Ive gone to this place for 2+ years and usually it’s okay for the price. This week decided to try something different! NEVER AGAIN WILL I EVER GO BACK. The ombré is not even fading cute. I called to get it change to shellac and they wanted to charge full price for it. Like I had this for 3 days(got them done Thursday and I called today Saturday) can’t even give a break when you’re a frequent customer. And David the owner had the poorest customer service when I asked him for a different , more reasonable price. Do not ask for any nail art. It did not look like the picture and they didn't understand that I wanted it like the picture. It seriously looked like my 11 year old painted my nails. The polish didnt even go to the end of my nail, very thin coat. And the polish is all over my skin. So bad that i had to redo my nails when i got home. She added wax to the pedicure and didnt even ask if i wanted it, which was $10 more. Didn't remove calluses effectively. They tried an electric remover that is hot and didn't work. They are really nice here. But not upfront about pricing... I went in with my mom called ahead of time going for a regular pedi mani. No acrylic nails. Only for my mom. They did my feet and massaged me and didn’t tell me that the massage would cost extra. At the end of it all my regular nails and toes costed 80 freaking dollars. I love Opl Nails! Everyone is soo friendly and very precise!! Every time I have gone they have gone above and beyond my expectations!! Absolutely will not go anywhere else! I went here yesterday and was pleasantly surprised. After reading the negative reviews, I was a little nervous but they were awesome. The greeted me the moment I came in the door. They were a little busy but were able to start working with me immediately. It's also the only salon I've been to that didn't feel like a doctors office. I got a pink and white acrylic set, and today went in for a fill. My nails look ok, but I think other places do a nicer job. Some of the nail edges are uneven and the guy doing my nails covered spots that should have been cleaned or smoothed first. Overall is a fine place. Read Less

She puts in that extra effort that makes the experience and the outcomes special. This was the worst experience I'd ever had! I am a nail tec of 32yrs. And this place is Terrible! Customer service is awful! Instruments are NOT sterilized. I got a mani pedi the pedicure was horrible the lady did not even use toe separators so my pinky toes got messed up. When I asked her to fix them she got agitated and pulled off a piece of cotton and stuffed it between the two toes and attempted to fix the mess up. Color was left on the ends of all my toes and part of the... big toe was not even polished all the way around. Then went to have my manicure. The instruments were not takin out of sterilized package and nails were left jagged. The furniture in the place is discusting as well!! The gentleman that did my daughters nails however was kind. I am not sure they sterilize their instruments properly. Yesterday the girl cut the cutical on the side of my big toe and it hurt, and bled. I didn't see her sterilze her instruments before she worked on me, she just took her box out of another station. I asked if she sterilized her instruments before me and she didn't understand, so I pointed to the barbisol jar. She shook her head yes, then pointed to the sink. I haven't seen anyone put in our take out instruments from the barbisol cannister. She didn't clean her instruments after I bled and used the same ones on me throughout, including my hands. I did see her dump her instruments in the sink and scrub them with soap, and a brush that had barbisol on it, but my daughter, who is a cosmotologist, said the instruments need to be directly put into the barbisol, not scrubbed with soap, or a brush with barbisol. I won't be going back. They seem very nice but you can't fool around with sterilizing instruments and I don't think they understand how to do this properly. I am not taking any more chances. Read Less
