I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old. The hygienic practices were extremely questionable and their basic nail practices were subpar. If you are used to top notch service and extreme hygiene this is NOT the place for you. The nail tech didn't seem like he knew what he was doing while removing my SNS nails and the tools he used weren't out of a sterilized package. He sprayed the tools with alcohol, and I got so grossed out by it, that I decided not to get a manicure.

I had a deluxe pedicure and it was a wonderful experience! My tech constantly checked in with me to make sure temperatures were okay, that I liked the color I choose before she put it on all my toes, ...
I had a deluxe pedicure and it was a wonderful experience! My tech constantly checked in with me to make sure temperatures were okay, that I liked the color I choose before she put it on all my toes, and gave me the longest leg massage I've had for a pedicure. She apologized for the 5 minute wait though I walked in without an appointment. I was comfortably soaking my feet with the massage chair running. I was fine with the wait. After the pedicure they bagged up the tools and put my name and phone number on them so they won't be used for anyone else. I'm thrilled and this is my new go to for mani/pedi.

We had a great experience. The salon is clean and relaxing. Henry and Paul did an amazing mani and pedi for my gf and I. My nails look very clean and professional. My gf is very very very picky about her nails and even she was pleased. We will definitely be back.

Wonderful time with my Mom getting Deluxe pedicures and a manicure. Lovely techs and service. They just took such nice care with my 84 year old mother with health and mobility issues.

Love these folks! Great Job! Great Customer Service! I am really sorry to hear that anyone had a poor experience. I am VERY SURE if they spoke with the manager she would definitely make it right....

I was rushed through a manicure which I had made an appointment for because more people had walked in wanting a service without an appointment and so I was rushed and given a manicure that not only started to majorly chip off my nails not 48 hours after it was done but left with cuticles that where left looking awful and more hangnails that I didn't have before receiving a manicure. This business only wants to push as many people as they can through and don't care about the quality of service they are providing.

I hadn't had my nails professionally tended to in a while. I'm pretty good at doing it myself, except for my cuticles, and I've been spending my money elsewhere lately. But I had this place bookmarked...
I hadn't had my nails professionally tended to in a while. I'm pretty good at doing it myself, except for my cuticles, and I've been spending my money elsewhere lately. But I had this place bookmarked for a while and when my aunt was here visiting and wanted to get her first ever mani pedi, it was a sign to give it a try. Aunt, Step Mom, and I walked in on a Saturday afternoon and they were able to get us right in. We were all very well taken care of and my aunt was thrilled with the experience. Ivy did my nails and she was awesome. The foot massage hurt a bit, but it was the good hurt of muscles loosening up. I picked a bright red polish and when it went on sheer, she alerted me to see if that was what I wanted and let me pick a different red. My toes and fingers look fabulous! And just now, after over a week of being pretty hard on my nails, I see one tiny chip on my thumbnail. I will be back. And in the future I'll call ahead to get an appointment with Ivy. Although I think you'd have a good experience with anyone here.

I've been getting my nails done since I was 16 years old. The hygienic practices were extremely questionable and their basic nail practices were subpar.
