They started my pedicure and did my Shellac manicure At the exact same time. The nail colors they help me pick out where absolutely perfect the regular nail polish for my toes matches perfectly !

**Give them another chance!** They're now under new ownership. It changed hands several weeks ago. Before it changed hands it was a very awkward place to go. The nail technicians seemed constantly rushed, overworked, and weren't customer service oriented. In my experience, they would text and make calls while doing nails and ignore their customers completely. This obviously results in huge mistakes and very offended customers - including myself. I recently went back and the treatment I've received prior to the new owner to now - is night and day. The atmosphere is completely different! My nail technician for the first time TALKED to me. We actually got to know each other. That's never happened. Prior to this the nail techs wouldn't even look at you (again, my previous experience). My nail tech was very concerned about doing a good job on my nails. They've done some light remodeling as well. On top of that, I've received the best manicure I've EVER had from this place. I recommend that if you were a disappointed customer (like myself) in the past - to try them again. I don't think you'll be disappointed! My nails are beautiful! Thanks, Happy Spa!

Since moving here from California a year ago,I've tried several salons and was literally going to give up doing my nails; something I've done for myself for years!
Nails 2000 was where everyone said to go and I did, faithfully for 6 mos. Each and every time I'd end up with chipped polish AND completely broken nails (completely popped off of my fingers) within a few days. Every time! Nails 2000 always charged me yo fix the nails like it was my fault.
I finally gave Happy Star a chance and glad I did! For the first time since I've moved here: my nails are still beautiful, intact and polish looking fresh and I'm on WEEK 3!!! HALLELUJAH! 😀

I've had pedicures done at Happy Star Nails several times over the past couple years, and I've always had a good experience. I am a walk-in and usually get in very quickly, and they don't rush the experience. My feet look amazing after leaving! My only suggestion is that they need to pay more attention to the clean-up of the polish on each toe and have a better topcoat so the polish lasts longer. But being in Colorado and not always wearing sandals, I try and get the gel polish so they last longer anyway.

Went for a pedicure just before Christmas hoping for a bit of pampering. The guy was far too rough and my feet hurt for weeks afterwards. He was also rude and rushed me out. I complained and was offered a £10 voucher which I thought was very poor. Will not be going back or recommending to anyone.

I am NEVER coming back here. Came with my mother who was visiting from out of state and we wanted a nice girls afternoon out. I had a coupon for a mani and pedi which I thought we could share and I even checked with the girl to see if they would honor the coupon ahead of time. She said they would. Afterwards when we were paying, another lady said they would not honor the coupon since we each got a service. She was rude and didn’t want to hear that one of her employees had already ok’d the coupon. DO NOT spend your money here. Go somewhere that is actually relaxing and that has good service. They’ll never be getting my business again. Good riddance.

I went there twice and the first time was good. When I went back the second time to have the shellac removed the little drill bit used to take the top off my nail actually went right through the nail and caught my finger underneath on three nails. Then the girl put acetone on my nails. Covered them and then put them under a heat lamp for a few minutes when she started to take it off it wouldn’t wipe off so she used the other end of the nail file and scrapped it off. Taking layers of my nails as she went. I was offered no cream to rub into my hands like the first time. Both times I was sat for more than 15 minutes before my appointment and felt as though the girl rushed to get me out the shop as I was only have a removal and not a complete make over. My nails are still shot to pieces a month later. I for one won’t get my nails done again

I received the worst manicure I have ever had here yesterday. The male manicurist made one of my cuticles bleed which has never happened to me before. My polish was thick and did not dry which of course caused anything I touched to leave an impression in my nails. I went to Nails 2000 to have a pedicure and get my polish redone for my nails. Stay away from Happy Spa Nails there is no happiness there.

I'm allergic to the lotions they use on my legs, I love the massage chairs though! Shellac nails don't seem to last as long as other places I have gone to.

You have to pay extra just to get the dead skin off your feet. If you want them to grate your feet or give you a nice massage you have to pay $45 for the Deluxe pedicure. The whole point of a pedicure...
You have to pay extra just to get the dead skin off your feet. If you want them to grate your feet or give you a nice massage you have to pay $45 for the Deluxe pedicure. The whole point of a pedicure is to get dead, tired skin off. They are always busy and get plenty of business, they don't need to be charging people extra for that. I left with my feet in pretty much the same condition that they were in when I went in, only with a new nail color. Not to mention they have been rude to me and I've witnessed them be rude to others. I never write reviews for businesses but had to for this. Ridiculous.

I've had pedicures done at Happy Star Nails several times over the past couple years, and I've always had a good experience. I am a walk-in and usually get in very quickly, and they don't rush the experience. My feet look amazing after leaving! My only suggestion is that they need to pay more attention to the clean-up of the polish on each toe and have a better topcoat so the polish lasts longer. But being in Colorado and not always wearing sandals, I try and get the gel polish so they last longer anyway.

I went there twice and the first time was good. When I went back the second time to have the shellac removed the little drill bit used to take the top off my nail actually went right through the nail and caught my finger underneath on three nails. Then the girl put acetone on my nails. Covered them and then put them under a heat lamp for a few minutes when she started to take it off it wouldn’t wipe off so she used the other end of the nail file and scrapped it off. I received the worst manicure I have ever had here yesterday. The male manicurist made one of my cuticles bleed which has never happened to me before. My polish was thick and did not dry which of course caused anything I touched to leave an impression in my nails. I went to Nails 2000 to have a pedicure and get my polish redone for my nails. Stay away from Happy Spa Nails there is no happiness there.

I look like that crazy girl from that 90's witch movie. And she ripped out the entire left brow. It won't matter if you tell them your upset because they will not refund you.

The whole point of a pedicure is to get dead, tired skin off. They are always busy and get plenty of business, they don't need to be charging people extra for that. I left with my feet in pretty much the same condition that they were in when I went in, only with a new nail color. Not to mention they have been rude to me and I've witnessed them be rude to others. I never write reviews for businesses but had to for this. Ridiculous.
