Trang is amazing. I don't think I'd ever been 100% satisfied with my nails before I started going to her. I get SNS with tips, and they are always beautifully shaped, impeccably coated, and I don't know how she does it, but while they remain thin and natural-looking, they also hold up super well--I only get them done every three weeks or so. Great work. Super nice staff. Clean and sanitary. A little too busy sometimes and you will have multiple people work on you during one visit which creates a little inconsistency in the end product. They offer a broad range of services. Lots of colors and techniques. Great salon. Read Less

As I was getting my pedi done, the lady next to me said this place was the best to get American (it's like French nails, but the white tip is less prominent and more natural looking) SNS nails. It was my first time ever hearing the term so I decided to try it out. It's basically acrylic nails except they use powder. While my nails lasted longer than regular acrylics like I was told, the loose powder was visible after they were done. Not sure how this place got so many good reviews!!! The pedicure I got was great, no complaints, but there was nothing special about it either. The gel manicure however was horrible!! On every single nail, the technician painted my skin and had to clean it up. By the time I left, there was still red polish all over my cuticles and skin. When I asked if she could please touch it up a bit, she cut the skin off of one nail bed and didn't bother with the rest. Not exactly what I had in mind. On top of that, the polish was streaky and uneven. It was one of the worst manicures I've ever received. I have put off writing this review for 6 months. Good nail salons are hard to come by. GREAT ONES are ever harder. This one is excellent. And I always regret cutting corners to go elsewhere or closer to home. Their powder manicures are the best! They last up to 3 weeks on me and allow my nails to grow! Got my nails done with a SNS French manicure over my own nails a week before my wedding. I'm writing this review one day shy of 4 weeks later - and they still look great! Trang is the best. No chips, no breaks at all. I don't usually get my nails done, but I'm going back and getting a new color because I know how well this will hold up! I think it's $35 for one color and $40 for two (a French manicure is 2 colors). They aren't too thick, and they use a strengthening coat on the longer part of the nail to help prevent breaking. If your looking for excellent service and SNS this is the place to go. They have a variety of SNS colors and each time I have gone I've had a different nail tech but never have been disappointed. I came in for an acrylic soak-off, and left with a mess. As the lady was working on my nails, another client walked in and she began servicing her at the same time as me. This is the decision that ruined my service. She should have told the other client to wait ten minutes so she could properly attend to my service. My service was rushed and not properly executed. I left with acrylic still on my nails. At first, I was able to peel some of the remaining acrylic off myself. However, its been over a month, and I still have acrylic on my nails. I can't even put polish on without the acrylic showing through. The lady charged me $10 and got no tip (I tip for excellent service, which is not what I received) and I will never return or advise my friends/family to visit. Terrible service, terrible outcome. I came to this location based on the reviews and have been a few times. I have had great experiences the past 3 times I have gone. I went in last night and had a man do my nails. He was kind of rough when cutting my cuticles-to the point where I wanted to ask him to be more gentle but didn't want to come off rude. He did my nails too but was more worried about losing one of his nail polishes and was blaming other nail techs for his missing product. In the mean time he cut my cuticle and I started bleeding then seemed annoyed at me when I washed my hands and my nail was still bleeding. He was pushy about washing my hands again then placed a liquid on my cut nail to stop the bleeding before telling me what it was. At the end I got a burp in the face-which obviously wasn't intentional but was still gross. I'll be back but will make sure I request one of the women who are more gentle and take more time to detail. I spent $55 and still tipped him $10 .. Read Less

Called and made an appointment to ensure I would get in for gel pedicure and SNS french tip manicure (with added tips). I didn't add any frills in terms of treatments. I ended up running late due to traffic (South Boulder Road is a mess at 5 PM) but was still fit in and seated for the pedicure within 5 minutes of walking in. Strange ambiance in this place, like it is trying to be upscale with the very large screen playing Friends the whole time, with a very "mom and pop shop" feel. There is a sign on the wall asking you to keep cell phone use to a minimum so other people can relax and enjoy the quiet, but there were three women getting their nails done (seemed like regulars that very loudly gossiped about their friends, facebook, and friend's husbands the whole time I was there. Not a relaxing environment. My nail technician and I couldn't understand each other and went in circles on several questions she was asking me. We were both trying our hardest, there was just too strong of a language barrier. Another technician that spoke clear English completed my SNS for me. My two services took about 2.5 hours and I believe I paid around $120 for everything. I will be going back for more SNS. Read Less

I will go out of my way to get my nails done here. My friends and I are all big fans of this place and look forward to our experience there every time. The technicians all go out of their way to accommodate us and create a relaxing enjoyable environment. Totally love this place. Every time I go to get my nails done the offer me hot tea or water. The last time i went to get a pedicure my bestie treated me to an ice cream pedicure.
