Last two shellacs have started to peel immediately. I really want to like this place but won’t be coming back!! The first time the peeling started the day after I got the shellac and so I went back to get my nails redone. They were curt and the technician actually said it was my fault - implying I didn’t put my hand in the dryer correctly. I had a gift certificate so I went back months later for another shellac...with a different technician! Same thing happened two days later...a couple of my nails completely peeled!!! Favorite salon to come when i want to pamper myself. I would recommend all their technitians, everyone takes their time and they give the longest foot massages! They have new chairs and tables and overall extremely clean. I always get my gel nails done here and they last for weeks! They are very throughout and make sure each nail is perfect. So the reason why I like this place so much is it's completely women owned and ran by a group of women who immigrated to our country. Totally girl power! Some visits are better than others and yes at times they don't do the best job but they really work so hard and try to be as nice as possible. I made an appointment about a month ago for January 15, 2018.  I requested the appointment be for two people for a manicure and pedicure. I expressed that it was for my sisters birthday and that we wanted to do the manicure and pedicure together at the same time. They advised me that this would be no problem and the appointment was set for 2 PM. My sister and I arrived and every technician was busy with a customer.   They did not get us sat down and started until 2:30 PM. That's 30 minutes later and they started on my sister. I did not have someone start with my pedicure until 15 minutes later.  That's 45 late.  I was really hoping this wasn't going to happen to us as it has happened before in the past at other nail salons. The whole idea is to do it together and experience it together and have sister time.   I'm tired of nail salons not turning people down that are walkins because they are greedy for their money and screw the people over who have appointments.  I also want to add that my pedicure was so bad that when I went home I had to file my own feet to smooth them down. Seriously the worst ever.  My manicure......   she never soaked my fingers and she did not smooth out the skin surrounding my nails.  The dry dead skin. I went in to soak off my acrylic nails done at a previous salon. After repeatedly soaking and wiping away the dissolving acrylic, the nail technician then took out a fake nail tip and started to wedge it between my real nail and the remaining acrylic, which can damage your nails and should never be done. She ended up breaking my natural nail that took me 3 months to grow out but reassured me it could be fixed with silk wraps. I was already angry she had broken my nail but on top of that she charged me for the silk wrap which I only got because she broke my nail. The silk wrap was also done poorly. I found Beauzen nails through a posting on Groupon and I am so glad I did! I bought two mani pedis for my mother and I for christmas. The manicure was a parafin one and it was incredible. Most places where I've had one similar just bring like a bag of wax that is too hot, but not here, you dip your hands, the temperature is perfect and your hands relax with the wax on inside heated hand pads. The pedicure was a mud pedicure that was followed by lotion with a long, luxurious massage, hot stones, and hot towel. They do an incredible job and really know how to pamper their customers. I have now purchased a 6 mani pedi bundle deal from their extended holiday sale and I couldn't be happier with my purchase! 6 maní pedis for under $200! I definitely recommend coming to Beauzen nails where the service is incredible, the prices are great and the people are kind. Read Less
