The atmosphere is super chill and very relaxing, they have classical music playing in the background and it is nice and quiet in the nail salon area. After they are done with your nail services they don't rush you out, you are allowed to sit and dry for a reasonable amount of time, they make sure your nails are dry so that you don't mess them up. If I could I would give 0 stars - 0 Respect, 0 Professionalism, 0 Service Called ahead to schedule appointment for pedicure at 12 noon. Arrived at 11:50am and was seated at 12:15pm. Eventually was approached at 12:50pm to say they were running late!!! Was given the excuse that an appointment for 2 pedicures showed up with 4 people just before I got there for my appointment. I had to wait until they were done before anyone would attend to my pedicure. Started my pedicure at 12:55pm. Wasn't offered water or a beverage until 1.35pm. Finished my pedicure at 1:45pm. 2 ladies left while I was waiting, and another lady had waited just as long as I had. The owner cannot blame the customer who showed up with 2 additional people. The owner is the one who disregarded the scheduled appointments and decided to take care of walk-ins rather than respect those who made appointments. Appointments apparently mean nothing to the owners; I guess their business model is to seat anyone who comes thru the door rather than honor the appointment system. Have no intention of returning, and would certainly not recommend this salon. Read Less

I was so impressed with how the owner did my acrylic set (first time he did it) that I am never gonna settle for anyone but her. He's done my nails a few times and has always given me such great advice! If you're looking for a relaxing experience then i definitely recommend going to senses and asking for the owner if you're going to need nail services. I've been here a few times. The only reason I came back was because I was in a crunch and it's close by. 2 out of the 3 times my gel chipped immediately! In fact, the last set almost completely peeled off on 4 nails because the gel wasn't sealed around the edge of my nail. I've had to go somewhere else to reshape crooked nails. The last time I went in (and it will be the last time) the man was rude when I told him what I wanted, cut my cuticles, and rushed through it because apparently a customer asking for what they wanted is cause to get upset. I've only received careful service from one person who listened to my simple requests. One person who does a good job doesn't justify risking getting someone else. It isn't hard to listen to your customer when they ask you for sharp stilettos and to be careful not to cut your cuticles with your tools. In fact, your customer shouldn't have to request not to be hurt. I haven't been back to have them fix because I can't trust them to actually fix their own screw up. If you want to give off the impression you're "luxury", maybe work on consistent quality and good customer service. I'll sacrifice the convenience of your location and go somewhere else. Read Less

Went here with a friend (and set an appointment beforehand for 2 manicures) and when we arrived they tried to sit us at separate tables. When we asked if we could sit at a table together, it became sort of a *poop*show. They didn't really seem to understand why in the world two friends who came together would want to sit together to chat. They ended up caving when we basically just had to help ourselves to an empty table. While looking through the books to select our nail polish colors, an employee came by to "borrow" them before we were done and never returned them so our manicurists had to hunt them down again. Once our manicures finally started, my friend's manicurist didn't even ask her what nail shape she wanted. Mine skipped giving me cuticle oil, didn't finish my gel polish with alcohol to remove the tacky layer and after the paraffin wax treatment, he told me to wash my hands (thereby defeating the purpose of putting my hands in the wax because it washed off all of the good moisture stuff). Throughout the whole manicure, someone (I'm assuming was the manager) came by every couple of minutes with a clipboard hovering over us and saying something to our manicurists (in their preferred language) - and it seemed very rude. Our nails came out decent looking, but all the issues made it not worth the price we paid. Not great service; I'll keep looking for the nail salon that is worth my money. Read Less

This was a horrible experience!! My friend and I scheduled an appointment several days prior and when we arrived the owner seemed surprised that there was a reservation. No one was available and we sat and waited for 30 minutes. When we tried to ask questions and get help with our selection's the owner was very rude and I offered no assistance. We asked to be seated next to each other and the owner seemed irritated by this but said we could sit next to each other while we get our nails done. They started with my friend and when it was my turn they move me to another table. There where 2 other girls in this salon sitting at a table together getting their nails done but that wasn't an option for us. Don't have your salon set up for 2 people to sit at the same table if you're going to be nasty about it. When it was time for us to get our pedicures they rushed through the entire process because it was time for them to close, even though it wasn't our fault the appointment ran over and you took the reservation. The massage chairs didn't work. I was super unhappy with my nails but terrified to say anything because of how unpleasant our interaction with the owner was. The BEST manicure I have ever had! I usually go for gel polish, but sometimes my nails need a break. But every time I've gotten a regular manicure in the past, it looks terrible. They rush through it, the polish is thick in some areas and non-existent in other areas, and it usually takes forever to dry. I've even waited 45 minutes for it to dry, then smudge it on my way home. But when I mention that I'm not happy with it, they always tell me that I should've gotten gel polish and that normal polish will always look that bad. I know I'm super picky, but if I'm going to pay someone else to do it, I want it to look better than what I could do at home!Holly did an incredible job! She was quick, but the manicure turned out perfectly. And it was completely dry within 10 minutes! I will definitely be back to see her again!!! Read Less

Loved loved loved this place! Came in for a fill and pedicure, but my nails were old and had some damage so I got a full set as recommended by the tech. I thought it would be way more expensive but prices were reasonable. I actually paid under what I normally do and had an amazing experience. Very clean, professional, and modern. Went on a Saturday , gel manicure started pealing that Tuesday. Went on that Thursday to fix the problem .. started peeling Friday morning. Went back Saturday with different technician and gel color was wrinkled. Started peeling Tuesday and today is Thursday and the color is easily coming off . So in total in 12 days went 3 times to fix . Never  has this happen usually last for 3 -4 weeks in other places . And I usually pay less as well . Read Less

Super disappointed with my last visit here- decided to try the nail dipping for the first time at the recommendation of a friend. To start, the man doing it seemed to have no idea what he was doing- maybe in training? He filed my nails way too short and made a couple of my cuticles bleed. Here's the part that I'm most upset about: I paid 55 dollars for this, plus I tipped well. They looked amazing when I left the shop. This morning I get up and I'm getting ready only to notice that the tip coat on several of the nails is peeling off. What a disappointment. Read Less

Went in today with my daughter in law. Both of us wanted a rebase. Worst experience ever, one of us got the color we wanted the other was told they could not do color over white tips. When finished my lines were not straight and I had white dried powder all over my hands. I had to take it off myself. I was told to come back tomorrow and they would fix it, no need to go back if its  not done correct the first time. We will NEVER go back. I have been getting my nails done for over 15 years and they have never looked this bad. I will go back tomorrow but it wont be here. Read Less

Gone here several times for nails and fill. Maybe someone was having a bad day, but the gentlemen that did my fills was AWFUL!  I felt like I was in a torture chamber for an hour. He was incredibly rough, 6 of my 10 fingers are bleeding. He kept saying sorry, but - - - it was all I could do but just sit there and tolerate it. Horrible, I will never go back there now. WTH?! I won't be back here. At the very beginning getting my acrylics taken off the nail tech nicked me with the drill, I thought whatever, we all make mistakes. Decided to give her the benefit of the doubt. While she was filing my nails, the edges of the file hadn't been seasoned properly and she cut under my nail, three different times. It was extremely painful, I was bleeding and she didn't take proper precautions such as disinfecting the tool she used, she just threw it back down to wherever she got it from. Fast forward about a day, my gel nails are already chipping. On top of all that, they were hammering a television stand into the wall, I already had a migraine starting and that set me over the edge. Obviously something wasn't done correctly and sanitation is frightening. If you value good customer service and sanitation, do NOT go here. Read Less

Was in Loveland to shop and needed an eyebrow waxing. Was skeptical at first but I came out so happy with my eyebrows! The woman that did the waxing did a great job and took her time and was precise. My eyebrows are the nicest and most even they have ever looked. The price was also very affordable, only $12 for a wax. I would definitely come back here for a wax and to get my nails done sometime, the inside looked like a very nice nail place, I was impressed and definitely want to come back sometime soon. I went in 30 minutes before close (out of desperation for a new set) and I was worried they would be rushed and not done good due to the amount of time I was allotting them. Nice nail salon by the new Sheels. Drink bar, all new chairs, etc. One problem, I didn't want the massage on and it would not shut off!! I asked the tech for help, he could not get it to stop either, so he unplugs the chair. Now I have 2 balls sticking into my lower back for the remainder of my pedicure?? Read Less

Awful. Just Awful.  The worst pedicure I have ever received.  She only massaged one of my legs and the polish was smeared. :(  I left after paying and before I could get a manicure. I was in town for work and stopped in after a busy day.  I'm so glad I did. This was the best manicure and pedicure I've had in a long time.  Bill did my lux pedicure  and I did not get the name of the guy who did my gel manicure. Both paid great attention to detail and my nails and toes look great!  This will be my new place when I'm in town! Read Less

I LOVE this place! The people that work here are the sweetest and I haven't gone to another nail salon since the day they opened. They have more polish selections than any place I have ever gone. I also appreciate the option of having a glass of wine or cocktail while I relax in pedicure massage bliss!Also, in reference to some of the other reviews, have had several gel manicures here and have never had a chip before the second week of wear. My daughter and I went in for manicures.  I had SNS on my nails and wanted to try this place for they advertised they had SNS. The person checking us in explained that SNS was on order, and it hadn't arrived.  So we decided to do Gel manicures instead.  The service provided was good, although 3 nails chipped the next day. My mom and I were excited to try this place out today! The one star is because it's very pretty inside and nicely done but services are awful! They told us they could take us right way yet we still waited 10 min to sit down ... we had my new baby with us so we didn't have a lot of time to kill we picked the classic pedi which clearly stated on the menu that it was a 25 min service. I was happy to see they had liners in the pedi chairs .. but then they cut a hole in the liner So the jets can fit in so the liner really doesn't do much cause all the nasty stuff comes from not cleaning the jets properly. My moms tub was filled with ice water and her lady didn't know how to fix it to make it warm it took two people to get it warm. My lady started my pedi right away .. long story short she burned/cut me with the file and also cut me twice with the cuticle cutters then proceed to put pressure in them to stop the bleeding and pretend like nothing was wrong. My polish job was horrible and uneven ... also she cut and filed my nails all uneven lengths. They set a timer and they went 15 min over on mine. By the time mine was finished my mom was only half way through hers. The girl doing hers seemed as if she had never done a pedicure in her life she was pretending to cut her cuticles but my mom said she could tell the lady wasn't even touching her just preceding to go through the motions. The lady who did my pedi went over to help her and ended up sending 30 min re doing her entire pedi. Then the owner then came over to finish polishing her toes and said she could do it much faster than the other ladies. When we checked out we told her we came in for a 25 min service and we were there and hour and half. I also let her know her employer cut me twice and burned me with the file. Had a girls day planned made an appointment for 4:00 pm, we were not even acknowledged when we walked in. They didn't start on our pedicures till 4:30 and that was just 2 of us. I ended up not getting any services done because at 445 they still had no one to start my service. You can tell they are more about the money then the customer service here.
