This is the best spa! It’s in a great location with a view of the mountains! When you walk in, you are in true bliss! All the staff is awesome and friendly. Today was my first time at the Highlands Ranch Ella bliss beauty bar and from the moment I walked in I was blown away. Complete wow-factor! I was greeted with smiles and welcomed by the two concierges behind the counter. I told them my name and was offered a beverage to enjoy while I was being checked in. I was quickly greeted by my manicurist and enjoyed every minute with her. She was personable and let me take my time asking questions about services and picking a color for my nails. Very disappointing!!  Nail techs are not experienced.  4 girlfriends went.  Manicures & pedicures did not last.  They initially charged us for complimentary beverages.  One girlfriend caught it & then it took them quite a while to correct this mistake.  For a pedicure you sit in an upright chair with feet in a basin of unheated water.  Feet were no softer after had  a pedicure. My girlfriend and I have been looking for a place to get our regular mani/pedis.  We are sold.  The ladies did an amazing job.  Everything is clean and a good selection of polish.  I say good because it would be nice to have the OPI version of shellac because they have more variety .  The techs never mentioned anything about the membership but the front desk did, which I would expect.  We booked a facial a week later.  Product is Image , which a great facial product.  Could tell the estie was new but did a nice job job and pleasant. I had previously heard great things about Ella Bliss, but was hesitant to visit. However, I shouldn’t have worried. Everyone was very nice and Courtney (my hair stylist) and Amy (who did my brows) were both very attentive, listened to my requests and the results were amazing. I had Courtney for a blowout and makeup appointment. It was amazing! I literally have never felt more beautiful. I chose Ella Bliss because I was going to a military formal with my husband and it was close to our hotel. I did get a little lost and ended up being 15 minutes late but everyone was really kind about it. Another client booked right after me and it was apparent that Ella Bliss takes their customers very seriously because we weren't sure if we'd have time to add las...hes since I was late. Courtney wanted me to know that we had to get going and make sure we didn't run into the next client's appointment time. I appreciated that very much because it wasn't the next person's fault that I was late and I'd like to be treated the same way if the person ahead of me was late. Everything worked out. I was so in awe and amazement at how I looked. I screamed at the lady next to me, "LOOK AT MY FACE!" because I was so in shock that I could look so great. I explained how I've had awful experiences at various salons before and Courtney understood it. I'm only sad that I don't live in Colorado because I'd be in that salon weekly! I visited Ella Bliss Beauty Bar in highlands ranch for a facial with Kayte on Saturday 7/29/2017. It's a clean, nice spa with a cool twist. The facial itself was amazing, however I would skip out on the sugar + hot towel upgrade. Although it was a nice touch, I didn't find it worth the $10 extra. Kayte was awesome! She gave one of the best facial massages I've ever had and took the time before the facial to understand my skin. I also had an eyelash tint scheduled, but Kayte advised me to reschedule the tint as the products from the facial might interfere with how well my lashes take to the tint. I thought that was really cool and professional of her to do, rather than wasting both our time and my money on a service that may not give me the desired results. I did knock a couple stars for the customer service/front desk side of things. I read on the website that first time guests receive a complimentary beverage, however I was not asked once if I'd like a beverage, not before my service while I was waiting nor after my service. Maybe I was supposed to mention it? One of the ladies that was at the front desk seemed rather annoyed and like she'd rather be anywhere else (not the girl with bright red hair-she was super sweet!). Although I understand there are multiple Ella Bliss Beauty Bar locations, I like my experience at spas to feel personal and welcoming, but I felt this place sort of lacks that. I got the vibe of  "We're glad you came in for a service, but don't really care if you come back or not". No mention of membership, future services, or if I was pleased with the service I just received. That being said, I do think it would be a good place for a girls day and I do think it's cool that they offer so many different services all in the same place. Read Less

Booked facials and pedicures for my wife and daughter.  I know nothing about this kinda stuff so the receptionist helped me book the appropriate services.  My girls loved it!  Both said the technicians were very attentive, friendly and knowledgeable.   I'm guessing that they'll become regulars based on the experience they had.Only knock I have is that the online booking process only allows you to book one service for each person.  The instructions said to press "add another service" but I didn't seem to have that button.  Would have been nice because they coulda had facials, massages and pedicures.  Instead I had to call and it seemed like it was tough for the receptionist to get them in together for the two services they got, asking for massages seemed like it was gonna be a chore. Called to make an appointment, the person I originally spoke with was extremely rude and made me feel that I wasn't important. Didn't offer any others available dates when they stated they had nothing open for the day I requested; just simply said they couldn't fit me in. I will never ever try to book an appointment again. I love Ella Bliss. I have never been disappointed with a service. I love how the membership is affordable and if unused, rolls over month to month, so I can come in for multiple appointments in one day. I mentioned how I wish the pedicure chairs were massage chairs and also wished the tubs had jets. The technician told me it is because those types of spa equipment are known to hold and breed bacteria. It makes me happy I can get a great service in a top-notch and super clean place. Unfortunately I cannot recommend the shellac manicure, as my nails began chipping on Tuesday (only 4 days after I had them done). They look fine from a distance for the most part, but up close they are not pretty at all. That being said, the service itself was top notch, and everyone I spoke to was very friendly and welcoming, not to mention the pedicure I received was amazing. I have never had a facial in my life, thanks to Beth, it will likely be a monthly occurrence now. I did the 50 minute session and Beth put me to sleep. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She suggested products to help with my super dry skin and educated me on how to wash my face from now on, NO More Bodywash!
