Service is very crappy here. I have made appointments here and they say there is not time for what I made an appointment for which is the whole point of making the appointment to began with,left and came back another day without making an appointment since it did nothing for me to bagan with and just needed my nails colored and again didn't have enough time to color my nails. I have been searching Denver for a good nail salon, but this salon is above and beyond that! I had acrylic removal and a shellac manicure done, as the last salon I went to did a poor job on my acrylics. Not only were they gentle with my thin, brittle nails, but everything they did was precise and thorough. There was no wait time, they were super friendly, and I left with beautiful nails! I came here on a yelp suggestion and am so happy I stopped in. I have been recently running into to overly busy, dingy nail salons. The staff here was ultra friendly and the prices were just right. The prices are not hanging up but they have a book that you can flip through. I was able to get a mani and pedi for $35 and they look fantastic! My nail tech was super friendly, detailed, and funny. You could tell she took a lot of pride in what she did. Equipment was nice and the store area is clean! I would make the drive from Denver to rush back! I read the reviews and it is hard to believe I went to the same place!!  It was absolutely the WORST pedicure ever. The man was nasty and curt. He rushed through the pedicure and did not spend much time on any of the stages of the pedicure. The water was cold and when I asked him to turn it up, he cranked it up to scalding hot.  NEVER will return and will tell my friends to stay away. Read Less

The first time there was ok but when I went to have my acrylics removed the husband guy took me back. He was very unfriendly. When I get my nails done I expect some sort of friendliness and relaxation. I did not feel like that with him at all. His wife I guess noticed that I wasn't happy and switched with him. She was also short. I was going to have shellac done but decided against it as I felt unwelcome and like they weren't patient with my concerns. I also had a hurt nail and asked him to please be careful with it and he wasn't and starting clipping it all fast and ended up hurting it more. I will not be coming back.Read Less

I tried this place for the first time today. After going to 4 or 5 different places since moving here last August, this place has won me over. Tina was my nail technician, and although she's older she does a WAY better job than most of the younger women. She was extremely meticulous, which I appreciated because I'm quite picky. I'll definitely be going back! The fact that it's only 5 mins away from my apartment is an added bonus.For those curious about price. I paid $50 for a shellac mani and a regular pedi, which is about the same as every where else if not cheaper. Read Less
