I’ve been here before and loved it but I went in on Monday and the lady that did my nails was horrible she did the wrong nail color and wouldn’t listen to me and was giving me attitude she left them very thick I went in again on Wednesday to get them fixed but they left them the same!!! My friend and I made an appointment for the same time. They started hers and had me sitting there for 20 minutes while I waited for someone to do mine. There were multiple employees who were just sitting around and not helping customers. Then when the finally found someone to do my nails, they had me on the other side of the store from my friend. I got acrylics and they are all different shapes and lengths and a few of them are super crooked. Overall they just look bad and I shouldn't have left the generous tip that I did. Best nail place I have found in the Longmont/Boulder area, and I have tried most of them.  The owners Kyle and Kim really care about their customers and the quality of the work. They take appointments by phone and stay on schedule - I recommend making an appointment when possible even though they take walk-ins, because they are well respected in the area and can get very busy. My go to nail place in Longmont. Expect a bit of a wait (they are always packed!) but Kyle and his team do an excellent job making sure everyone is looked after. Today I decided to try the holographic trend on my stiletto acrylic nails and I am in love! The male nail technician was very gentle, professional and he even gave me a couple of rhinestones on my ring fingers to complete the look! I have been looking for a really good nail salon since I moved here from FL two years ago. And I'm so excited to have finally found it. I am kind of picky about my nails. This may sound weird but I start getting depressed if they are not done or if they start chipping because they were not done right. My sister used to say that you don't trust a girl with chipped nail polish (LOL). Another thing that bothers me is when the technician doesn't clean up the polish around the cuticles because it looks like a disaster when they start to grow out. I came here with a girlfriend of mine and they were so busy. But she had made an appointment (praise Jesus!) so we didn't have to wait. My nail tech was Phillip. He was super sweet (first plus). Then he had to get the horrible prior shellac off of my nails and was so gentle and calm in doing so (I felt so bad because they were ridiculous). He did all of the basic manicure stuff but he won me over when he cleaned up the polish around the cuticle. Eeeeek. I about fainted. I'm so excited to have found them and Phillip. Yay!!! Read Less

Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. I like my nails done a certain very specific way and they always knock it out of the park. I mainly get acrylics and a gel pedicure's and everyone there is super phenomenal. I plan on being a long-term patron of this business, as the owner and all of his staff are amazing! Read Less

I went in for a gel manicure on a Sunday. The salon was clean, busy, and had a seemingly professional staff (I only was with one person so hard to speak for the whole place). They had a great selection of shellac colors and the whole process took about 40m. Stumbled upon this local spot on a busy Sunday and the manager was super kind and made sure I didn't have to wait super long to get in. The place was packed with happy customers and the employees clearly know what they're doing. It's affordable and well worth it. I came here for a pedicure before an upcoming trip. I walked in at 4:20pm to a full salon! That is a sign of a quality place! Literally the BEST customer service and nails I have EVER gotten. They listened very carefully to the shape and style of nails that I wanted and had awesome color choices. I am VERY PICKY and can usually find an issue with my nails in some way at every other nail salon I've been to. The owner Kyle is super nice. There was an issue with my acrylic and he fixed them with no problem. I really need to keep track of the other people's names, but there was this one guy who gave my a mani pedi and did a really good job. The only issue that I had was that I didn't tell him that I didn't want my nails square, in which Kyle fixed. Then today, I went and got the acrylic taken off and got shellac done. The guy who helped me was super nice and did an excellent job. The only issue was that my cuticles were cut off a little too much and they bled. Aside from that I enjoy coming here. I've been coming here for about 6 months now and absolutely couldn't be happier!  Gwen is my favorite tech, but everyone is great! Today Nina did my nails and I'm so happy with them! The salon is beautifully redecorated and so clean and sanitary. Everyone goes out of their way to make you feel welcome and ensure that you are happy. They will do everything they can to ensure that you are a satisfied/regular customer! What a shame that a competitor felt it necessary to post a bogus review about them using MMA! I can state with 100% confidence that they do NOT!! Besides, don't you think that bogus review was pretty informative coming from a "customer"? I think the MMA review is a competitor trying to scare people. I am a long time customer and went in today and asked if the use MMA which is illegal. There's some iffy reviews on here for this shop so I was a bit skeptical,... But I was in town handling a traffic ticket so I figured I'd treat myself,...Now I typically go to signature nails in lakewood which is rated #1 in Colorado, and these guys do as good of a job as them! But for a lower price!...I got a rebase and a color change...with shellac for 30$The manager is so nice! And the guy who did my nails really did a fantastic and quick job! Read Less

I was a little skeptical of going here because it had less than 4 stars but there was no reason to worry. They have over 10 spa pedicure chairs in addition to their regular manicure stations. They were friendly and my manicure was mostly good. I say mostly because they did end up cutting the cuticle to where it bled but it didn't hurt at all - more a function of my dry hands! I believe the girls name who did my nails was Gina, she was amazing and funny but best of all she did a great job with my nails. I've had a bad experience with acrylics before At a different salon and was abit tense going in...she listened to what I wanted and did such a great job.
