4 of us went in...they said 30 minutes. They took 2 back and they were completely done before the other 2 even went back over an hour after arriving. They had a separate list and one person wasn’t even on the list. For my pedicure, the chair didn’t even work. The lady that did my pedi didn’t even say one word to me and it took about 15 mins. This place is alright but many of the pedicure massage chairs are old and the seats are cracked. My massage control didn't work. It was very quiet - no music - which felt uncomfortable. I went to get my nails done for my prom with three four other girls. When we went in i had a specific request for what i wanted on my nails. I even showed a picture. My request was ignored. I ended up with pointy uneven nails and a cut on my finger. The website said that a full set of gel acrylic nails would be 40$ my price was 50$?? I asked to have a quick nail touch up on my own nails before having a baby. Just wanted my cuticles fixed ($5 service). Not paying attention to where she grabbed the clippers and such from, I saw her throw them back in this filthy box. The next day I had an infection in my right pointer finger so bad that I lost the skin around my finger. Two days later, I had an infection in my right pointer. The next day I scratched a small thing on my chin(not thinking about it) and this morning I woke up with a swollen gland and the thing I scratched was 10x the size and beyond infected. If I could give zero stars I would. Got my toes done yesterday 3/14/18. Walked in at 5:20, sat down for the pedicure and she didn’t finish until 6:35. I chose the citrus pedicure and she did a horrible job. First of all, she didn’t even file my nails I keep getting snagged on EVERYTHING. I told her I needed her to clip my ingrown nails and she didn’t instead she made my square toenails CIRCLE. I shouldn’t have paid but I’d spent so much time there already I didn’t want to stay longer and have anyone fix it- or argue my way out of paying $35. Now I have to pay a REAL salon to fix this mess. The gentleman that gave me my manicure/pedicure was nice, but this nail salon is way overpriced for what it was. I got a shellac mani and regular pedi for $63! I have been to other nail salons that have done a way better job for way lower of a price. My shellac manicure began to lift up and peel a week after. I was vacationing and needed my nails done. I went on a Sunday afternoon, the place was BUSY when we walked in. We were informed it would be a 5-10 minute wait. No problem. In the 15 minutes of waiting it was clear they were short staffed and mismanaged. People who came in after us were seated before us WITHOUT an appointment. I was seated before a lady who had been waiting 20 minutes before we got there. Everyone/business is entitled to a bad day but I wouldn't go back there.I ended up only getting a pedicure and I'm not satisfied at all. The tech asked what I wanted done without providing me options. When I asked for a list of services she used her chin to point to the pamphlet on the cart next to her.... ok. I did appreciate the lack of trying to up-sell, but my heels were pretty bad and she never once offer a callus removal. Yeah I should have asked for it but I realized it was too late when she was doing the message. People left next to me and I can't for the life of me remember anyone cleaning the foot tub before the next person sat down. The whole process was rushed and the feeling of stress hung in the air. I used to get my nails done here quite often. They did good for my nails and toenails. They never really messed anything up but sometimes it's hard to understand them. Their accent is kind of thick and you can tell when they are talking about you. I still suggest going here. Their pedicures are GREAT. Read Less

My mom and I went in there on a Thursday around 6, There was a lot of confusion on who was with who and he was going to get their nails done first. Anyways, First we were rushed to pick out our polish. and then I sat down and the lady proceeded to put the foil on my nails to take off my gel polish, during this she proceeded to keep answering her phone and texting.. once the foils were on she took off to the back for a good 10 to 15 minutes. (Probably on her phone). I got up to look at other colors and asked a gentleman if this was a specific color and she showed me, and i said can you help me find a neon pink.. he grabbed me and pushed me over to the wall and said look. Already angry i went back and sat down and then the lady came back and started to take off my gel.. after one hand, she made another guy do the other hand.. and he was in a rush as well, so now my nails look very poorly done. I have gel on my skin and all my nails are not even to the other hand, not to mention he filled my nails done so thin they were burning and are very thin now. I am not very pleased. I went to 5 star a long time ago and they did not impress me with a full set-burning my nails with the grinder and causing divits in my nails. I gave them a second chance and now I probably will never go to them again. Came here twice, the second time the man was in such a rush he didn't put a coat on under my color for gel set. Took me 3 hours to get a simple fill at my next appointment because they had to redo the whole nail while trying not to burn me taking off the color since there was no protective layer underneath. Well what should have been a relaxing experience, ( pedicure) was not! Pretty salon, seemed clean also. Downside was my pedicure. Thinking the young girl need more experience. When and nobody was really friendly sat down have 3 other people with me to get pedicures the lady didn't ask me any questions like maybe how I wanted my toes completely rounded them made them super short and filed the top of my toe nail??? First time ever that I have left a salon completely happy with the service a received. I had a full set of pink and whites done as well as a pedi for me and my 5 year old daughter. I would rate less than a star if this was possible! I used to go here all the time, and they were great. But recently, my manicures have been absolutely horrific! My last one had fuzz in the polish and the french tip was visibly not right. The line was not smooth, but wobbly and didn't even go to the edges of my nails. This current mani I got gel nail polish. The polish is up on my cuticles and over the sides of my nails in some spots, while being devoid of polish in other areas!! I complained twice about how bad they looked and the lady didn't really do anything. I asked for at least a discount, but they refused. It looks like a 5 year old tried to paint my nails!! I went in to get a full set of acrylic nails, I had called around to a few places and 5 star nails were the MOST expensive, so I thought they would be better-WOW WAS I EVER WRONG!!!! First of all, they were very pushy to just get going without answering the questions I had about which type of nails would be best for me- I ended up getting the higher priced "gel" nails, which I later found out were NOT true gels...they were no more than acrylic nails with a gel topcoat, as my current nail lady explained that real gels are just that- a gel substance that is cured in a light...not powder and liquid with a top coat at the end that is cured in a light- not that theres anything wrong with this, its just that they should be honest and not charge for gel nails when they are not the real deal...I also experienced PAIN from the electric drill she used on my real nail and when I told her she was hurting me she slapped my hand with a nail file and told me to "hold still"! well, they ended up being really thick and bumpy, and I like a natural looking nail so I found another nail salon and love the lady I am seeing now...she has taught me so much about nails and is very gentle and honest about her services...when I started with her, I had to take off the set from 5 star, and WHAT A MESS!! They were awful to take off, and the lady I see now had to spend almost two hours soaking and filing the garbage they used on my nails..and talk about the damage they had inflicted on my poor nails! ouch! All I can say is Thank Goodness the lady I see now has been able to get my nails healthy again, and I will NEVER go anywhere else....a word to the wise...cheaper does not mean better! Pay a few bucks more if need be, and do your research- it should NEVER HURT to have your nails done!!!! Read Less
