I went to this salon for nail services for the first time last week, Friday March 2nd, 2018. I got a very good shellac pedicure by Lisa (I believe that was her name). She did a great legs massage and clean up, but had to let a male technician to do the shellac as she had another customer waiting on her. He did okay but Cindy had to fix my big toe nails as they did not look quite right. I am a veteran of the US Army and my big toe nails are dark due to the boots wearing. I have natural long nails with dipping powder. I had a broken one that just needed to be glued back and polished. Cindy was able to repaired it with other products and did not charge for it. She told me she can do my nails next time. I send a request for an appointment today over the internet and got a message from Eric telling me to find another salon as they do not do artificial nails. I explained to him that I have natural long nails, not artificial. Once again, he told me to find another salon. My husband and I feel that they are discriminating. They took me last week because I was a new customer which means $ to them. I am a black Puertorrican and I feel they are pulling a racist card. I paid for the services and left a good tip. I even wanted to do a couples appointment with my husband but after being told twice to find a new salon, this place will not be recommended by me nor visited again. Read Less

I have had the best experiences here! My pedicure was long and luxurious, and everyone here does such meticulous work. They're not rushing through, and you know your mani/pedi will stay because of the quality of their work. I accidentally smudged my pedicure after I left because I was in a hurry to put my shoes back on, and they fixed it happily. I went here for a mani/pedi and they cut the *crap* out the cuticle on my index finger. I have had small cuts before, but this was so deep it would not stop bleeding. My finger looked like a mess and there was crusted blood that had seeped into the paint on my nail. I was upset because first of all; it hurt, second I was afraid of exposing germs to my wound and third, it looked terrible! Upon checking out, I asked the technician for a discount and she said "These things happen."  I am not sure if the girl was embarrassed to ask a manager, or if this was the Salon's policy. I have received many manicures in my life, and I have experienced  little nicks that have made my cuticles bleed. I have never experienced something so bad that I felt it was fair to ask for a discount.  I paid full price, did not tip, and left very unhappy. I wont be back. Read Less

I cannot say enough about the team here.  They've gotten me in last minute for a mani-pedi.  I have naturally long nails and am a stiletto girl.  They listen and make sure my shape is just right.  They take their time and make sure you have the best darn mani-pedi possible.  I like that they keep it as natural as possible (no acrylics, no dremel tools).  I am so glad I found this place!!  Make sure you bring cash for tipping (I always forget-next time!)Haven't used hair services.  This is for nails only!!! Irma Lucas, Master Barber, is truly a master of the lost art of personal customer service. She gives a consistently great haircut every time and on top of that, she's a genuinely nice person. I followed her to her new location when Priority Male changed ownership and location. Good thing she's just around the corner, but I'd have probably followed her anywhere. Walks-ins welcome! Of all the times I came here, I did not have to wait! I love coming to this salon and getting my pedicure done! They use a hot stone during a portion of it and creates a very relaxing environment. And for $30 for a basic pedicure, I can't get the same experience anywhere else for that amount. When my flip flop accidentally came off, it rubbed a part of the polish off. My beautician fixed it without hesitation. They take care of you here and make sure it's what you want. My mom, who was visiting from Detroit, and I came here before heading to Las Vegas. Kathy and Mandy took excellent care of us. We both got the basic Mani-which is anything but! Clean salon with a relaxing atmosphere and friendly service. They have plenty of staff and chairs so I usually have no problems making a same day appointment. Their basic pedicure is $30 and they do a decent job, including a hot stone massage. Definitely one of the better nail salons in the area. Read Less

Phenomenal service. I've been missing out by going someplace else. Never again! This is the only place I'll go from now on. This is my favorite escape when I need a break from work. I like to go during lunch time to get a gel manicure. Consistently friendly service and the staff always seem to be in a great mood, chatting with one another (great atmosphere).  I leave feeling revived and with my nails looking on point. I love that they do a quick shoulder/neck massage at the end for about a minute. Huge selection of colors and multiple brands (in case you're picky). I'm usually incredibly picky with my gel manicures, but this salon has really wowed me. I walked in on a Thursday afternoon, with low expectations, as I had recently moved to the area and had some pretty horrific manicures. The staff is very professional and meticulous, while the salon is classy and clean, you won't smell any acetone or the like. I've come here a few times for manicures and absolutely love the nail staff. They are lovely and very patient and really good at what they do. Also, Cindy is an absolute sweetheart and she runs a tight ship! The place is clean and well-organized and doesn't reek of nail polish fumes, which is a huge plus!Sometimes I feel the color selection for regular manicures is a little lacking, but I have always found something I like. And the price is a really good deal - $15 for a regular mani and $35 for the gel/shellac. Phenomenal! Honestly, the best pedicure and gel manicure I have ever gotten! WOW! I didn't know what to expect but the yelp reviews said it would be a good spot so I decided to check it out. My pedi was lovely, standard. The location is funny, half hair salon half nail salon but it works. For my mani, I had Mandy. SHE WAS INCREDIBLE. So diligent and through! I have never had anyone pay that much attention to my cuticles and nails before. Her attention to detail really showed as I ended up with an incredible mani! No bubbles, no rough spots, nothing. This is my first time at I Capelli  and I was impressed.  The salon was clean and relaxing and no strong smell like some nail salons.  Cindy did an excellent job on my shellac nails.  She took great care to ensure my nails looked perfect.  I just loved her.  My nails look beautiful and natural and the hand and shoulder massage was great. I have found it difficult to find a technician who can do shellac nails that look natural and not thick and bumpy.The staff at this salon are very friendly and welcoming.  I will go back for a pedicure and more manicures. Seriously can't get any better than this! I had the pleasure of Mandy doing my shellac manicure and basic pedicure. So much attention to detail and every mani and pedi comes with a hot stone massage additional to the normal massage.  And something I've never had before was a shoulder massage while my nails were finishing up! Nice clean and friendly place.  I found this while looking for a salon open on Sunday's.  They always seem to be busy so I recommend making an appointment but they do take walk ins.
