When I get a pedicure the most important part (for me) is that my cuticles and extra skin be cut away and cleaned up as much as possible! The girl who did my pedi was nice but did not spend much time with the nippers on my feet, and I know it needed it bad! The massage was good and the hot stones were a nice touch! Read Less

I've been several times and unfortunately won't be going back due to the rudeness of the owner.  They prefer cash or check with a heavy hand.  They do not stick to their appointment time and basically tell everyone it will be 10 minutes.  How good your services are totally depends on whether the person has enough time/desire to follow through.  A neck massage is common unless they don't have time like during my last visit.  Not recommended. I've been to CoCo's salon every two - three weeks since moving to Colorado a year and a half ago.  I work with my hands and am hard on my manicures.  I've never had a bad manicure that peeled unless I went beyond the allotted time frame for a gel manicure.  I love their pedicures and love the leg massage.  I think they are very competitively priced for the service they offer.  They are also quick and efficient.  The salon is clean and the staff friendly. Very disappointed. Took my son here for a pedicure. They seriously spent 5 minutes on him. They soaked his feet and they trimmed his nails, that pretty much sums up how I spent $15.  He was very disappointed which is a shame because he was looking forward to his first pedicure and they spent no time on him.What was surprising is that Co Co the owner was the lady who worked on my son. I was visiting Colorado and had broken a nail while rushing and packing the day before. I stopped in for a manicure because they were the closest and still had 4 stars. I had a five-star experience. Evey did my manicure - she used a hot towel which felt fabulous. When she sat me down to have my nails dry under the light she gave me a great shoulder massage. Save your money!! For a 30$ basic pedicure I expect it's going to be good for that price! No bells or whistles here unfortunately. The whole pedicure lasted maybe 20 minutes. It felt rushed from the 10 seconds per foot he spent "scrubbing" my feet which was with a cheap foot file that literally did nothing to get rid of rough spots. When I asked if they did any callus remover he said it was another 10$! Ummm, no thanks! My feet actually feel worse than when I arrived if that's even possible!!The foot message was also just meh, a few minutes with literally no pressure. It was really disappointing.The decorations and ambiance were really the only positive thing about this place. ( oh and nice massage chairs)  soft music, smelled clean and was actually ventilated unlike so many other salons.Sorry, save your money and go somewhere where they actually put a little effort into their 30$ basic pedicures. I just had one of the best pedicures I've had in a long time. The technician took great care to make sure my nails looked fabulous. They even used a mud mask, and hot rocks for my pedicure! Then after he pained my nails, I got a shoulder massage while my toes dried. Edit: I went back for a shellac manicure and it was horrible! They chipped within two days and I went back and made them fix it. Usually my nails last three plus weeks not three days. I'll never get a manicure there again.Read Less

Friendly technician and very thorough. Massage was amazing and unexpected. nice, clean environment. I love the "jungle" plants!!UPDATE: Sadly, the gel pedicure started to fade within days and wasn't the long-lasting gel pedicure I'm used to. I will be going back to my regular salon in Boulder. This place is fantastic! I drive by it everyday on the way to work and I finally stopped in for a mani-pedi. The hot stone foot massage was fantastic. Best massage I've had at a nail salon. I LOVE this place!!! Whenever I'm in Colorado, I come here. The price is fantastic - in NYC I can get pedicures for $20 at a cheapo place that essentially just paints my toes, but for $25, you get the works HERE!!! Most places I've been to in the Boulder area have been close to $40 for treatment half as nice as what you get here. Coco nails is CLEAN, well VENTILATED, and the people who work there are really nice (as long as you're nice back).  You get superior spa treatment for the regular pedicure. I feel healed from the reflexology foot and leg massage, followed by a hot stone massage. Then they give you a nice shoulder massage while you dry. They also have a lot of cute looking services like chocolate spa packages (something I'm sure would be delightful). I don't just write stellar reviews like this often, but this place is special. Speaking of special, on my way out, they gave me a really nice hand lotion for no reason but to thank me for coming. It made me feel like they accepted me into their family... and you can bet I tipped them double (they were not expecting that)!If you're still reading, I noticed there were a few bad reviews for this place, like they don't do acrylics. And, they don't, but that's why this place has the FRESHEST air of any nail salon in the area!!! Read Less

We always have great experience at Coco Nails. We go every two to three weeks in the summer just because we love to go! The service is always great and I have never really had an issue with the quality of their work...and at their price point you can't beat that! Read Less
