I haven't had services with others there but everyone is always so accommodating, caring, and knowledgeable!) Diana is such a sweetheart too!! She usually does customer service :) I've been seeing Nicole for years and I don't trust ppl often with my skin, hair, nails, face, eyes, etc but Nicole never disappoints! I trust this wonderful woman 100%! She's genuinely caring, extremely knowledgeable, cutest hair I've ever seen, she always gives it her all, and her experience will assure you that you're with the best! I am new to the area and was very nervous to go to someone new to cut my hair. I went to Natalia at Beauty Brands a few months ago for a trim (which seems simple, but I've had some horrible experiences with trims in the past). I was so thrilled with the job she did that I wanted to write a review right away, but I decided to wait and see how the next trim went. Sure enough, she did another stellar job. I'm extremely picky and high maintenance when it comes to my hair. Most stylists tend to disregard my instructions for what I want, but she has done exactly what I wanted twice now and I've been very satisfied, so I wanted to write a review to hopefully help out anyone else trying to decide if they want to go to Beauty Brands for a haircut. Ask for Natalia! She's great and reasonably priced... only $25! i'm writing again a few months later because I've been back a few times, even though the girl I'd gone to the first few times is no longer there. I usually don't write reviews, but in this case, I want to give a shout out to Tiffany P. She is exceptional in what she does. You ask... what does she do? She takes care of all my hair care needs.  She is a master in beauty. She has even won awards for her craft.  If you want a consistent hair cut, she can do it. If you want to change it up a little or a lot, she is there for you. I have been going to her for years and never came away regretting it. She knows how to take the shape of your face and give you a hair cut that compliments it. She is a master colorist too. I was reluctant at first to get my hair colored by her, as I have had some really bad experiences at salons in the past. But she introduced me to highlights slowly and worked up to full color. I love the highlights and lowlights that she gives me...my hair has dimension to it along with the great haircuts that she gives to me. I always feel good after getting my hair done by her. If you are looking for someone who really knows what they are doing, give Tiffany a try...you'll be glad you did. Read Less
