My nails were filed steeper on one side; they all look crooked. When I told the manicurist she didn't even get it; there was definitely a language barrier. The guy who did my pedicure put on the wrong color. I couldn't see because they were both working on me at the same time. A bad experience that cost me $60. Went for a classic pedicure and purchased the 25.00 pedi. They don’t smooth the heels unless you purchase the upgrade to the 35.00 pedicure. She Barely ran two or three passes over my heels and that was it. I left with rough dry feeling feet. The constant up selling was really irritating. The basic is simply a foot soak with a calf massage, and painted nails. I’d give up the calf massage for few extra passes over my heels for smooth soft feet. It was 25.00 down the toilet. After going there 3 times and continue to get rude service I will not be returning. It seems like if you don’t get the nails they choose for you they get a attitude. One lady said I keep getting boring nails. I need new designs. Just because I refuse to get $40 nail service they get rude and do a bad job. I will never pay for anyone attitude. It's not that my experience was terrible, but it was not the best by any means. Staff is wonderful and sweet but it's quite frustrating paying a high amount for acrylics only to have them start falling off two weeks after application. I asked for coffin nails and even showed the technician a reference picture and what was given was not close to what was shown. And a large ball of acrylic was still left on the edge of the tip. And staff cannot seem to be dependable as they are understaffed which causes me to have to press my own buttons on the UV gel machine and the technician making calls to the employees while doing my manicure and making my cousin take off her own polish. Wanted to get a pedicure this morning and I arrived just before 9:00... waited 25 minutes and no one was there. Just as I was leaving some of the ladies showed up. And she simply shrugged and said sorry. I'm pretty sure if you want business you should actually be open during your business hour and maybe treat your customers as if you actually want them there.  I will never go back and I will discourage anyone who considers going there. No estimate on wait time was offered and I sat waiting for someone to start a pedicure for an hour. The chair that I was put in had no massage control so the deflated chair was uncomfortable. What a shame as this location was close to home. Read Less

This used to be my favorite nail place. I was a loyal customer until yesterday. My friend and I went in for pedicures. We sat waiting for someone for so long that the water got cold. And I paid for a deluxe pedicure and the woman forgot to even massage my legs. My friend paid for callus removal and the woman wasn't strong enough- she was very elderly and just do about 10 seconds on each foot. They also forgot to massage her legs or put lotion on her legs or feet! We were there more than 2.5 hours for the crappiest pedicure ever! I complained and was told that all the workers decided to go gambling and so they were short staffed. She didn't even apologize, she just said come back and next time we will do good!!
