Wonderful experience they were very gentle and kind, the place was super clean and organized! Very sanitary. I was truly being spoiled for a reasonable price too. They always do an awesome job on my nails. The acrylic material they use is the best I have ever had. They know what they are doing. I always get complements on my nails. My last 2 experiences were absolutely awful, both in quality and service. Really loved this place after new management took over. They managed to piss off 3 long time customers that will now not come back. I've seen 5 people over the last few years walk out on Trish, and yet again this week. Love My nail Tech Lee, but quality and service is just not there anymore. I work hard for my money, and when I want to relax, I expect to be treated well, with great service, and walk out being happy, relaxed and satisfied. The other two customers who also won't be returning told me another nail salon is opening up a few doors down and that they are going to try that new place out. The salon is so clean and put together. Amy is so sweet and fun to talk with. I came in and got eyelash extensions. I was kind of picky on how I wanted them to look- natural just enhanced. She was spot on with application and talking me through everything from the process to after care. I'm obsessed with my new lashes! They are EXACTLY what I wanted! This is the one place where I can completely relax. I love how pampered I am here. Trish does my nails and always helps me decide what color or design to go with (I am terrible with decisions!). Lee gives the best pedicure massage I have ever had! Amy and the rest of her staff are great people as well. If you are looking for some pampering this is the place to go! Read Less

Went to nail city because the salon I had been going to dropped the ball the last few times and my nails were not done properly I went to Nail City and they were all so friendly and genuinely care and they listened to me rant about all the things the other salon did, Kevin did such an awesome job on my nails and they took such great care of my daughter and they took the time to actually do her nails and put designs on them and little jewels, I will be going back such friendly staff who cares and they know all their regular customers by name love how personal it is I know where I'm going from now on totally worth the extra 15 min drive, Amy made sure everyone was getting what they wanted and was so positive and we were there a few hours!!!! This place is beyond amazing. The owner is super friendly and the salon is very clean! Trish did my shellac manicure(which they guarantee for up to 2 weeks) and was super helpful with picking a color that'll look best on me. The pedicures are to die for!! I was lucky enough to find such a great nail salon near work! (I used to drive 50 minutes to get to my previous salon.) Tom is AWESOME!
