my nails the way I wanted them. They are used to doing square nails and they aren't ready to learn something new. Sad, and it seems like most of the professional services in Greeley are like this. Poor customer service and bad attitudes. Save yourself some grief and drive to Loveland to get your nails done. This place was amazing. They had great service and do an amazing job. The people were great and the environment was so calm I almost fell asleep. They got me seated right away even though our appointment was two hours later. I loved how they did a small design on the nails like a flower and a snowflake. It was very creative. When I call and ask do you have hot gel? They answer yes but there is a powder in an unmarked container with a homemade liable that says gel powder. That is an OXY MORON . I really hate it when any place does this . It's wrong and your wasting my time. We made an appointment and we got there and they weren't ready. After we finally got to sit down, they told us we could pick 2 colors. I chose my two colors and the lady  told me I could only have one. Okay, so we get settled into our seats and they make us rearrange all over the place. The best part about the experience so far would be that they gave us a baby size free bottle of water. There were no manners. They sat there and texted and to the other reviewer who said, "They don't talk about you in another language," THEY DO! So many Vietnamese words were just spoken about me. They didn't use clean tools either. Way over priced. The prices that they have on their website are incorrect. Update: you can see in the picture that she made my index finger bleed. Hy is the BEST nail tech I have ever had!  After more then 25 years of nail techs I would take my advice. First time here a couple days ago and I'm very pleased! Kenny did my nails. He took the full set of acrylic nails I had off with patience and then did my Shellac. Everyone was very friendly, talkative and joked with me. Especially Kenny. I absolutely recommend it here. My service was $20 so the prices are great too!! I like nail salons where I can voice my opinion about what is being done to my nails since I am PAYING FOR IT and the nail techs definitely allowed me to do so without making me feel like it wasn't my place.
