I feel conflicted writing this because my mom and I have been loyal long time customers. We love Mindy and all the girls here are very friendly and hard working. I’ve never had a bad polish job or anybody injury me or any dirty experience on my own. But I am also a Colorado licensed Cosmetologist and I was also trained in nails and sanitation laws. DORA regulates sanitary laws within beauty salons and it is against the law to WORK ON or DIAGNOSE any hair, skin or nail condition that may be considered medical. A woman sitting next to me at the pedicure chairs (who apparently goes in weekly) had bad stages of black toenail fungus on one toe and the girl working on her knew about it, did her regular pedicure, threw away the bin liner per usual but didn’t bleach the footrest or tub which is what you have to do. It’s already illegal for her to be working on infectious fungus that could transmit to another person. Knowing that this woman has not treated her fungus based on what she said and she plans on going every week worries me because she is leaving fungal traces for other customers to pick up. I really truly love the staff here but they aren’t following the most important sanitation laws that are in place to keep everyone healthy.

Worst pedi ever. $26 for no communication. Asked about a toenail and she didn’t understand so blew me off. Had to remind her to do cuticle trimming in right foot. Barely a massage! I won’t go back 👍

Been here many times and all the ladies are nice. But today I got this lady called Jennifer. She was horrible. She hurt me twice while doing my nails.When I told her to be careful, she told me nothing happened. I told her she hurt me and she laughed and said there was no blood and that she did not hurt. I asked her why she is laughing and that she could just say sorry. She laughed again and told me that I am tensed and I was scaring her. She told me this is not the first time I am getting my nails done and that I should relax. No sorry once!!!!!! . My nails look horrible too.

I've been going to Snappy nails for 6 years now. Use to live in Highlands ranch with my parents but i moved to Littleton near South glenn mall with my boyfriend. I try to find other nail salons closer to me that I like but never can. So I make the drive to Snappy nails with no hesitation because I know I'll always get the best full set with them. They don't raise prices like other salons do. They joke with you, and talk to you. And will always be gentle with your nails so they don't pull or cut you. They work fast, but still have great quality. They put their employees where they belong. Like Tiffany and Jennifer are the best with acrylic nails. But Lyn is awesome with pedis. Best nail salon around!

Just moved to Denver from Colorado Springs and went here because a friend recommended it. Please keep in mind I work in a salon and spa (we don't do acrylic nails though) so I'm not exaggerating when I talk about the conditions of this nail salon. Upon walking in I was a little nervous because it's extremely dirty inside! It looked like they hadn't vacuumed, swept, or dusted in months! But I went ahead a picked me color and waited for my tech. I got a fill two weeks ago with Lynn and she was very sweet and funny which is why I gave 2 stars, however, I went to Vogue Nails across the street today for a fill and had to have all of my acrylics removed because they had MOLD under them!! The only way you get mold under your nails is from improper application which causes the nails to lift and water gets trapped under the acrylic. So now I have to wait two weeks before I can get a new set and use bleach and vinegar to get this mold off my nails! You can see the mold on my thumb and ring finger in the pictures. In the 10 years I've been getting my nails done in Colorado Springs I have never had this happen! Needless to say I won't be returning to snappy nails.

This company has the absolute worst customer service I've ever received. I went in for a nipple piercing back in August and the piercer not only pierced me incorrectly and crookedly, the manager always gave me attitude and made me feel that it was my fault for coming back twice to replace the jewelry for a bigger size. Now it's November and I've been trying to get a hold of the piercer by email for the past 7 weeks to tell her the piercing had to be removed due to bleeding an...d constant swallowing, as well as to simply get a rook jewelry changed, and she hasn't even bothered to reply. I even called the shop to ask them if she might have changed her email and see if I can make an appointment only to have them tell me "shes very busy" and that I should go see someone else. This entire process has been a complete waste of my time and money and I will never recommend this place to anyone. I am shocked they are even in business with such a terrible approach to their customers. See more

I've been getting my nails done by Jen for about a year now. I always come in with a new picture of what I want. It doesn't matter the length, gems, shape or color. Its still the same price as a normal full set when other places charge me $5 for all three add on's. They never rush and my nails always come out perfect and exactly what I asked for!(:

I've been here a couple of times now because it's close to a regular appointment I have nearby. I like their Mon-Thurs 20% off of services. I've been able to walk in and have a pedicure within 10 minutes of arriving. I've had Lynn do my nails both times and she is friendly, careful and good at what she does. I do with the massage on my hands (during manicure) and legs (during pedicure) were stronger, but really, I'm there to leave with a nice paint job, so that doesn't take too much off of my review. However, I got shellac mani this last time and there are a couple minor smudges on my thumbs and my nails' length was taken down more than I'd have liked, so I'm a little less satisfied than the first time I went...

After walking in one day, this nail salon has become my favorite one in Highlands Ranch and Littleton. All of the technicians are thoroughly knowledgeable and assertive. Excellent service, and a relaxing atmosphere. Their prices are on point, very professional and they offer a large variety of services.

Have have gone here many times and have had mediocre pedicures. Mostly do a good job, they want to get yo in and out as fast as they can. If you like a relaxing pedicure you will not find that here. But do not bother making an appointment. I have made one each time I go and still sit waiting for anywhere between 10-40min. Today called at 12pm and made two appointments for 330. We both got there at 325pm, not one employee acknowledging we were there. Finally after about 8 min of waiting someone asked us what we needed. Come 4pm still sitting there waiting. I understand they were busy, but what is the point of having to option to make an appointment...? Called another nail salon close by and left.

Absolutely butchered my nails. All of my cuticles are red and swollen, pretty sure they are infected, and i could have done a better job with the nail polish. The lady doing my nails was on her phone and had her 5 year old come up to her repeatedly. I will never go back. I went with 3 other girls who also hated the service and quality of work.

I was really disappointed with the art work on my nails from another salon so I literally went from that salon to here. Luckily I was able to walk right in and get started. Jennifer quickly removed the disastrous attempt from the other salon, fixed the shape of the nails, and then designed super cute penguins. I have only had the penguins for an hour and have already gotten two compliments! Please note in the photo, that only the penguin nails are from Jennifer at Snappy. Thanks to Jennifer these nails are much less chunky, have a better shape, and make me smile.

I really like this salon and I think it is run very well unfortunately I have had my Big toe cut by the nail bed on my last two pedicures. I complained the first time while there because I actually had two toes cut. This most recent time I emailed absolutely nails without any type of response whatsoever. My toe ended up getting quite sore for a week. Needless to say ... I'm quite disappointed with my favorite salon. I'm not looking for discounts or freebies I just want to go in and have a pedicure without getting injured

I feel conflicted writing this because my mom and I have been loyal long time customers. We love Mindy and all the girls here are very friendly and hard working. I've been going to Snappy nails for 6 years now. Use to live in Highlands ranch with my parents but i moved to Littleton near South glenn mall with my boyfriend. I try to find other nail salons closer to me that I like but never can. So I make the drive to Snappy nails with no hesitation because I know I'll always get the best full set with them. I've been getting my nails done by Jen for about a year now. I always come in with a new picture of what I want. It doesn't matter the length, gems, shape or color. Its still the same price as a normal full set when other places charge me $5 for all three add on's. They never rush and my nails always come out perfect and exactly what I asked for!(:

Absolutely butchered my nails. All of my cuticles are red and swollen, pretty sure they are infected, and i could have done a better job with the nail polish. The lady doing my nails was on her phone and had her 5 year old come up to her repeatedly. I will never go back. I went with 3 other girls who also hated the service and quality of work.
