Definitely not my first choice nail salon. It's always hectic in here and as a result you're being rushed out of the door and you're tense the entire time. If you come in the salon without makeup on/hair done, it seems like everyone is judging you. The quality of work is decent, but the techs constantly try to upsell you to the point where it's really annoying. This is the BEST salon I have ever been to in my life. I get acrylics and I am EXTREMELY picky about how they are done and the shape, etc. and I have never been disappointed with the service here. I hate getting my nails done at other places, which sucks because I live in Fort Collins now for school. When I come back to visit my parents who live in the area, I always come to get my nails done even if I don't really need a fill yet. They're that good. John did my nails yesterday and this is hands down the best set I've ever had in my life. They have so many glitter, design, color, chrome, and rhinestone options too, they can make your dream nails come true! They even have this fancy machine that can print pictures and designs right onto your nail. So cool. Don't mess around with any other shops, this is the only one I will swear by and if I ever have to move out of Colorado I will be very sad to not have them close by anymore. My cousins and I came for a pedicure as myself and other cousin are visiting from out of town and wanted to treat ourselves. The environment is very busy, but they were still able to get us in. We picked out our colors and they came up to tell us we were ready to sit down but when we walked back to the pedicure chairs, we were the last three next to the door and absolutely nothing was ready. We thought we made a mistake and walked to the wrong chairs but nope, they told us to sit down. The bowls didn't have the clear wrap in them and there was no water in the bowl so we sat awkwardly unsure where to put our feet. My lady pushed my feet off the side to set up the bowl so I was ultimately left with my feet crunched up on the chair while she set up the bowl..... she could have just set it up and then asked us to come back but whatever. The actual pedicure itself was terrible, my lady sped through the entire thing taking 20 seconds to push my cuticles back, another minute to scrub my feet, and soaked them for about 2 more minutes. She immediately slapped the lotion on and rushed as if she had somewhere else to be. She kept using her tools to push my feet back into the water when they needed to be soaked; it was really uncomfortable having someone take their nail clippers and dig them into your feet to cue you to put your feet in the water. The entire experience lasted about 20 minutes, rushed in and rushed back out. The best part is that because we were the last 3 pedicure chairs we were right next to the back door and it smelled like garbage the entire time. Don't waste your money and don't ever come here. The service here is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's great, other times it really sucks. After having my legs oiled up like a rotisserie chicken during my pedicure (to the point I had to wipe them off after I got home), I'm looking for a new place. It's not worth the money. Read Less

I have gone here for a quite awhile and the last few times have been awful...The girls that work here are so rude and dont care at all about the customer. We have been going to Central Nails for 3 years and we love it. Anytime we go anywhere else we wish we had taken the time to drive all the way there (it's an hour dive). The technicians are all friendly and they are up on the current nail products.Read Less

I have been going here for ever a year and each time it has progressively gotten worse. Today I went in for a full set and called ahead of time to set an appointment. I was in there for over two hours. Had 4 different girls work on me because someone else came in who had an appointment. The absolute WORST pedicure I've ever OVER PAID for! My daughter and I paid $45.00 each for what we thought would be a nice pedicure. HORRIBLE! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY AT THIS PLACE. This place should be closed. Ever wonder where everyone works that did very poorly in class where they learn to do nails? Now you do! They work at this place! The good reviews are from people that have NEVER had a GOOD pedicure and don't know what they are talking about. RUN! DO NOT waste your time or money at this place! I would chew my own nails off before I step foot back in this place. The tech that sprayed my toes with alcohol before she began painting them reveled how bad she tore up my cuticles. My toes weren't in the water 2 minutes before she started tearing the cuticles from my toes...no cuticle remover...no soaking. My toes are still sore 3 days later. I wish I would have seen the reviews BEFORE we made the appointment! I would have taken my business elsewhere. My daughters experience was worse than mine! No foot massage, 2 minute leg massage and her feet don't even look like she had a pedicure. They look like a child painted them. I was beyond shocked. I moved from downtown Denver to Highlands Ranch and was looking for a place to get my mani/pedi's. I really liked my lady in the city but not that much to drive 29 miles every two weeks.Found this nail salon when I was next door at Target and decided to give them a try. They do an excellent job and my shellac always looks amazing.I've read reviews about the front desk staff not being nice, but I've never had any issues, but I'm also not there to make small talk so I don't really care if people are friendly. In fact, sitting there every two weeks for an hour, it's the customers who seem rude. These ladies are trying their best to keep up with the volume of customers coming through the door.If you want your nails done well, go to this place. If you want to make friends with your nail salon and need someone to kiss your ass, go elsewhere. Read Less

The pedicure I received was great and she did a very nice job. The condition of the chairs was another story. The first chair the arm was broken and the message chair didn't' work. She moved me to another chair and that arm was broken and the little shelf wouldn't stay up. I would recommend this place but make sure you get a chair that works before you start your pedicure. It's okay, but the money I spent could have been well better at another salon that I know that will give you a nice "Drink" $82 for Shellac Style French Manicure/Pedicure! Eeck.. Think I'll try to find somewhere else that offers free beverage with those prices! Went in for just the French Manicure/Pedicure told the lady, just the French Manicure/Pedicure for $42! She persuaded me to do the "Shellac Version" $20 more for Pedi and $20 more for Mani! She also offered me their "Pedicure" Menu which I'm blown away by the extras! Egads! I royally miss the inexpensive costs in California for my mani/pedis! Pedi's with stone massage is hard to come about in Colorado without paying "Extra" for them! Needless to say the french was done nicely looked a little thick to me, but as she stated, "It will grow out!" Yes in one week looks great! She even fixed my thumb nail that wanted to split on me! Luckily it's still there and not ready to fall off! Don't forget to grab a coupon (Valu-pak) is where I went to get it online! The name is actually "Central Nails." Do I want to go back, Probably not, too much of a "sweat factory of women" and I'm not too fond of the busy body atmosphere. I'm rather someone that likes small salons to go to that offer a multitude of services, and this one, though they did give me water after I started chocking on fumes, was not up my alley. Do I recommend it for people? Yes if you want to spend a fortune for your nails to be done!
