After reading reviews I decided to test my luck in getting my eyebrows done somewhere new! I was greeted kindly by a lovely woman at the desk, she helped me promptly and asked me to take a seat while I waited. Atmosphere was beautiful, quiet and relaxing. I asked to use the washroom as well. The bathroom was nice and clean and looks brand new (which is a huge plus!!! I appreciate a squeaky clean bathroom). Once I came back my eyebrow lady was ready for me and she had me sit i...n a comfortable seat which allowed me to naturally hold my head over for the eyebrow sessions. I’ve never done threading before but decided to try something new. My eyebrow lady was Kuldeep and let me tell you. She was dang fast and precise and you can definitley tell she cares about her work. I have been in here a few times because it's close to my house.  There is one lady who (seems like the manager) who is just a miserable human being.  She never smiles and just chats on her phone.  You can tell that the workers don't like her.  She acts like she's doing you a favor by doing your nails,I came in and really wanted a mani/pedi before heading out with my girlfriends.  I only had about 40 minutes so I knew that timing would be really tight.  I told her right away that I didn't have a lot of time and apologized for that.  I asked if we could skip the lotion/massage in the sake of time.  She nodded.  I was hoping that she would have someone start my manicure while I got my toes done.  That didn't happen.She couldn't have moved slower getting her stuff together for the pedicure.  She did a lot of chatting with the other nail technicians.  Once we finally got started, the pedicure was done well.  Afterwards, she starts rubbing lotion on my legs and going into a lengthy massage even though I asked her if we could skip it.The manicure took forever.  Ugh.  I was never rude and I never said a word until the end when she started putting lotion on my hands and massaging them.  I nicely said "Oh, I'm going to skip the lotion.  I'm sorry, I just have to go".  With that, she and the other nail technician gave each other looks that said "Wow, this lady is a terrible customer because she doesn't want lotion"!  When, I paid and gave her a nice tip, she says to me "Next time you come in, make sure you have enough time".   Ummmm WHAT?!  I can't believe she said that to me.  So unbelievably rude.  Sometimes people are in a hurry.  I was squeezing in a mani/pedi between a long day at work and a much-needed night out with my friends.  Most nail salons would be accommodating and kind.  Isn't it my decision whether or not I want lotion??My fingernails chipped within a few hours of the manicure. I have taken my entire family to Creative Nails for years. The staff is friendly, some women excel at the French manicure and will let you know. This is also a wonderful place for kids. I take my little sister who is 7 and she sits at their butterfly pedi chair, picks the colors, and has a blast. The staff is patient and sweet to us, always. Sometimes give coupons for 15% off so be sure to ask! You might have to wait longer than they let on, but it's always worth it. Reasonably priced (25$ for gel, 45$ specially pink & white). Ask for Jessica and another young, sweet, sassy nail artist for my French tips. They deserve way more stars! Love this place Read Less

I have gone to Creative Nails a few times with ok experience. The first visit brought me back because of Nancy but she vanished?? I went again and saw Mandy and that was ok and again I saw her and ok as well. Today Friday the 13th I went in and had an awful experience. Rude and cold lady doing my ped and Man. I had the shallic manicure and she put on a color I had not intended but I let her continue as it's not easy to remove shallic. She then proceeded to charge higher than I had been charged before and said all the others were wrong on their prices. This was not a pleasant experience at all. Went in for a mani/pedi and waxing.The place was not very busy when I went in. Not at any time did I feel like the nail technician was focusing on me, her customer. She was cold and silent...unless she was answering her cell phone or holding a lengthy conversation (in another language) with another employee (who pulled up a chair next to her) while she was supposed to be paying attention to my pedicure. I felt light she rushed through the services and it was not relaxing at all. She didn't ask what length I wanted my nails, and proceeded to hack them off, saying she was going to match them all with the broken one. I tried to explain several times how I like my nails shaped, but I'm not sure she even spoke English. Needless to say, I could have done a better job on my nails with my hands tied behind my back. Polish was applied haphazardly and the whole thing looked like it was done my an amateur, rather than a skilled technician with a good work ethic.Needless to say I skipped the waxing and won't be returning to this place. Not good.  Let me preface this by saying that my feet are very well-kept, and are not freaky or difficult, which lead to a bad nail experience. That said,  my friend and I went in for pedicures, and when we put our feet into the water, it was barely lukewarm. We, and all of the other customers, complained about the water temperature.  They actually reran my water, so instead of barely lukewarm water, I got ice cold water! Their excuse? They'd been busy, and had run out of hot water. No one was warned so that they would have the opportunity to go elsewhere.  I actually had to take my feet out of the water because I couldn't take it. The manicurist responded by bringing a washcloth soaked with...no joke...hot water. Um....On to the nail experience: it was awful.  Of course, I was already irritated with the ice water foot spa, so my opinion may be biased at this point, but I'll keep going anyway.  The nail color didn't look smooth, and instead seemed a bit goopy, but I didn't say anything, figuring that there probably wasn't much hope anyway. After letting my toenails airdry for quite a while, I put on my flip flops, and knicked my big toe, resulting in a big, goopy mess.  Instead of removing the polish and fixing it like a normal salon would do, they simply slopped more polish over the goopy mess and declared it fixed. At this point, my toe looked like a mini mountain range with complex topography, what with all of the goop layers. Too irritated to complain, I actually paid for this pedicure (and I use the term "pedicure" loosely).I went over to my friend's house for dinner, and then headed home for bed. By morning, my other big toe (the less goopy one) had chipped. I'm pretty sure my bed sheets aren't rough or made of concrete, so I chalked it up to the goopedicure. Bottom line: there are a million other places to go where you'll get your money's worth and wind up with a pretty pedicure that will last longer than 12 hours.  Don't go here. Read Less
