I have not been very impressed with this place. Today an older man did my nails, pedicure and rebase. He was very rough and made me uncomfortable. My toes ache and my cuticles hurt. Went in today looking to get my nails done for a special occasion. The place is nice and they seated me quickly (about 1pm on a Wednesday.) However the customer service was AWFUL. Lady was mean, impatient, and not helpful in the slightest. The end result was not worth the $35 I was charged for a full set & regular polish. Will not be returning. Read Less

I went in last weekend to get my eye lashes done (full set) for the first time. I have been getting them done for over a year now and have always been happy with the previous girls I went to back in Arizona and was a little weary to go to a nail salon for lashes. I was right to be hesitant. The girl did a TERRIBLE job! Please do not get your lashes done here. She got glue all over my lids, I couldn't even open my eyes for about the next hour witthout them burning horribly. I asked what kind of glue and lashes they used and she said "normal" whatever that meant. I am almost 90% sure they used legit super glue on my eyes. They ache still and now my left eye is huge and puffy and super red on the top. I can't get them off and they are all stuck together at the base. I have hard glue dried on my lids. Bottom of the barrel service. My boyfriend bought me a mani/pedi as it was given as a "gift certificate". 6 different employees looked at it and scanned it as if it was fake or something. Didn't get spoken to ONCE while I was there other then "can I help you." I will never come to this place again, as I will continue to drive an hour to Thornton to the normal salon I go to. It's really not okay to make your customers feel like shit for bringing in a gift certificate. If you're going to scan a gift certificate as if it's fake, maybe you shouldn't sell that service. The women doing my mani/pedi didn't seem too happy that it was a pre-purchased service. She even left the building before I could tip her. WILL NOT COME BACK. Read Less

Van did an amazing job on my nails. I walked in because every place was so busy and they were able to get me in quick. I recently took off my Fake nails and my real nails were ruined. Van made them look brand new. She is the best I have found in northern Colorado. I've been to 15 salons looking for someone who did good work and Van is AWESOME! Usually go to the #1 Salon in Fort Collins, but as I work near here, and there were staff changes recently at my salon, I decided to try something new. It is HUGE! There were at least 15 others getting nails done at the same time as me!  And that was only in the front of the shop. In the back, all the pedicure chairs are lined up. Another 4 or 5 clients were back there. I was here to get my month-old gel polish removed and reapplied. My manicurist first wrapped my nails in small squares of aluminum foil with a small piece of cotton soaked in acetone placed on top of the nail. She went to get the color I'd picked out, (over 100 gel colors, I think! The most I have seen!) After she put the color down at the station, she went to get the tools. I was impressed to see her return with a hermetically sealed package of fresh tools. She scraped the old gel off, filed and shaped my nails, and trimmed my cuticles.She also brought back a couple plastic bags, squirted some lotion in them, and placed one hand in each, which she squished in the lotion to disperse, then had me place my hands in some kind of hand heaters. I think it was to deep moisturize the hands before she trimmed the cuticles. Afterward, I washed my hands, and she painted the nails. Hanna was very talented and gently. I enjoyed her hand and forearm massage too. This all took about 40 minutes, and I paid $35 for the whole shebang! I will definitely come back and get the pedicure next week. Read Less

My 16 year old daughter was overcharged $45 on her debit card here.  After repeated visits and phone calls asking them to remedy the situation, it is still not done and she (and my wife) have been treated very unprofessionally and rudely.  I don't know if the overcharge was purposeful or not, but the unwillingness thus far to fix this situation (after acknowledging they did overcharge) is completely unacceptable.Update:  They did refund the money after a couple phone calls and two trips (30 minutes roundtrip) to the salon.  I still don't understand how the overcharge happened and why fixing their "mistake" was such a low priority for them, but to their credit it's now been done.
