A friend of mine made appointments for us at this place. OMG, what a disaster! Paid $80 for powder manicure and regular pedicure. No lotion or arms no massage on arms, they did not trim the nail cuticles. Paint turned out looking fine. Pedicure was terrible! I asked her to please match the finger nails to the toes and when she realized the colors didn’t match she just picked another color and painted OVER the original color. If I could post the picture I would. Not going to bother going back since no one can speak English. I will just go get a color change at my usually place THAT KNOWS WHAT THEYRE DOING. I have grown to love this spot. They have raised their prices a bit, but there but are more manicurists on hand now, and they have a lot of more gel polish colors than other simillarly priced salons in the area. It’s great when youhave more options to choose what we like. Or if you can’t find for your style, they will recommend you with areasonable price. No complaints, thanks for the relaxing spa day! I have been going to this business for one year. My fault: I keep giving them another try.  But their last mistake was "un-doable" and I won't be returning this time.  They are expensive for their services and if you get the little girl in the second nail booth (now I have a mental block with her name) she will be rushed and you will be sorry. I was there two weeks ago to have nails removed, which isn't a welcome task for them because they know you won't be returning for a fill in, but they practically destroyed my nails and they haven't recovered yet. The gel nails were not removed entirely, just filed down on the surface to appear is if they were.  My nails started peeling and breaking and am left with gels that are now growing out that had been filed. I love this nail salon! They are super fast and do a great job and I am very particular with my manicures as my hands are the first things my patients see. $80 for a shellac mani and pedi is pretty ridiculous. They only gave me a massage on my lower leg which I payed for at $15 or $20 only because I wanted the lavender scented scrub. When we moved on to my nails she again tried suggesting a different color. She gave my right hand a massage for 30 seconds and then my left for 10 seconds. Just my hands with barely any lotion. I basically paid $40 for gel just to have them painted. Insane. They also raised their prices so don't be surprised!! Read Less
