I've been there twice. 1st time there was a major fight between the owner female (I think) & the young male giving me a pedi they were yelling at each other in Korean. 2nd time the owner female (I think) worked on me cut my toes, charged me $5 extra for using cheese grater on my feet. Can I give a negative star?  We had such a poor experience at this location. I took my mother and sister here for mani and pedis, I waited 30 minutes after having an appointment to get my pedi. After they completed I waited over an hour in the chair while my mom and sister got their manicures. They did such a horrible job I decided to just leave instead of getting my mani. Their manicures were done so bad, no nail trim, cuticle cleaning nothing. Horrible powder nail job for both of them. They didn't accept their own coupon and overcharged us. I just spent 1.5 hours in here.  First the shellac was put on my nails and skin under them.  When I went to put my fingers in the light they started burning.  This was due to the shellac on my skin.  I have had shellacs for 4 years at least and this has NEVER happened.  I pulled them out after about 10 seconds.  I told Sun Duong to take it off.  He never apologized just seemed mad that I said "just do a manicure".  The manicure was horrible as the shellac was not completely removed.  He started polishing before I washed my hands again so now my manicure is bumpy.  He did my Top Coat with a base coat, which one of the other workers said that is what they do.  I didn't quite understand her but she said that is what they do when you have shellac (?). Never again! The guy doing my re-base should not be doing nails! He held my fingers as if they were going to run away, he was afraid of the drill, and afraid to file. He never measured to see if the two hands were even. The towel had crap all over it - old polish and who knows what. I didn't even finish the service.... washed my hands and left. Worst service EVER. (don't do it) I've read the other reviews and wonder if they paid those people for the comments??? First of all, I'm sorry that we came in and asked you to provide a service you offer. I'm sorry that we took you away from whatever game or social media you were doing on your phone when we came in. A male  did my pedicure and a female did my wife's pedicure. Hers was much more thought out with good intention of a relaxing pedicure. Mine was a race to see who could finish first and get back to their phone. No offer for additional service like the Dead Sea Seacret that is posted on the wall or even a simple design. Once he was done it was, "you're done." Now I'm still here waiting for my wife to finish and they haven't even started painting her nails yet. Keep in mind, we started at the exact same time, and ordered the exact same service. To say disappointed in their service is an understatement. They are rather pricey and even have a sign outside stating they may not be the cheapest, but they are always the best. Well that is a lie. They are not the cheapest and they are far from the best. I wrote this while waiting for my wife to finish up and when I expressed my concerns, they made up excuses and then spoke back and forth to each other in their foreign language which is by far the most rude thing to do in these salons. Awesome pedicure! Not the cheapest but for $40 you get paraffin wax, hot stone massage on your legs, hot towel treatment, plus all the normal pedicure treatment. They also corrected a missing nail on my left big toe for no extra charge. The shellac French manicure was good too. My only constructive criticism (which isn't much) is that they spent so much time on my pedi that the mani felt a little rushed. I got there at 5:45pm and left at 7:30pm and most of the time was pedicure. All in all a great experience!! Not the cheapest but totally worth it to feel pampered. Read Less

I love coming here. Service is always quick, and my manis and pedis last a long time. Plus, pricing is incredibly good. you can't beat that for the quality! They have a great collection of good quality products and beautiful colors to choose from. Techs are very nice and professional. I really like this nail salon. Called earlier in the day to request an appointment and good thing I did. Nails are very well done. I got a full set with gel and design and a reg pedi. My nails came out perfect. The woman who did my full set took her time and made sure they were the shape I liked before even putting acrylic on them. My pedicurist was gentle and did a wonderful job. Okay, I'm visiting Colorado and needed my toes done. I looked around and there's only this place I could  find where the hotel is located. A guy did my pedi, not sure how I feel about that. I am not convince he did a great job on my toes. He's ok. He could have taken more cuticles out and trimmed my nails more like I asked him to. He did spend a good 5 mins rubbing my calves which felt very good. If I wanted an extra 15 mins it's another 10 dollars so I opt out. It's a bit pricey, $25 + tip. Was the price of the pedi. I'm really surprised at all of the great reviews on this place. I came here, for a pink and white set. I made an appointment and sat down with the man who works there (not sure if there are more guys there or not). He started right away and seemed almost like he'd never done acrylic nails before, ever. He was nervous and seemed like he didn't know which tools to use. I had white acrylic all over my fingertips. After 20 minutes or so, the lady working in the next station took over. We joked a little about how bad my nails looked so far and the guy seemed good natured and apologetic. Fine. She did her best to fix everything, but I think he put the wrong sized tips on my nails. My set didn't end up looking terrible, but the ends were very thick and odd looking.Almost 2 hours later I left with mediocre looking nails. The reason I'm giving three stars is because the lady (I think her name is Jeen) did her best to correct the terrible job. Ok so this is right by my house and I've always ignored it. I finally went in a couple weeks ago and I am blown away by the nails I get every time. I get a shellac manicure and the few other places I've been to get the shellac- it's lasted about 10 days..... they do such a good job here that 3 weeks after my manicure my nails still look awesome. There's a sign when you pull up that says we might not be the cheapest but we're the best. I couldn't agree more AND the price isn't even different from anywhere else I've gone. It's the same or within 1 or 2 dollars. I've had 3 different technicians do my nails and every one of them did a fantastic job. They do get busy and man they crank out people when they get busy. I've been there twice when they were really busy and I don't feel like my manicure was any different than the when they were a bit slower. I didn't feel rushed. They were all multi tasking and there was a bit of waiting after they started my manicure at times (not much few minutes here and there) but I didn't feel like my manicure suffered any because they were busy. By far the best nail salon I have ever been to! I have officially abandoned the nail salon I've been going to for 7 years for Gorgeous Nails & Feet. I really needed a rebase but have been avoiding my current salon because over the last year their quality has gone downhill and I feel like I am constantly being rushed through and my nails and they don't look as good as they ever have. I finally decided to stop in to Gorgeous for rebase because I couldn't take the appearance of my nails anymore. Not only do they use high end products, but my tech, Tammy, did a thorough and beautiful job on my nails and was totally friendly! In fact, her and a woman named Jean (not sure of the spelling) spent the entire time engaging in conversation with me and were incredibly nice as well as invested in the outcome of my nails. This place is great depending in your nail tech. My previous techs spoke English ( twice before ) and this time a gentleman was not so gentle and I couldn't communicate with him to lighten up on the pumice pressure on my feet. Will I come back ?
