I had a walk in for SNS powder with tips. My nail tech was so gentle. She helped me pick out my color for my wedding in a month amd answered all my questions. She was so patient. The first time I came to this nail salon I chose them because they offer the SNS dip polish. I sat down at a desk for 20 min while the tech opened and slammed drawers for her to then tell me she didn't have what she needed, it was locked up and only the owner had access. She told me to com back the next day. Needless to say I went somewhere else. I went back a few months later for the SNS more in the middle of the day when the owner was in. The tech that helped me was rough and rude and didn't say a word to me. I left pleased with my nails had never having the SNS. They put a gel polish on top which they shouldn't have and that started peeling 2 days later. On the third day of having my nails done the SNS started chipping off. On day 7 I went somewhere else and learned they put acrylic powder on my nails and didn't have any of the correct product to do SNS. I dont recommend this place if they will use random product to get paid on top of being rude to customers. Read Less

Hands down the best nail bar ever! The owner Amy is so amazing and super accommodating customers schedule to hers as much as possible. Last weekend, I Had to book for my nails as well as my lashes extension at very last minute but unfortunately since I called in so last minute I was able to book for nails only for Saturday and instead Sunday for lashes extension. When I went in on Saturday to get my nails done, Amy was occupied by another customer however as soon as her cust...omer left she saw my lashes (that I had none left lol) asked me if it was going out that night. As I say yes she said she has about 10-15 min available right away before her next customer arrives then during that her break she did my lashes (as many as possible during her break). She really cared me and that I wanted some lashes on for my night out! Of course, the next day I went in again (original scheduled time for my lashes) and she did an amazing completing my lashes! I'm sorry to say, I can't return to this salon.  I had been pleased with the pedicures, but the last time I had my gel rebase, she did such a poor job!  First she cut them too short, even though I asked her not to - they were cut shorter than the end of my fingers, and she had to add gel to them to make them longer. (I want my nails to at least be to the end of my fingers!!). Best mani/pedi in Littleton! So glad I found this gem. Service is amazing, attention to detail is impressive. I wasn't rushed through the services, and the technicians were very thorough. I got the deluxe mani/pedi with shellac on my nails. For about 90 minutes I was totally pampered. Excellent callous removal on my feet, and great cuticle trim for my nails. My sister and I came here because the usual nail place we go to was too busy so as we were running errands we stumbled across this place. The people here and the environment is so friendly! They definitely made us laugh! Usually when we go to nail salons we feel like the workers are talking bad about us but not here!! We got luxury pedicure and manicures, they were they best we have ever gotten!!! I think the only bad thing is our nail polish has dents and chips even though we let them dry completely. But this can be fixed easily the next time we go and explain to them! Nail Focus is definitely our new spot to get our nails done! I highly recommend coming here!! I came in 45 minutes before closing and even though they were booked, they let me sit in a chair and soak my feet until someone was available to take me. I recently had fabulous manicure at Romantique. The space is cozy and comfortable, and the girls were all so sweet. I was visiting from out-of-town (Memphis, TN), and walked in hoping to get lucky. My manicure was great- stayed on throughout the rest of my trip. Such a treat to get to sit and visit with these girls. I do hair and nails in Memphis so I tend to be a little picky. I showed them a simple picture of a faded French acrylic or also called a French ombré and the woman took my phone and wouldn't give it back and caused an uproar because I asked for it. Then no one could do it so I chose shellac instead. She didn't take off the white powder from my prior regular pink and white and then tried to cover it with the white shellac. It didn't work you can still see where the white tip is underneath but I was so annoyed after 5 coats of shellac that I just said it was fine and paid and left. Not worth it. Don't go there. Sadly, I will not be returing after being a customer for going on THREE MONTHS now and it is very, very sad that I have to go to the internet to resolve this issue since at the time of the service there were NO managers to deal with this serious problem. In fact, it was ONLY the Nail Tech and I in the salon at the time, I watched all the managers leave.I had an appointment for 630pm not realizing the business closed at 7pm. I showed up late. I made the comment that I could be here when they first opened in the morning so the person who would be doing my nails wouldn't be rushed. The front counter said it was not a big deal. I had an acrylic set on that I wanted to take off and replace with shellac polish with a nail design. My nail person was very, very rushed and didn't want to do my nails that was clear as day. She used a dremmel drill to remove my acrylic set instead of soaking them off to make this process faster for her.She drilled OFF my nail bed. I went from having normal strong nails that could open a simple pop can to the flimsiest nails that RIP whenever I try to open ANYTHING from a box to a pop can, even with the shellac nail polish she put on. To top it off she cut my cuticles to short and made me bleed which seems to be an ongoing problem with this salon.I work with horses and own my own company and this makes working very painful and I will not be returing. What even more sad is that Fancy Fingers up the street in the Car Toys shopping center does better than this and dremmel drills are non-existent for this reason. My mom has been going here even before I was born and shes NEVER once had a problem in those ten plus years and either as ANY of the people she's recommended the Salon too. What a concept that Fancy Fingers has a policy that if you happen to show up late to your appointment they ask you to reschedule purely so you actually get great service everytime you walk in. I know how damaging online reviews can be as I'm speaking from experience but it doesn't seem like this salon is learning from their mistakes and hopefully this review will change that. Read Less

I would not recommend this place. I went in for a mani/ Pedi and they had two people do it at the same time. It was very uncomfortable and I wasn't able to relax. Also, the technician cut my cuticle very badly and it is still red and sore a week later. Additionally, I paid for a gel manicure that started chipping and peeling off the next day with minimal use. I was very disappointed with my manicure! Once the nail tech found out I didn't want shellac she was very rude. The manicure itself was lacking in many ways. She way over cut my cuticles, the massage was non existent, there was still a lot of polish left on my skin when she was done, the polish was applied very thick. I have been getting my nails done for four years from various nail salons and I have never had as bad of an experience as I have had with rebases at Nail Focus. It looks very professional and clean in the salon, but the lady who did my nails was either inexperienced or just didn't realize what she was doing to my nail. She had buffered my real nails down to nothing and continuously cutting me. I didn't think it would have effect on my nails days after I got them done, but the next day my nails were bleeding under the acrylic and I had spots where my nail had scabbed from her cutting me. They broke within a week of getting them done and when the acrylic came off so did what was left of my nails. I won't go back there to get acrylic full sets or rebases.Read Less
