I have been to probably 20 different nail places in the last 2.5 years trying to find the "perfect" one. While some are better than others I was never really impressed.. this was the forth place I visited in the neighborhood and it was on a whim. Am I glad I did! I have been here a few times over the last year for pedicures with always a good experience. Today I needed to find a new nail tech and wanted something a little more natural than my typical acrylic pink and whites. Lily was absolutely wonderful and very particular about doing an excellent job, which I appreciate. She did an acrylic with shellac that I am very happy with. Read Less

Went here for our birthday pedicure and manicure in March. Quite literally one of the worst I've gotten. My nails weren't even painted all of the way down and they were crooked. Unfortunately we had an appointment so we couldn't stay longer to have them fix it. $90 wasted. Read Less

I had higher expectations coming here based on the previous reviews! I had a pedicure and was completely grossed out that they didn't use new files or buffers. I even asked for a new one and she just went and rubbed 2 of them together to get the previous patrons toe junk off it and make it look new....Nasty!!! The technician didn't try to have any type of conversation and everything felt rushed. Even though we had an appointment we had to wait for someone to help us and we didn't get our pedicures at the same time as requested when making the appointment, I think I'll just try a new place net time. Walked-in and BOOM!  We were accommodated RIGHT AWAY!  Very friendly, nice, clean, etc...Also, it was crowded which was a GOOD sign on a Friday afternoon.  My friend, LadyBug had a pedi & I had a mani. I had an appointment before I moved from CO, and I waited with my feet in the water for a half hour before I had to leave because no one had started my pedicure. I just moved here from San Diego and was skimming through Yelp to find a good spot to get acrylic nails. I saw the photos on Yelp and decided to give this place a try. I walked in and the place was nice, clean and welcoming! Tom did my acrylic nails for me and he did such an amazing job! He was fast as well! He's been doing nails for 16 years I believe and just moved here from Orange County. I got more of a neutral look because I work in food and beverage at first I was afraid it was going to be too plain but it turned out looking really nice! I have been coming here regularly since i moved to the area about 6 months ago, and I normally really enjoyed my experiences with them. Unfortunately, the past two visits were just terrible. The time before today I had a young man who didn't speak to me the entire time I was having my mani/pedi done. He rushed through both services, leaving my feet completely rough and with a sloppy paint job. Today I went in to give them a shot to redeem themselves, I needed to get a gel manicure for a wedding I'm attending. The woman seemed completely distracted, filing waay too much off my nails (which I've worked so hard to maintain and grow!!!) and got gel polish all over the sides of my fingers. The finished product left me with short, stubby, uneven and sloppy looking nails. I was very much disappointed, time to find a new salon as I will not be returning. Read Less

I have been to the salon twice. Both times the manicures have been sloppiest shellac manicure I've ever received. I could do better myself.  The people are so distracted with trying to make other appointments and keep those waiting from walking out that they do a terrible job with the clients they are actually working on. Had a wonderful experience there today. Went in for a mommy/ daughter pedicure and it was awesome. The staff was kind, gentle, and very friendly. I went here to get a gel manicure and regular pedicure a few days before Christmas. The young woman who did my pedicure was nice but a little awkward and spoke quietly, which is fine but definitely odd at times.The young man who did my gel manicure didn't speak to me at all and was very rude. I was there while they were closing because they made me wait 10 minutes for my manicure because someone's friend walked in and they did her nails instead of mine. The young man started vacuuming around me and was upset that I reminded him that I had asked for nail art. The whole thing took 2 hours and 15 minutes, which was really excessive.The owner was very nice, as were most of the employees there but honestly I won't be going back and would rather pay extra elsewhere to have my gel removed. I had higher expectations for this place considering all the reviews. It was busy when we walked in, though, and the clients being serviced and those who came later seemed like regulars who were happy with the service.I think my cousin and I just happened to come when the two less experienced technicians were the only ones available. My spa pedicure was very relaxing and thorough, but the paint job wasn't very good. There were places where the polish was still remaining on my toe outside the nail.My cousin's manicure was pretty basic with little effort expended, and it definitely needed a second coat. The Yelp! Reviews were right, NIce Touch Nail is a Nice Touch.Attention to Details is excellent.I took my sister and niece here, where all of us got a mani and a pedi. I called in advance, and booked the time for us. We were led to the pedicure chairs in the back half of the salon, 5 of them. They were very comfortable, with all fo the massage options, etc.. We each rolled up our pants, and sat down. Oh, the warm water felt so nice! It helped the holiday worries just slip away.While sitting there, we talked to each other about this and that. We also talked to Lai, who was the attendant (not sure if that's the correct term or not, sorry) that gave my niece her manicure and pediure, Phong, who gave my sister her manicure and pedicure, and Tueyn, who gave me my manicure and pedicure. All were very nice people, definitely knew the ins and outs of manicure and pedicures. My feet have never, ever, been that callous free in a very long time! It didn't even hurt!It came time for the pedicure, the putting on of the polish. I was talking to my niece (a first year teacher), asking her what color she was going to have for her manicure. Red, definitely Red. I was going to go with coral for my manicure, and beige for my pedicure. After seeing the Red, I went with that for my pedicure, and the beige for my manicure. My niece was going to do Red on her toenails too, but I got to thinking, and I suggested a Christmas Green for her toes. She really liked the idea. Lai made other suggestions, and after much contemplation, she went with Christmas Green on the four smaller toes, and a gold glitter on the big toe. And you know what, it looked really cool when finished!My niece ended up going with the Christmas Red on her fingernails, but Lai then put a snowman on one of her left fingernails, and a penguin on one of her right fingernails. It turned out so cute!! Absolutely adorable!My sister had the American Manicure, and a sandy/glitter gold on her toes. I had the beige on my fingers (my job is very conservative, and heck, I can't go too outrageous, it's not me). BUT, I had the red put on my toenails, and Lai added a snowflake on my right big toe. WOW! The detail was incredible! There is even a touch of silver in the center of the snowflake! WOW! The interior of the salon is clean and comfortable. There are 7 manicue stations, and 5 pedicure stations.The salon is located in a large stip mall directly north of Southwest Plaza. The parking is free, with plenty of it. My friend and i have been searching for a great nail salon for months. Every 2 weeks we try another and every 2 weeks we are disappointed.  That is until we found nice touch nails. This place is wonderful!  my search is over and im delighted. They took their time and actually worked at my calluses and gave me a wonderful massage.  They were funny and friendly and everyone in the salon was talking and laughing with each other.  Customer for life!!! So I recently just had a gel mani done here. Almost 2 weeks ago. I am SO surprised at how well the gel has stayed on. I've had a ton of gel manis and none of them have ever lasted this long. I just moved here earlier this year and I've been going to a place down the street where the gel wasn't lasting even 4 days!!!! It was TERRIBLE. I really enjoyed the service here as well. So, I am a bit of a pedicure addict and this was my first stop to this nail salon, after of course seeing the amazing reviews it has gotten on yelp.  The deluxe pedicure was amazing, they use parrafin wax and a hot stone massage in addition to the regular pedicure. Well worth the extra few dollars! The shop is very clean and the staff are friendly.  The location is in a small shopping center, which probably results in less traffic.  We made an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived. Everyone was very nice here! It's obviously a place where their customers are regulars. Being my first time, they made sure to include me and make me feel welcome at the salon. They had a bunch of Shellac colors to chose from and my pedicure was great! My only complain is they repeatedly tried to up sell me on nail designs. Vinny is fantastic! He's got a great sense of humor and always does a great job. I don't have to go in as often as I have had to with other salons because he does so well.
