I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! I have been to lush multiple times and I loved it. However after going this after noon, my friends and I will NEVER GO AGAIN!! When the guy finished my nails (french tip) I noticed they were very bubbly and lifted up, I politely asked if they ones could be redone. A lady came over yelling at me that it was my nail doing that, and that if I asked everyone in the room if they were pretty, they would like them. First of all they aren't paying $30 for my nails, I am! Then I asked if I could just get them removed and I would simply go some where else. The man doing my nails got in my face and said No. NO. NO I am not doing that, or you'll be charged for it as well. So I asked for a discount because I am not about to pay full price for a set that I absolutely hate and they guy said so your not paying for them? and got up and pretended to call the cops. (Which I had done nothing wrong, So i said go ahead.) After an hour they would not let me leave so I called a family friend cop to help. My friend was finishing her nails when she asked me to come and see if they looked okay, and the man got mad and told my friend not to talk to me, or ask me any questions. I later decided it wasn't the trouble, and I just paid the $30, and the lady started to yell at me again, and said it was my fault that they were to short (which wasn't even a reason for the complaint). I later asked for the owners number and she said that she is not aloud to hand out the number, but I could talk to her. Which obviously did not help. PLUS, when my friend was getting her nails she was trying to start a conversation and asked "how long have you been doing nails" the lady replied with "I was friends with one of the members, so I decided to come help out" Then, saying she wasn't even certified to do nails. It was easy to call and make an appointment and there was no wait at 10am on a weekday. A couple of things - first, be sure to let your manicurist know up front exactly what you want or they will do more. That was my fault for not being specific and not paying enough attention. I wound up with a deluxe instead of a regular pedicure, which cost twice what I had intended to pay. My friend and I both got pedicures and it was suggested that I get the shellac because it lasts longer. Since it's summer and I'm wearing a lot of sandals, I decided to pay a little more for that. The lady who did my toes clipped me while doing my cuticles (which bled and stung - ouch.) She did a great job with the exfoliation on the soles of my feet and my calves, but missed the backs of my heels, so they were still rough when I was done (not a huge deal, but could have been more thorough there.) The shellac polish itself certainly did seem to stay put and they used several coats and cured my nails each time. However, my pedicurist colored a bit outside the lines.😉 I had polish on the tips of several of my toes, which is kind of noticeable (being that it was dark purple) - I wound up doing a little clean up at home afterwards. They did a pretty good job overall, but I will likely find someplace a little closer to home next time as they are across town from me and I don't think the result is worth the extra drive time. I love Lush Nails! I am a "stress nail biter" so naturally every time I go to get my nails done my full set has always turn out thick and clunky looking; leaving me disappointed every time. I have lived in Longmont 20+ years. I have been to just about every salon in and around but have never been so happy with the end outcome of my nails. I feel like the nail techs actually listen to my request and try to fully meet my desired outcome. I told them I like them thin and 'natural' looking and they deliver every time. The tech did an okay manicure but was disappointed that there was no hand massage involved - I guess I assumed they did this everywhere. I chose OPI polish as I normally do and within 24 hours my polish was already chipping (usually it lasts well over a week). I would never recommend getting a manicure here. Read Less

I just recently moved from Oregon to Colorado and was in need of finding a neighborhood nail shop. After searching online & reading reviews I decided to try this place out & I'm very happy that I did! I called ahead of time to give a heads up that I was on my way, they set me an appointment for 20 minutes later so when I arrived I didn't have to wait. I'm currently 37 weeks pregnant and got a shellac Deluxe Pedicure & Manicure. The nail tech was very kind and took her time pampering me, I didn't feel like they were trying to rush me in and out the door. Very relaxing foot soak while relaxing in their nice massage chair, hot wax, towels & stones was exactly what this swollen prego momma needed. I showed the nail tech a picture of the Polish design I wanted and she did exactly what I asked for with no problems. I'll definitely be a repeat costumer and look forward to returning in the future! Lush is awesome, best place in Longmont. I've gotten many services done here and every nail tech is equally talented and consistent with results. My gel polish last 2+ weeks with no chip. And my regular pedicures last even longer with just regular polish. The ladies here are very sweet and give you the best advice to achieve healthy long nails. My mom does full acrylic sets with a coffin shape and they look flawless and the acrylic is filled very thin and natural looking.  Never thick and unnatural looking. Overall.... meh.I had more fun talking with the tech of the woman next to me than either her or my own. My polish is a whole week old and is wearing like it's been on for months. Not just chipping etc., but fading and all.I've never had such a lackluster amount of effort put in to callous removal and pumicing. I had to do it again when I got home because my feet were so rough. My tech also used two DIFFERENT colors on my fingers and toes despite her assurances she'd used the same. Grrrrr.Well..... I guess you get what you pay for. I thought I was getting one helluva deal mani+pedi for $35 plus tip... I've just returned from South Korea where you can't even touch just a manicure for less than $55.I'd pay the $55+ happily to have that quality and truly top notch service again. But if you don't know any better, I'll bet they're great. Gave the benefit of 2 star doubt in case the waxing etc is any good. And because the location is excellent and the shop was immaculate.I won't be going back to find out about any other services though. Read Less

Went for my first shellac manicure and it was an awesome experience. I highly recommend Crystal, she knows what she is doing and has a great attitude!! For $30 it's a steal! I will definitely be back to get another set once I outgrow this one. Read Less

I've been getting pedicures and manicures here for at least 3 years.  I've always experienced professional, clean, friendly, and awesome services.  Daisy the owner and her team/family are always so oriented to providing the best customer service possible.  Daisy even worked with me to help find ways to strengthen my nails and reshape the my nail beds over time so they seem stronger and longer. This was my first time at Lush Nails, and I'm very glad I came. When I get my nails done, I go for gel/shellac since I don't get them done very often. Their prices were fair (only $35 for a French Shellac!) and all the employees were friendly. The facility is clean and doesn't smell like nail polish and alcohol (which I enjoyed). I was seated almost immediately after walking in. Jenny did a fantastic job on my French manicure. I was done in less than an hour and loved my result. Would love to come back! Read Less

Always happy with my nails when I go to Lush Nails. All of the employees do a nice job. My daughter's bridal (9 people) party all had mani/pedis done there and it went smoothly. Everyone was happy with what they had done especially the bride. I showed up there today at closing and they stayed and did a beautiful job on my nails. One of the worst pedicures ever. I have two ingrown toenails because the lady who cut my nails cut way too close, even after I asked her not to. Aside from that, the nail polish was applied unevenly and chipped two days after I got the pedicure. Save your money and try somewhere else! Read Less

I have been to Lush 4 times now. Once I had a male do my nails, I was pleasantly surprised at his attention to detail. The next time I was lucky enough to get "Daisy" she is great! I will request her from now on.  She is very sweet and holds a conversation, but does not talk your ear off. I love how clean my nails are when I leave. No residue and she takes her time to file them correctly. Comparing my hands to make sure they are even. I have noticed many ladies ask for her, so I am surprised there are not more good reviews. I just recently moved to town and I'm looking for a nail salon. I prefer a natural nail salon, but I was impatient. I had polish removed and then got get polish put on. The young woman was fantastic and had incredible attention to detail. Best part was that it was only $20! This may not end up being my primary nail salon, but first visit was great and the price was perfect. Read Less

This place is awful! DO NOT GO! my nail polish started peeling the next day I went in and they fixed it and again they are peeling again! The reason I'm giving 1 star is strictly because quality stinks! Had acrylics done there a week ago and they're all ripping off now! The salon I go to normally (she was out of town), my nails last months without ripping off! Waste of time and money. In addition, they do not know how to do designs! :( very disappointing! Read Less
